My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ho (and also his son, Brandon) for all of our dentistry needs for almost 20 years. They are very gentle and skilled. Dr Brandon Ho explains everything he is doing (and why) when he does crowns and fillings, and puts you very much at ease. I like the little touches that their office does, like using a liquid numbing agent before giving a Novocain injection. These are all things I never had as a kid. They are very punctual and professional - I never wait more than a few minutes before they call me back. The hygienists have all been there for years, and they have both ultrasonic cleaning as well as the traditional scraping to remove plaque. In addition to routine cleaning, I've used their services crowns (several), night retainer (as an adult), and periodontal treatment. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed. I was going to a dentist in Pasadena who told me that I had a crack in my tooth and needed to get my tooth extracted because infection had already spread. I was very scared and alarmed as I was only going in for a routine check up and had no idea that there was a problem with my tooth. I am so glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Ho. Dr. Kenneth Ho has up to date technology and took pictures of my teeth where I could see what the concern was verses my old doctor (pulling out a mirror) I decided to give Dr. Kenneth Ho a try and after he finished I was almost in tears because my smile changed sooo much for the better!!!
