Hope was great! I had never been to one of these before and was frankly very overwhelmed by all the choices and new flavors (I've been going to Jamba Juice forever) . I was honestly looking for a Jamba Juice but this popped up and I am very glad! Super easy to get to in a shopping center with tons of parking. I needed a quick and healthy breakfast and I'm very pleased with what I got. Bananarama with an add of 15g of chocolate protein powder Yum! I also got the spinach and feta stuffed pretzel and it's delicious! But the woman who helped me this morning -Hope - made all the difference. As soon as I walked in she greeted me from the back and let me know she'd be with me ASAP. I let her know I had never been there and she responded with so kindly! She was super friendly, patient, and helpful. The place was clean and vibrant and I think I found my new favorite smoothie place. Ok. I have been here twice now and let's just say it's a really good thing that this last time wasn't my first. I would not have returned would it have gone the other way. Both times I ordered the Acai Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (which is honestly more like a smoothie parfait) minus the banana and adding hemp hearts and chia seeds. The first one is in the picture. There are layers, it's nice and neat (not literally over-flowing), and it was fully mixed (no big chunk the diameter of the cup near the bottom). Also, they had the hemp hearts the first day. It was definitely yummy enough to hit the spot when I was craving a smoothie bowl (the first time), but didn't have time to go to the other side of town where they make some smoothie bowls to die for. Yummy enough to return and take my son with me. We walk in and are immediately told that they can't take our order until they finish the one they are working on. I look down and the entire counter is filled with 4-drink drink carriers of smoothies. I asked are we looking at something like 5 minutes or 30. She said she didn't know. I later discover that these two young ladies sitting down are also waiting to order. This 30+ smoothie order (might have had more, but I know they counted out 30 straws) had been called in and the three employees were all working on this and using all of the blenders. I think it would have been much wiser to have one employee take care of the customers in the shop (who's orders were actually quite quick for them to assemble later). I finally get to order and they don't have the hemp seeds. Well, ok. That happens. I had the 10% off deal for checking in with Yelp, but they couldn't figure out how to give it to me even though they already hit the "use now" button (so I had to use it within a couple of minutes... not next time or whatever). Another girl took over and then joked that we will have to wait four hours before we can use the code. Ya, not funny when we had already been there about a half hour... When we get our smoothie bowls, I had to get the first girl's attention just to get some spoons. Mine was over-flowing and not in a good way. Honey and smoothie covered chia seeds were going all down the sides. It didn't seem as thick this time and when I got down near the bottom, I discovered a frozen disk probably about 1/3 inch thick and diameter of the cup. It didn't have much flavor on it's own, either. I also discovered when I saw my picture of the first time again that my second one didn't have the layers of goodies. My son liked his, but wasn't happy about the such long wait that made us late to our destination. This could easily go up in stars if I decide to chance it again and they do more like they did the first time. They have a lot of potential; they just didn't live up to it on this last Wednesday. read more

She was rude in general, did not call out customer drink orders, and was very distracted by too many things to be the face of the store, behind the register. I decide to use it since I am on crutches, placed my order total of 6 drinks. 30 minutes later still hadn't received my drinks went inside and they didn't have them ready. I really should have read previous reviews about their curbside service before ordering curbside today. After waiting about 10 min, my brother went inside to check on my order and the employees were just standing around chatting and their reply was "oh we're working on it." 10 more minutes pass by and now my dad goes in for an update and the employees seemed confused about there being an curbside order and are still working on it. Whatever you do, don't order curbside. The quality of the açaí bowl was definitely not worth the wait. read more

Get in and out with your order quickly. Super affordable, and yummy! I feel like these smoothies are less sweet than a lot of other places I've tried. I love that! They have a punch card thing and it's super easy to get to your free drink! Parking is tight, but that's just the area of the mall. I've done their one day juice cleanse twice and enjoyed it. I plan on doing another this coming week. The only thing I wish I was different was I wish their cold press juice cleanse could be customized. I prefer less ginger and more cayenne pepper. My sister got an acai bowl and she told the girls she doesn't want coconut on her bowl. She is a regular and they usually help her. She receives her bowl and there is coconut on the bowl. She says to the girls I asked for no coconut flakes. They said are you sure and made a big fuss. Long story short they told her she had to pay for a new bowl and blamed her for there pace being ruined. I get people get busy and stuff, but they should never be rude to customers no matter the situation. They made her feel guilty and uncomfortable about how they replied back to her. Not sure why this had to happen. Could have just apologized and made a new bowl without any issues. Really bad customer service this day every other day has not been so bad. Hope it changes. I dont think will be going anymore until it gets better. We love the product and the service typically, but just dont get why it was such an issur. read more

