    This is a scratch on the side of my car above the rear wheel well.

    Two issues but, I was genuinely impressed with my service advisor, Danecia, from the moment I set the appointment with her all the way through to the end of my visit. She was organized, fast-paced, and very helpful, checking in with me several times and making sure I understood each step of the process. My experience with the parts department and the coffee bar was fantastic during my wait, and the interior where I waited was clean and well appointed, with the exception of the women's bathroom, which was overflowing with paper. Everyone I met inside the dealership was friendly, always offering a smile -- and that's much appreciated. I had a battery replacement and a full synthetic oil change, and I also appreciated the special pricing on the oil change. The only two oversights came after my service was completed, when I discovered that my clock and electronic window "auto" down setting hadn't been restored after the battery change, something I had requested via text the day before and again verbally twice during my visit. In such a fast-paced environment, I understand how small details like this can get overlooked despite my mentioning it three times. The remedy was easy -- one of the other service advisors happily came out to help me reset my windows, showing me how to do it myself and assisting directly, even offering to check my radio stations. Once she was free, Danecia also came out to check on me and make sure everything was in order. The other issue is there are two white rubs on the side of my car that looks like they could be scratches that are new. I drove straight home from the dealer and didn't expect my convertible Lexus to be scratched. With more attention from the technician (and to the facilities), this could have been a five-star experience but alas, no. Danecia's professionalism and customer care were truly excellent, and I'm very happy otherwise. Thank you.

    Ken Lam is the best !!! Great service . Lexus provides rides , coffee and friendly service . Ken was very helpful and hooked me up with touch up paint and a new cover for my keys . He was So sweet and really genuinely cares . Hard to find good customer service these days but not here not with Ken as your service rep . I'm a happy Lexus owner .

    We had a great and quick experience here when we took our Lexus RX350 in for a oil change. I made the appointment online and selected any advisor. We got assigned Farah and she was great. Our oil change was done within an hour and a half, the best part was that she didn't try to sell us any service. Another person came and told us our tires was bad, so they give us a quote on how much it would be if we do it with them. I found another place down the street that had the same tires and was way cheaper for the cost. You used to pay at the advisor office but now you go inside to the service area to pay. They also sterilized your car for you too before they get in and after they are done.

    Tire replaced and the wheel was not properly cleaned up after the service was completed.

    One tire replaced and this is what was encountered upon closer inspection. White residue on the rim and tire. Im assuming it's the solution to check if there is a leak. One would think to clean up the tire and rim after replacing a new tire or when adding tire gloss. Please do a walk through when retrieving your vehicle since it's apparent they don't.

    After several miserable experiences at our local Santa Clarita Lexus Service Center, enough was enough; even if it meant driving the extra miles down to Van Nuys to get our 2011 RX 350 serviced. So scheduling an appointment the day prior we brought our vehicle in today for its 11 AM maintenance. Danecia was our service advisor, she also just happened to be celebrating her birthday. We wished her a Happy Birthday and then went over with her the 90,000 mile service. We agreed to all the terms, even though unlike our Honda Accord online scheduling, Keyes Lexus of Van Nuys gives no total estimate. So only a 4 rather than 5 star rating. But I must commend Danecia's customer service professionalism, for not coming off pushy or fake. Something that I've seen with too many at the Santa Clarita service center. The wife and I settled on waiting around for the estimated 2 hours wait, and I must say a nice waiting area Van Nuys provides. Much larger, and split into 2 sections; a mega lounge area as well as a setup that's almost like a serve yourself café. Coffee/Hot Chocolate machine with multiple choices, enough to satisfy most anyone's taste. We also observed cookies, mixed nuts, candies, and a huge glass fronted double-doored refrigerator filled with bottled water and several soda selections. All for the customers taking. With 3 large flat screens, one each for your CNN, FS1 Sports or Fox News preference playing side-by-side. My only complaint there, I wish at least one of those flat screens were sitting in the more comfortable seating and much roomier lounge area. After maybe an hour and a half, Danecia did come around to check on us, and to inform us that we were now just waiting on the carwash. And just after 1 PM, we were back in her office to make payment and back on our way. We enjoyed the experience today and hopefully that continues on future visits. With no apologies from our former local Lexus service center after my recent negative review of them, it looks like we'll be staying away from them, permanently. We're even looking at 2019 350s.

I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. My car is in phenomenal shape, and I saved a good amount of money (and headache) compared to what I was quoted at another spot down the street. Thank you Amir!

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
