This is an updated review and happy to do so. Previously my family was not having a great experience however it was still a good one. My main gripe was that order details/comments weren't listened to, and they also would forget my order when I ordered via phone or online pickup. Since then, the owner has really taken the time to ask about my concerns, and fix them. I haven't had any issues since then, and we order frequently. I really appreciate the fact that the owner didn't disregard a negative comment and instead went out and fixed it. This is strong ownership. The reason for review is my wife and I order here almost every weekend for months now, and they more than 50% of the time miss something on our order which is really irritating. It's really as simple as reading the whole order twice and paying attention. Totally get things get busy, hectic and occasionally things get missed. But QC is key. Come on guys. Found this little green on my way to work one day. Quick service and friendly staff make your bagel sandwich taste a little better. Their jalapeno cheddar bagel is really good (little more dense, I think bc the jalapenos in it, but I don't mind that). Spinach bagel with pepper jack, egg, and turkey...so good. And make sure you try the jalapeno cream cheese! (raw, not pickled Japs...so much better!) I'm a fan and will continue to frequent this spot, you should too. Very good bagels--it's a shame customer service is slipping. My husband and I went here regularly for 3 years, but customer service is getting insultingly bad. Last month, I called in an order; the staffer I spoke with repeated it back to me correctly and my husband was there to pick it up 15 minutes later, the time the employee had specified. He was told they had never received such an order. Now, this was a weekday morning, so it wasn't busy--there was only one other customer in the store at the time. 4 or 5 staff were just standing around behind the counter. They wandered around, repeatedly asking each other if they knew of our order. They kept doing this as more customers came in and a line formed--but not one of the staff thought to wait on the new people. Finally, they made our small order--and got it wrong. As my husband was paying, the cashier sarcastically told him to "have a beautiful day." We haven't been back since. read more

I wanted to love this place, so I gave it two tries. I came in last week and got a pork roll, an over easy egg, and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. There were two things that were horrible about that meal. First, the dreaded, yucky, soupy egg white that covers the runny egg yolk... few can do it right, where the egg white is 100% solid and the yolk very runny. They weren't able to get it right. The second thing was the insane saltiness of it all. I thought it was just my own poor choice of the combination of items that made it so salty. I tried their food again today, and got a variety of items. I got the FSK bagel, which was okay, but got extremely salty again towards the end. My friend also had the Soprano. She also thought it was too salty. We got a number of other items and two drinks from the fridge. The other items were not even memorable. Overall, the food was 3/5 stars. But the customer service kind of sucked. I got an item with a burger and egg on it and I wasn't even asked how I'd like my burger OR my egg. I had to come back to the counter and ask the employee about making it the way I liked, and she seemed pissed. I thought it was always standard to ask these things? Loss of another star for poor customer service. Down to 2/5 stars. Later today, I was reading the news and found that this restaurant has been in violation of several health codes by the Bucks County Department of Health, as recently as just over a week ago! (And for similar things a few weeks ago, which they should've corrected.) One of the major ones was the lack of proper hand-washing and glove use, which was also mentioned in a review recently. I didn't exactly watch like a hawk when they made my food today, but I can say that this thoroughly scares me. Down to 1/5. My son and I wanted to try a different bagel place, thanks to yelp, we found our new spot!! Ordering online was ok, only issue with ordering thru yelp is the bagel ordering option. You must pick out 6 or 12, but it doesn't allow you to select more than 1 of that kind incase you want more than 1. Got to note it in special requests.. Their bagels are fresh as well as the cream cheeses. First time going there was great...easy pick up. I was just confused why I paid thru yelp than paid again when I picked up.. I told the girl that I had paid thru yelp, but she said no. Not sure what that meant. So I paid again ‍.. luckily I brought my purse with me..lol We just ordered take-out there a second time. Everything was great again.... just think the notes were missed in the special notes because we got a few bagels we didn't order, again this was ordering on yelp but it wasn't a big deal. I love this place. I've been an active supporter of theirs since the very beginning and they've always had their ups and downs. Great food when they aren't busy but they frequently mess up orders if they get busy. The recent addition and re opening seems to have caused a lot of issues and they don't seem to have it all together. Wait times well over an hour and way too many people inside the building while three brand new employees deal with the blunt of the angry customers who have been waiting. They're clearly not ready for this addition and were not ready for this capacity of people. I wish them the best of luck if this is how this will go. read more

Today I made an error on my online order and mistyped my address causing my order to be delivered to the wrong house. It was totally my fault, but they remade my order and got it right out to me. Their new space is very nice - much more room. Have been coming for awhile, most recently on Mother's Day and they gave us a great brunch for the group.
