Always good service and always good food, my fav are the wraps! I love having somewhere healthy to eat (the wraps) and also something deliciously bad (everything else, esp. the Monte Cristo) right around the corner. I go to keystone at least once a week. as the weeks go on the food starts to get worst. Today was my final time there. Whoever took my order over the phone read back my order then kept saying he couldn't understand my name. get there they tried to charge me for extra bacon when I never said extra bacon get home they didn't even give me the correct bagels for my sandwiches so one the tried to charge me extra for Bacon and said so You didn't request extra bacon you Kno what I'll pay for your extra bacon and I didn't order extra bacon why would I pay for it and had the audacity not to even give me the right bagels they give you whatever they feel like and they Also always treat me as if im giving them an attitude and if they got my stuff right I wouldn't have an attitude do not recommend them anymore read more

Really happy with my experience this morning. I ordered through Grubhub and was able to get $5 off my 1st order. I was able to order on my commute up to work and have it ready for pick up at a specific time which was convenient. I ordered a lox bagel w. Cream cheese. I chose a sesame bagel & scallion chive cream cheese and added sliced tomato. They confirmed the order very quickly. I arrived right on time and the order was ready for me. It was packaged well. The bagel was fresh, good size and delicious. They put the perfect amount of cream cheese, not too much, not too little. And there was a large stack of lox, just how I like it. The tomato was fresh and cream cheese very flavorful. I also picked up an orange juice which was very good. I noticed while there that they also have my favorite, La Colombe Draft Latte, so I'll have to grab one with my bagel next time. They have good prices and I will definitely return. Was happy to pick up a well put together, full color menu as well, which will help me with future orders! Can't beat it. Happy to have this spot so close to my office. read more

Being from NJ, there is no decent bagel shops in Levittown area. Keystone bagels has definitely filled that void. Billy hooked it up for our high school debate team during the Pennsbury National tournament. There were a number of miscommunications and we discovered that, while we'd thought that there would be breakfast at the hotel, or breakfast at the debate, or both...there was neither. Hungry teenagers are no laugher matter, and especially pre-competition, so I did a quick scan of the area for food while our kids were prepping. Billy was the closest, and when I called and sort of unceremoniously asked if he delivered, he was perfectly accommodating even though he was short staffed for the weekend. This place is gross. Went there for the first time and will never go back. One worker was not wearing gloves and he was handling food and money and answering the food and never once reached for a glove or washed his hands. I've always been pleased with Billy's. The food is always delicious and fresh. I'd give them 4 or 5 stars but unfortunately service has suffered in the past year or so. Prices have gone up substantially, about 25-30% which I think is rather steep. But, I guess is in line with the competition since eggs and meat prices are very high right now. I had suggested a "pick-up" line for patrons who phoned in their orders so their food wouldn't be getting cold while waiting for new orders to be placed, but that wasn't received very well. Customer service is always number one with me (I had my own business for many years) and miss some of the old staff who were very friendly and efficient. I'll continue to patronage Billy's in the hope that I can give them 5 stars in the future. read more
