If you want any nice attention about your pet, don't go here. They won't answer your questions about your dog. Ana was the recieving person in Tucson. She did not answer my questions about my puppy and told me it's my dog I had to research it. It was evident she did not want to be there as her bad attitude continued. She never gave me prices and she was just rushed so it was very impersonal. In hindsight I spent $400 for a neuter and extras and felt like I could have just gotten the same services elsewhere where I can actually ask questions about my dog. In the end she said it would be 1.5-2 hours, it was past that when I received the message and I had a meeting so I called to see if I could pick him up about less than 1 hour later and I was told it would be an extra fee, even though I paid for extra things and most importantly Ana never told me about this extra late fee charge. So I just missed my meeting and pick my puppy up. When I got there she was completely rude. She was going over post care and pills and I asked if this is written on the bottles because I'm not writing this down since I had nothing to write with. Also I asked her if I was going to receive a book or record of the vaccines. She got mad and said we don't do books, you'll get a paper after you get your dog, she yelled "do you want to receive post care or not". I was like I want to get my dog and the documentation since I couldn't believe she was treating me this way. She told me the price and I said where is the itemized receipt. She said you'll get it after (which I have never paid for something without knowing what I was paying for). I gave her my card and I asked her if I can talk to someone else and she said she's the only one and she said I'll let my manager know you refused post care instructions and I was in the middle of my sentence when she just went inside. I opened the door as soon as it closed in my face and finished my sentence and she yelled and said I was not allowed to open the door. I waited and once my dog came out with another tech I finally said my sentence without interruptions. I said. I never refused I just don't want to be spoken to the way you are, I want the post care but by someone else, not by you. The other tech that brought my dog out said she would do it and Anna stopped arguing. I had a great experience with the 2nd tech and she was very nice. All the things she told me was already told to me by Anna so not sure why she said I refused the instructions when she had already told me them. It was strange experience and I definitely do reviews and have a large following. Not happy. I couldn't even ask about the anal excretion and when I took my dog to our destination, he was bleeding at his anus. Really strange and just made me frustrated that I couldn't even fully ask about it before. Luckily I asked by text and someone did help me out but i didn't get the answer until 4 to 5 hours later. I just don't understand why she had to be so rude and then try to turn it around on me. It was weird to say the least. I feel gypped. read more

I used to love this place when they had vans. Now they just opened their Tucson location and it's awful. You stand with other people and their pets in a closed off room. There is no one there to see you. There is a sign in sheet that another customer had to show me. But it's worthless to sign it because when the tech does come out she randomly picks people regardless of appointment. I sat there for 45 minutes and finally had to push my way to the front to see the tech. Then another person had a dog they could not do surgery on and the tech had a full on private conversation with this family in front of everyone.....despite there being consult rooms where they could have gone. Add to the discomfort of the waiting room, you get to listen to dogs screaming bloody murder in the back and it tells you the tension behind the door is as bad as the tension in the closed off waiting room. Like I said this place was fabulous before but I don't think I'd ever want to go back to the physical location again. read more

I love this mobile vet service. They took care of my 13 year old Pomeranian just like he was their own dog. I was quite apprehensive to have him go thru extensive oral surgery. He had to have most of his teeth removed. He came thru with flying colors. And the cost was at least half of any other vet. I highly recommend them. read more

Went here based on high ratings. They kept my cat for 8 hours with no communication. Good luck getting ahold of anyone via telephone. I would stay clear of this office. My pup had an absess that needed to be looked at and lanced but they state they do not perform services like this. What? Their facility name is Dr Kelly's surgical unit? I wouldn't bother contacting this office for any services. My pup had to have major dental surgery in October 2019. I could not say enough about this Veterinary Service. They were wonderful, professional and beyond excellent. Will I recommend them? Absolutely! Granted, I had to wait outside until they were ready for him. This happened on the initial visit too. However, it is necessary and part of the Mobile process! It's a small inconvenience when you consider their prices as opposed to a Vet in a building! If anyone has an issue with NOT having a waiting room then they aren't fully aware of the Mobile idea. I decided to use Dr. Kelly's mobile vet for the neutering, micro-chipping and nail clipping of my six year old dachshund. We arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment and were promptly greeted by a friendly staff member that took my information and made certain they correctly had all the services I wanted and gave me the final cost, which was the same as stated online. While the receptionist filled out all the paperwork and submitted my payment, I had an opportunity to survey (sneak a peek) at the surgical area. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. I feared it may be a little messy, since it was a mobile unit but it was very clean. I completed the admittance procedure and was given a pick up time of about two hours with a promise to call when my dog was out of recovery. After a breakfast at a nearby restaurant and a little grocery shopping, I received a call that I could pick up my dog in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist, given after care instructions and than given my groggy but happy dog. The surgical incision very clean and looked great. Jack never seemed to experience a lot of discomfort, from day 1. It has been ten days since the procedure and my dog, Jack, is a new 'man'. I plan on using them for dental cleaning in the near future. Very cost effective. read more