I went in about 2 weeks ago at 8:30pm which is almost time for them to close. I was only there to purchase 2 gift cards and I specifically asked for receipts for each cards that says the amount. First time here since all my years coming to this area. I'm a Jamba Juice frequent flyer and with none in a 25 mile radius from the house this place had to do. It was a quiet evening with not a lot of business, could've be that it was 30 degrees outside. They have an extensive menu ranging from pressed juices, blended fruit smoothies and sweet smoothies just to state a few. I even saw drinks that were blended with Red Bull, interesting... Went with an Orange Obsession...orange and mango juices, with honey, banana, strawberry and orange sherbet. The honey came out a lot and it cut the citrus taste nicely. I've always been a Jamba Juice gal but Keeva sent me a free smoothie coupon so I figured I'd give them a shot - after all, this is much closer to my house so I figured if I loved them I'd be able to get a smoothie without the longer drive. The place smells funny - kind of like bug spray. It is brand new though so maybe the material smell is still there. I asked the girl at the counter if she is familiar with Jamba Juice because that's where I frequent and didnt know anything about Keeva's menu. I was hoping to get something similar to my usual at Keeva but she couldnt really compare the menus and didnt offer much to say except "I know we are better" - I wonder how she "knows" they are better if she doesnt know anything about what her competitor offers. I ordered one of thier strawberry smoothies. The 12 ounce free cup I got was pathetic and plain and the smoothie was not nearly as good as Jamba Juice and it was warm - not ice cold so I wont be going back based on the flavor and lack of customer service. The service we received was awful. The 2 girls were busy gossiping about their co-worker while there were people waiting to order. I inquired about a drink I had ordered a few weeks before and asked if they had anything like a cold buster or similar and the girl told me "we have nothing like that here". I was ordering something for my husband who had a cold and just wanted something that may help. She offered no help. I explained what I thought was in it and she told me the name of one. I placed my order and she turned and started whispering to her co-worker who turned around to look at me and both started giggling. Once my drink was made she placed it down and said "cold buster" which made her coworker begin to giggle all over again. The drink was ok but the service was awful. This location is the closest one to me, but still a bit of a drive. Their smoothies are awesome though so if I get a craving, I am driving here. The introvert in me loves online ordering and curbside pick-up which this location offers. I like their extensive menu with flavors and add-ons for whatever you may want or need. My favorite is the Citrus Sunrise with the Stress Free supplement. For my husband this trip it was the Citrus Sunrise with added Vitamin C. I placed my order and paid online. The pick-up time was about 30 minutes from the time the order was placed so it gave me time to get there. I called from the parking lot to let them know I was there. They said to give them five minutes (I arrived about ten minutes before the scheduled pick-up time) and they would bring my order out...and they delivered as promised! The smoothies tasted great as usual. I received confirmation of my order via email and then they sent me a coupon via email for 20% off my next order! Bonus! My office often orders smoothies for the staff from here too using the same order ahead and pick-up options. The staff are always nice and accommodating too! Highly recommend! read more

Since starting my Keto diet over a month ago, I have really missed my Keva Juice visits due to the carbs in the drinks. I was really craving a smoothie, so I popped in to my favorite Keva Juice off Vista, and the staff, as always, greeted me with their warm, bubbly personalities. I proceeded to tell them about my Keto dilemma and was immediately directed toward several drinks which would keep me under my carb limit. Carlee even suggested adding a little Chia seeds to add extra fiber to bring down my net carbs. I was so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the product that I had to share. It was a 30min I had to wait, people who went inside to ordered received their order first.
