They have really good food here! I've been here more than once. I like getting the Pittsburger, but heads up because they load the fries on it so if you get the side of fries also, you'll have a lot. Typically we will grab a small cup of cheese also for the fries. But they have a lot of good options. Service has always been pretty good. It's nice inside but can get busy and you might not find a seat at the bar. Since they have come to New Castle this has been a nice place although it can be a bit pricey at times. The food portions do accommodate for the prices though. read more

We had an 11:30 AM reservation for a party of 10 on a Sunday morning. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were concerned that Kelly's would not be ready for our group, but they were. The tables were already set and the server was ready to help us with our orders. She was very efficient and helpful throughout the meal. Some of the tasty menu items were chili, shepherds pie, Irish stew, garlic wings, chicken cheesesteak, a burgher, grilled cheese with tomato, and a huge rueben sandwich. The fries were great. The restaurant is divided into two rooms with sports and other memorabilia on the walls. There are booths and tables and a really nice bar area. When calling to make the reservation, the gentleman on the phone thanked me for choosing Kelly's for our event. You don't get nice comments like that from proprietors very often. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. I hear they have a great St. Patrick's Day celebration too! read more

Decide to give Kelly's a try. Kept seeing their place pop up for nearly everything I searched. We both got boneless wings. They were cooked to perfection. Crispy and moist inside. Fantastic flavor!! The sauces were also excellent!! They were super polite and friendly on the phone and in person. If I had to complain about one thing, they didn't give us enough Ranch dressing. It was so good that we probably used more than normal. Even though they did give us a healthy portion, we will ask for extras next time. read more

Absolutely terrible service!!! Do not waste your time! Go to the Branding Iron or Nite trax instead. The redhead who bartends provides horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for my first drink. Waited 45 minutes for a water that I had to ask for 3 different times. She is terrible I will NEVER go there again while she works. She had a nasty attitude the entire time. read more

The first bartebder I met was amazing it was not only her service but the way she talked about that place amd her personality that bright me back! First night I drank Like I said because of her I came back!! Now the second bartender, to be fair she was getting hammered with business. She was extremely busy!! However as it slowed down so did her service and lack of care for hygiene!! Nit only was she making drinks but also serving food on 3 occasions alone before I was able to stop her from serving my food she kept messing with her nose ring!! your serving my food and playing with jewelry in your fing nose!! I discussed this with the manager and he was not only horrified but another patron had told me several ppl and managnent has spoken to her several times about the issue I got 2 fish dinners!! The food that I had was delicious!!! However wasted 40 something dollars cause I threw everything out. Like girl your thumbs were in my plater you just had in your nose!! The bartenders and other workers were friendly and the regular patrons I met were nice. The reason why I'm giving this review a 1 star is the food was disgusting and overpriced. The burger literally tasted like a store bought patty on an old backyard grill, it literally gave me flashbacks to when my dad would nearly burn the house down with grill fires. The fries were good but there was nothing special about them just your standard fresh cut not that there's anything wrong with that though. The prices though are obscene. 21 dollars for a burger, fries, and a drink. 21 dollars!! Will never be back! read more

Decided to try a new place for dinner and it was well worth it. Decided on the fish and shrimp dinner with Mac and cheese and fries. The fish was huge and very flavorful. The 4 shrimp were juicy and tasted very good. The fries are like a battered type and were good. Glad they didn't taste like they were cooked with the fish. The Mac and cheese is absolutely delicious. Nice soft noodles and creamy cheese almost like a sauce. Could have just eaten this as a main course! The bar is comfy and everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Lots of staff for a smaller place. Also found it cool they have derby cash horse racing monitors and a lottery machine. Will definitely return to try many more dishes. Thank you to the staff for a fun dinner tonight. read more

This was a weirdly pleasant surprise. From the outside the establishment looks like there very well could be a missing child inside or grand dads lawn mover holster. Our friend was our waitress, she moved like an npc but was pretty solid overall. I got the Philly cheesesteak and oh boy slap my mother was it scrumptious. Amazing burgers !! The side door burger was huge and delicious! Husband tried the pulled pork pirogies they were really good. Think they would make a perfect app too ! We also had the hot pepper ring that were deep fried with ranch and horsey dipping sauces. Did not disappoint! Live music and great food and great friendly service on a Thursday night in New Castle!