Our vet is no longer doing dental cleanings and recommended this business as our dogs were in need of tartar removal. To the eye, they both had some tartar build up but otherwise looked pretty good. This is a very invasive procedure that seems to require tooth removal. Had I known this would create so much trauma I would have refused the extractions. In all, our 2 dogs had 15 teeth removed, fairly equally between the two. When we got home our female was bleeding quite extensively. We didn't know what normal was so we waited the night out and called in the morning. Dr Kelly's mobile unit saw her, said she needed a stitch and we would have to pay for anesthesia. We were already $1127 into this vet and thought they should have stitched her when she was under the first time. They got the bleeding to stop and sent her home without a stitch. When I got home that evening she was once again bleeding. Our entryway looked like a crime scene and when she shook, blood spattered everywhere. Dr Kelly was of course closed by then so we had to take her to the emergency vet. They kept her overnight, packed it and got it to stop. They sent us home with meds to stop the bleeding if it started again. She began to heal but not after paying the emergency vet another $500. The next day the emergency vet called me to be sure she was okay but we never heard from Dr Kelly's outfit again. I feel they are a money machine and that is what they care about. Beware! And if you decide on this procedure for your animal, go in knowing it is a major surgery. If you don't want teeth pulled tell them! Be your animal's advocate. read more

Found out about them from my neighbors on the Next Door app. My dog's vet recommended a surgeon to remove a cancerous lump . Most vet surgeons had long waiting periods or high examination fees (yes again, despite having a lab report n referral from my vet) this place is reasonable( no examination fee) and explained the case to me well, even suggested an oncologist , if I wanted it done elsewhere. I drove 45 min to them on the East side. Natalie was patient knowledgeable and helpful. I thought that this place was convenient and well priced for vaccines but beware about the DA2pp/Lepto. Based on their pricing sheet, you would think it would be included in the Pack A, however the Lepto booster was not included. It cost an additional $25 ($50 if you have 2 dogs). Totally fine- but at least be up front about that and why would you put on there that the flu shot was an additional $25 but not the DA2pp/Lepto? I would just be cautious on what else is not listed but that you'll be expected to pay for after services have already been rendered. Recommended this place but definitely double check on pricing before getting services so you know what you'll be paying! read more

My dog Maddie received surgery for cherry eye.  It didn't hold, and I understood it might not.  That's not the bad part.  I took her to an eye specialist.  The specialist removed not only the third eyelid but a cancerous mass in the eye orbit.  How could this have been missed when Dr. Kelly's was working on my dog.   Do not recommend. If I could afford it I would sue for my money back on the procedure they did.  I will be letting my pet friends know not to use this service. read more

