My wife went to see Dr. Brandon Ho, and this is what she had to say: Pleasant isn't usually the word that comes to mind when you visit the dentist but it was this time! I went to see Dr. Brandon Ho for a double cavity filling (recommended by a friend). Everyone in the office was super nice, especially Dr. Ho. While we were waiting for the local anesthesia to set in, he gave me earphones so I could listen to music on my iphone. He also offered me a blanket (because he said the a/c was a bit chilly). I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in the chair - not kidding! When he was working on my teeth, he talked me through each step of the process so I wasn't left in the dark. The filling was excellent - left my teeth feeling smoother than my real teeth. He even took a before and after picture of the area so I could see the work that was done, which was very cool. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ho (and also his son, Brandon) for all of our dentistry needs for almost 20 years. They are very gentle and skilled. Dr Brandon Ho explains everything he is doing (and why) when he does crowns and fillings, and puts you very much at ease. I like the little touches that their office does, like using a liquid numbing agent before giving a Novocain injection. These are all things I never had as a kid. They are very punctual and professional - I never wait more than a few minutes before they call me back. The hygienists have all been there for years, and they have both ultrasonic cleaning as well as the traditional scraping to remove plaque. In addition to routine cleaning, I've used their services crowns (several), night retainer (as an adult), and periodontal treatment. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed. I really appreciate the dentists at this office -- they care deeply about their patients and strive for excellence at the same time. Dr. Ho saved my tooth from extraction! I was going to a dentist in Pasadena who told me that I had a crack in my tooth and needed to get my tooth extracted because infection had already spread. I was very scared and alarmed as I was only going in for a routine check up and had no idea that there was a problem with my tooth. I am so glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Ho. He checked my tooth and assured me it was not cracked and referred me to another specialists to do a retreatment of my tooth (since I had a root canal done on this tooth a few years ago!). Inside the bathroom there are samples of tooth brushes w/ toothpaste and mouth wash. (This isn't offered at ANY dentist office I've been to in my whole life!) Dr. Kenneth Ho has up to date technology and took pictures of my teeth where I could see what the concern was verses my old doctor (pulling out a mirror) I decided to give Dr. Kenneth Ho a try and after he finished I was almost in tears because my smile changed sooo much for the better!!!
