This place is awful several months ago I went to pechanga with my mom and we decided to eat at Kelseys Bar and grill we both ordered the BLT which was Bacon, lettuce and pork belly sandwich with fries it took them over an hour to make this people who had come in after us had already finished their meal before we even got ours. When we finally got it I was hungry and started eating my sandwich, I thought it tasted funny but just thought it was how they cooked the pork belly until my mom went to fix her sandwich and come to find out the bacon in the sandwich was raw bacon it was not cooked. As an apology the waitress gave me a piece of day old cheesecake to go. I ended up getting food poisoning and to this day I have not been able to eat bacon read more

There was a bit of a wait but that was due to the large party we had, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Not trying to pig out, we all stuck to the appetizers alongside some fine beverages. I love the ambience and service here, but that's about all. I brought my family for a Father's Day dinner and was so disappointed when no none liked their food. The Hangover Burger was too sweet, ribeye was bland, pizza was undercooked, and fish and chips were mediocre. The nachos looked impressive but tasted like everything came out of a can. When guests leave their plates full, it's a huge red flag. I highly suggest eating elsewhere in the casino. read more

Ive been waiting to write this review since mid March because I was trying to get a hold of the general manager however every attempt has received no response. We had an appetizer that was decent. The service was crappy. I watched 2 ladies next to me finish and leave. Up walks a new guy after about 15 mins or so the female bartender asks him to move citing he's not allowed to sit there. He was not rude but she had an attitude on her when he asks why do I have to move I'm waiting for my wife. The bartender quickly escalated the situation and called for the manager all the while smiling and smirking at him. She had a wait and see attitude. Eventually the man said screw this and left. We were so uncomfortable watching this transpire. But wait it got worse. The manager eventually walked up and starts asking the bartender questions in front of us and she was laughing and boasting about how she was crappy to him. It was obvious the manager was ok with the lack of professionalism put forth by her employee. We were disgusted, asked for our check, advised the other bartender you know we saw everything that happened and she's wrong for what she did and this is why we are leaving. We decided to eat off-site instead, and we were staying at the hotel! Shame on you pechanga for allowing this to go down and even more for never returning my multiple calls and emails. This is my second time here and I have enjoyed both times. I managed to snap a photo of the appetizers but not the entrees, we were so hungry and it was going away family dinner and I was intentionally not using my phone. This place is inside the casino and it's a nice casual place to kick back and enjoy yourself. For appetizers we had the Jalapeño Poppers (keto friendly ), for entree I had the Caesar Salad, no croutons, add ribeye steak medium well!! Steak was seasoned to perfection (keto meal) . Hubby had the Spicy Jerk Chicken Sandwich, my children had the Hangover Burger and the Classic Burger with Bacon ( children are college aged). My husband also loves the Smoked Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned, it taste like Christmas in July if you ask me, it's yummy!! The restaurant is clean, the Olympics were on the big screen , the atmosphere was friendly and the service was wonderful. We want to restaurant hop the next time we visit the Casino but we will definitely be keeping this one on the list even , if it's just for a night cap . Came here with for my birthday while camping at the RV Resort. First off ambiance is great, open space just off the casino floor. The restaurant is on the smaller side with a bar in the middle surrounded by TVs which all had sports on, yay. Let's talk about food. In my opinion huge portions for the price. So pretty fair in that sense. It was also delicious. My husband and I both had bbq, one got tri tip and the other brisket then we split the meat. Both meats were amazing. It was served with corn bread and choice of two side. I got beans and coleslaw, but we're tasty. No complaints. Service is where this place losses a star, closer to a star and a half for me. Pretty slow service in my opinion. Took forever to get drinks. Food came quickly but we were only checked on once, right after the food came. The server took a long time to come back and ask if we wanted boxes. Again took some time to bring boxes back, when he did so we asked for the checks. Once again took a while to bring those. What could have been a hour to hour and a half was a two hour dinner. Most of which was waiting for things to move back and forth, like boxes and checks. This is probably the last one we had yet to try, and since we were a table 14 I decided to take the average which was around 3/4 stars. The experience is definitely different when there's a huge table to serve. The waitress was nice, but didn't come by often to check in with us. It took awhile to get our orders taken and awhile to get our food. Once we