Our French bulldog Tonka went in for a spay this morning. Making the appointment was easy, drop off and pick up was easy, front door tech was nice. The staff called Tonka a princess ! She is a spoiled drama queen indeed. She hated being in a cage.. thats not her fault, we have never crated her before . Anyway, all went well. The only thing we had an issue with was Tonka late in the evening after office was closed , decided to vomit 3 times . She had not eaten since last night.. so its not food related . She's had 1 piece of ice , doesn't want water . I get it ... my LITTLE issue was , calling the office and not being able to speak with even an on-call Dr. I just had a couple questions is all. TONKA seems to be doing a bit better now at 10 pm... fingers crossed She continues to heal in a positive manor . Other then no on call dr... i would still recommend this group... To start all I am going on is one visit for a vaccine today. This is a mobile vet that is low cost. They are in an RV meaning you wait outside once you arrive for your appointment. They have a sign that asks you to knock on their door. I saw their events on Facebook and for $15 for a rabies vaccine with no exam required I figured why not. I scheduled an appointment via text message which was different for sure. The person I spoke to gave me a good amount of information regarding the appointment and how things would go. They go to different locations throughout Tucson. They do offer a free brief exam/consultation to give you an estimated cost for things like dental work, extractions and surgical procedures. They don't do things like allergy injections that require a monthly maintenance. The RV they work out of was clean and actually smelled of rubbing alcohol upon entry. Getting into the RV was difficult for the elderly customer ahead of me and would not be able to accommodate someone in a wheelchair. The space is extremely small. Limited to a baby scale and a small seat to sit on. My appointment was at 11:30 am and I was not seen until almost 12:20 pm. This was a very long wait time for what ended up being a quick two minute vaccine. The person that cared for my pet was polite but to the point. I'm thinking this is a new business and I'm hoping they take off because I know it will help the community afford healthcare for their pets. It might be a better option for them to separate the work area in the RV where they perform surgeries and add a separate side/outside area for healthy pets not requiring an exam and only needing shots. I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars because I want to see them succeed and I hope they work out the few kinks in their service. Also, for a 5 lb dog try a puppy/kitten sized needle just to be nice. read more

took my 7 lb Toy Poodle for teeth cleaning on 11/16/22. appointment was for 7;30 AM. At 3;30 PM I called to check on her since I had had no calls from them on her status. They had not even started the procedure. I went and got her. Since getting her home she has not wanted to eat much and started throwing up and having diarrhea last night. I would not recommend this doctor. yes, I would have saved $500.00 but not worth it. It will likely cost me several hundred dollars today to get my fur baby well. DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!!! read more

My dog came in for a dental cleaning last month. A few things about this establishment,do not expect to speak with the doctors directly but rather through the vet technicians. Yes this is a cheaper alternative for costly procedures, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I didn't feel welcomed or confident in my pet's care until it was too late when he was taken in the back. I did not receive any sort of updates and it was like pulling teeth trying to get my questions answered. Overall, if your pet is in okay health and they are undergoing a routine procedure with no expected complications, they should be okay but I would be weary of more complicated procedures. The waiting room was very chaotic and I didn't appreciate having someone finally check me in 45 minutes after my appointment time (mind you, my poor pet was fasted and ready to go). Overall, not terrible yet not the best either. read more

waiting to get sweet Delilah teeth done on the 20th of oct. scard to death Dylan has helped with some questions but still so scared since Dr Mele and others and others have said how important to do a proper job and so hard to get into vets now a days. .this has taken over four mos since so verybusy. But keeping the faith since I sure they have good intention but this dog is a SERVIS dog and my life since no family.. Wondering why not more rev here . Teeth are more complex and most all others seem to use x-rays.Buttryingto have faith in there vet here in tucson and Dylan who they just transferred here to handle the overloard and get back to people. ...He promised to be there that day since it's just so differcult to trust them to be able to do the proper job needed . ... dr. mele is a pro and other vets say you need to be very careful.. looking forward to updating with a great review and a healthy pet that has gotten the best care possible. read more

My cat had dental work which was less costly than regular vet but did not take X-rays. I was satisfied and want to encourage this as mobile and less expensive vet services are needed. I was not able to have any contact with the vet- all went through a tech. This made me uncomfortable. Also I seem to have a very sensitive cat and she went through some weeks of trying to use the litter box even though no problem could be found.I just guessed that she felt it was traumatic experience and she reacted with PTSD. She seems all right now and teeth are much improved!! read more

These folks are wonderful! They took such good care of my baby girl. She had to have a number of teeth pulled but you wouldn't even know she had it done. These people are Angels! So very kind and attentive. They got my little one taken care of despite my getting lost on the way there, needing directions and in a lot of anguish about the surgery. They charged half the price that my vet would have and made it possible to get the surgery my pet needed. It was too costly for me otherwise. My pet is now happy and healthy again!
