I confronted them and said if the technician had taken it for a test drive after the service he certainly would've discovered the leak. Of course I got some B.S. that they always check it. Clearly they didn't finish the job. Also, they are waaay over priced. I called another service after the fact and found Dis-Honest Wrenches was overcharging by $600. There are many places in Des Moines for better auto service.

They did a very in-depth diagnostic and sent me the results by text, which I was able to open in a web browser. The repair was much more expensive than I had hoped, but at least I knew I wasn't going to get nickel and dimed to death putting "band-aid" fixes on my car. I decided to forego repairs and trade the car in as it was a ten year old vehicle. Joey's charged me for the diagnostics only and never tried to pressure me into anything more.