got the food, it looked so yummy! My mom ordered the salad (pictured below): 3/5... not enough dressing My brother ordered the steakhouse dip sandwich (pictured below): 4/5... the dip is what made the sandwich good! Kelsey's is a bar located inside the Pechanga Casino/Resort. The night I was there, the power had gone off- The lights were on but no power to the kitchen hoods so no food. Bad luck on our part. So we had to leave to another part of the resort that had a kitchen open. We were pissedoff becaus ethey waited to tell us about the no food issue until after we ordered a set of expensive cocktails. When we asked the manager if she would consider comping some drinks for our inconvenienced she looked at me like I had escaped from an insane asylum. She launched into a story about how she could get fired or Pechanga could lose their business license, which I thought sounded pretty ridiculous given we were inside a casino on sovereign indian land. So we down our overpriced drinks and moved onto the Noodle place that was still open and had a decent dinner without a side of bad attitude. We came here for my Brother's 21st birthday. We had a party of seven and were seated soon after they set up a table for us. I hadn't eaten all day and after our long drive to Pachanga I was ready for a big lunch. We got drinks first. I just got a soda and my Brother got his first ever real Pina Colada. He definitely enjoyed it because he drank the whole thing throughout lunch. They serve most of their drinks like water and sodas in huge mason jars, which was pretty cool. My Mom got their sangria and she passed it around for everyone to try since it was so good. It was pretty good, to be honest it tasted kinda watered down though. Probably because there was a lot of ice in it. After our drinks we ordered our appetizers and entrees. To start we got two orders of fried pickles and one order of their loaded tater tots. I liked the fried pickles. They were salty, crispy and went great with ranch. The tater tots were kinda disappointing though. It was under seasoned and the pork belly that was served on top of it was overcooked. For our entree my Mom and I split their surf and turf, which is a six ounce filet and grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I liked everything about our entree except for the steak. Our steak was cooked right, at medium, but it was just super dry and it also needed more seasoning. The shrimp was my favorite of the plate. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well with a good char. I also loved their super buttery mashed potatoes. The asparagus wasn't bad either. Lastly we got a couple of desserts. The first was a couple of scoops of ice cream with a candle for my Brother's birthday and then I ordered their churros to share with the table. The churros were just alright, they were a little too dense, the flavor was good though, sugar and cinnamon. I also liked the tart berry dipping sauce. Lunch here was alright overall. My buddy and I decided to eat here last night after playing some table games at Pechanga. We really enjoyed everything about this restaurant, especially our waitress: Kylia. She was the best! She had the kindest smile and was quite welcoming. I ordered a Michelada and my buddy ordered the Peanut Butter beer. They ran out of the PB beer so she recommended another beer that my friend liked. Kylia was super attentive to our table and made sure my water glass was always filled since I was pretty thirsty from the buffalo wings and Wagyu Burger. The appetizer and main course were awesome and Kylia made it even better with checking up on us regularly. We figured out that table who spoke to server in Spanish got better service and they even got their food faster, not cool one bit. They said there was a wait for some tables but there was no weights at the bar so we went and sat at the bar. Jordi Was our server and he practically made our night! He was very helpful, very friendly, and definitely was on point with the drinks! We had ordered some food and we did not like it. My friend had ordered the burger medium well done and it came out pretty raw. We had ordered the buffalo chicken pizza but did not realize that it was lathered in blue cheese which I couldn't eat. Jordi made sure that I got taken off our bill even though we felt really bad for ordering it and having to return it and not eat it. We will definitely be back to see Jordi! read more

Even though its inside the casino, it has its own space, you dont smell any cigarette smell from here which is nice. We were seated in the main little room which was decorated so nicely, interesting enough, the menu has the lights is the same style of lights in the room that we were seated in. When we asked for the manager my husband asked her how this looked, to which she replied "It looks toasted". It was clear to us that the food sat for a while before it was brought out to us. So it appears it was put in the broiler to be reheated, which also explains why our plates were extremely hot. We have eaten here a few times. When it came it was watery and no carbonation like the ginger beer was flat. I ordered a standard burger, medium, and it came raw... not rare, raw. I was starving so was going to just eat it rare but when I took a bite it was cold and crumbling. They made me a new one but, of course, well done...
