So it happens few months ago but I want to share my experience , there is racist rude village Armenian lady working right in front of the shop she got black long hair right in the front of store , me and my fiance was looking for rings and respectfully asked her if she can see our ring sizes , she even didnt ask my nationality and start to talk with me in Armenian very rude , I didnt understand and first that she is saying smth in Armenian and she raised her voice on me saying just wear it !! in armenian even without explaining how to do that or what she wants me to do , she didnt put it to my finger to check my size she just disrepectfuly gave me that to do by myself , highly not recomended , and if you dont want bad and jealousy energy came to you just dont go to that village lady , thank you! read more

The insurance seems like a scam I bought two sets of earrings less than a month ago and one of each fell off and were never to be found. I knew better when I asked to make the diamond studs into screw backs and the woman said no it would loosen over time. Well they didn't even last three weeks. It was loose from day one but the "jeweler who fixes them was on vacation" so needless to say I learned a very expensive lesson and the insurance doesn't cover lost or stolen. NEVER AGAIN! I cannot express how happy I am we bought my 2 carat ring with a wedding band included and my partners 14k 6mm wedding band as well with her. I had to adjust the ring size on my wedding ring and they were quick 30 minutes for the re size and was ready to go home. Just an amazing experience! I had the best customer service and financial support. Karanee was so helpful with helping me choose a necklace for partner and even gave me really good deals. I do NOT recommend Kevin Jewelers (Glendale). Two years ago I bought there a ring inset with small emeralds for my wife, plus a "5 Year Jewelry Protection Plan" that cost $150. I have had to take the ring back for repair three times. The first time, I went in because an emerald fell out and was lost. The plan covered it. Okay. The second visit was necessary because the replacement emerald didn't match the others. The plan covered that too. Okay, but not great. The ring needed to go back a third time because an emerald again fell out (not lost). But this time, a clerk at Kevin told my plan had no more funds in it--which I didn't know was possible and which hadn't been explained to me when I made the purchase. The next day I called to speak with the manager, and she immediately put me on hold without a word after I stated my reason for calling. It felt a little rude. After a few minutes on hold, I was done with Kevin Jewelers. I'm not happy with their customer service. I'm really not happy with the apparently maxed-out warranty situation. And I'm very disappointed that emeralds keep falling out of the ring they sold me. Kevin should stand by its product--or improve its work! read more

This place lied to me telling me if I bought a pair of earrings and could not get them in my ears because they were so frail that I could return them and get my money back. Grace the asst. manager agreed to it in front of my daughter and me. She refused to let me see if I was able to put them on and take them off without a problem because I would not buy them otherwise. She promised to give me my money back that's the ONLY reason why I agreed to buy them and I bought them in good faith. Grace promised I could return them not exchange them . I acted in good faith and fair dealing and they acted in bad faith. We have no contract since I was led to believe other then they say their store policy is. They told me to contact them and now since they have ghosted me I am suing them. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the State Attorney General for fraudulent representation to entice me to purchase cheap made jewelry at expensive prices. Beware if you shop here. read more

Even though I did not originally purchase my ring from here, the entire staff I dealt with from my initial resizing to picking up my ring were amazing. I paid a good amount to get a ring sizing. I just noticed a Crack going trough the ring. They are going to charge me again to fix it. While i was there in person I physically watched the jeweler banging someone else's ring which was not the method that was supposedly done to my 18k white gold custom ring hence the $200 plus amount they charged me. Kevin Jewelers is partnered with Acima credit and they charge a ridiculous amount in interest, compared to somewhere like Zales who is partnered with Comenity bank who only charges you interest after a year. Kevin Jewelers is a nice store located in Glendale Galleria. The staffs are so nice when you purchase the products. Yet, when you need a help, they may not be there for you. At least they didn't even give me the response to my first email when I actually got the problem with my jewelry. After I fixed the problem out of pocket, the district manager contacted me later on. He tried to help me out but it was just too late. There was nothing he could really do for me at that point. read more

Do not shop at this jewelry store. They have a very bad customer service. I walked in today asking if they could do a courtesy cleaning on my wedding band/wedding diamond that my husband and I purchased there in December 2020. I was told by the manager that she couldn't do that because she couldn't find records on her computer that we purchased it there. Very ironic that in December 2020 she or another worker volunteered to clean my previous old wedding ring from Robin Brothers But their own product wouldn't clean it for me today. Very disappointing experience and never again will buy anything from Kevin jewelry. I was even considering on upgrading my diamond size. They do not stand by their word of "whenever you are at the mall stop by and we will clean it for you". I got the sense that if I was Armenian I would had received a better service. REVIEW FOR YOLANDA GRACE "ASSISTANT MANAGER" I visited this location on Jan 12 @ 6:30ish because my husband and I were intrigued by a bracelet displayed in the front of the store. We walked in and 3 women were at the cash register, we asked about the bracelet and Yolanda Grace "Assistant Manager" is who we dealt with and who this review is for. When we asked to see the bracelet, she IMMEDIATELY ROLLED HER EYES & scoffed but still showed us the bracelet, obviously. My husband continued to ask about price, diamond and ect. With every question she rolled her eyes and replied in a nasty tone as if we were wasting her time. She was absolutely rude and definitely annoyed by us coming in even though the store was empty and we were the only ones there. We were about to leave but were still looking around and we could hear Yolanda Grace "Assistant Manager" laughing about us and telling the other ladies working there about the questions we asked and our comments.. I'm not sure why? Making fun of customers because they don't have tons of knowledge on jewelry WHILE WERE STILL STANDING THERE is absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. It brought me back to school when the mean girls in a group would talk about you and you felt so BULLIED. Before leaving, my husband asked about diamond earrings and again she was immediately bothered by us asking more questions. When we asked to see single diamond stud earrings and where they were located she shaked her hand in the direction of the earrings, she couldn't be bothered to walk over to the case and actually show us... Bad customer service. With every question, rolled eyes and a bad tone. FINALLY, my husband asked if she was busy because she been trying to rush us out and up to this point only giving one word answers in a bad attitude. She immediately looked around the store, rolled her eyes and said NO. My husband then asked why she's been rolling her eyes at us the entire time and her reply was she wears contacts... So do I & I don't go rolling my eyes all day. Such a bad excuse for when your confronted by a customer on your behavior. It wasn't until we decided to buy something that her attitude completely changed and starting complimenting my daughter and how cute she was and told the clerk to get up and look at my daughter and compliment her as well. Well me and my fiancé went into this shop to look for a wedding ring but after walking around looking at several items we noticed their attention may have been focused on other places. Ignored us the whole time we was in there. We even got right next to 3 of them by the register and stood looking and smiling for a good 5 minutes. Yes maybe I should have jumped up and down an said something, but I thought I could keep looking because I was unsure what I liked most, (eventually they would come). No such luck, when I looked up at the I really just got bad vibes and that really is not very appealing to be in a great mood and then to walk in a store to be ignored then leave feeling bad. My husband and I purchased a necklace for our daughter's 21st birthday. Due to COVID we had limited options. We purchased a necklace and asked about their return policy in case she didn't like it. I was told she could only exchange it. I wasn't happy about this policy but again we had few options. A few days later my daughter went to exchange it and was met with much resistance and added rules on what she could exchange it for. The exchange didn't list all the restrictions given to her. The lady was annoyed that she helped her and was not going to earn commission. Note: their prices are inflated, sales people will negotiate different prices.
