THis IS my new CU and after a few months I told myself to be nice and write a review, since I belong to another SF CU and CFCU I thought I have some non traditional banking experience under my belt with several vehicle loans paid off and personal and sig loans all paid off and getting ready for an EV Loan but their are all expensive! Where's the gas savings in that ? Then your APR depending on your current history. Well Sam S, assured me this IS The Place to come to for all my Fam's needs financial, even though my Spouse is a CPA for a major grocery firm in the area, I wouid try them out. In Season, I assure you, the Branch Manager is ready and Pride showing, she runs the branch at east Like A Champ! Kenneth is there too and another my age but shame on me for forgetting her name! (Not Really Shari ). New one as well. Welcome, I go for the ATM using my other CU accounts to XFER since shared branching is almost non existance indoors anymore. But again! SAM reassures me I can take care of that @ their twenty four ATM outside and it's handy! I am HAPPY more than my Spectrum CU Acct and can access much easier here. I was looking around for the best CD rates. I was recommended to check out KeyPoint CU in Dublin. They were very responsive and I got an appointment that worked for my busy schedule. I met with Christy T and sat down with her. She was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cordial. She explained the CD options and what that meant. Within 30 min, I had set up two CD accounts, got my log in (and an updated secure password) to check my account online, and all of the necessary paperwork for my files.
