I went with the Crispy Shrimp Rolls, served with sweet chili dipping sauce. These had a perfectly crispy exterior, filled with delightfully tender, juicy shrimp. As for my main meal, I ordered something I normally wouldn't: Chiang Mai Golden Curry Noodle Beef Shank, which consisted of egg noodles with braised beef in homemade Thai coconut curry. The Beef Shank was wonderfully succulent, rich in flavor, while the noodles were perfectly cooked, enrobed in the well seasoned, multi-layered sauce, which had plenty of coconut taste. My only issue was that the Beef was marbled with fat, so I had to try to eat around it, as I prefer my meat to be more lean. Prices were fairly reasonable.
