I now have ordered twice from this location. The first time my order was so wrong. I ordered a large Cole slaw and got a small one I ordered 2 chicken breast and got thighs. My fries were mashed potatoes and when I called them ( I was already home when I opened my meal) they gave me a 10$ code for my next meal. For the price they charge for their food I should have gotten the right and better food. I then decided to try them a second time. When I picked up the food I checked right at the window and again they forgot the Cole slaw and the fries again were mashed potatoes. The meat tasted days old and I ended up giving it to my dogs. KFC has just released its "new" chicken sammy as FF chains across the country continue to attempt to ride the wave of success brought on by the Popeyes' gold standard sandwich. The Colonel describes their "new" version as a "mouth-watering combination of a premium, all-white meat, double-breaded, Extra Crispy™ chicken breast filet, served on a freshly-toasted buttery brioche bun, with crispy, thick pickles, and the perfect amount of the Colonel's real mayo or spicy sauce." So...let's see how they did! KFC's version arrives in a temperature-controlled foil pouch, just like competition. The sandwich itself looks very similar as well, with a slightly smaller appearance with both the breaded fillet & brioche bun. Let's talk texture. The KFC bun was a bit softer, but still held up well in comparison. Regarding the battered chicken fillet, the KFC version is alas not the Captain of the Crunch. It's good, but "Poppy" wins on both crunch & spicy flavor...however, KFC comes very close. If you've never had the competition, you will probably be perfectly thrilled with KFC sammy. So kudos to KFC for their "new" chicken sandwich. Props also to this location for their fast & friendly service. Being called "honey" made me feel like I was living back down in the South...it's an endearing old school charm :-) read more

I went to KFC for the first time in decades and was surprised at how good everything was. Got a large order to feed a crowd at the beach, and the cashier informed me they were having a special and tossed in cookies and pies for free. I had no idea. Would stop by here again when in the area. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered on their online app on the KFC site. My order was over $70 worth of chicken by the way too. The app said to park in the parking spot that is reserved for online orders. My order was scheduled to be ready right when I was going to arrive...perfect! When I arrived, I could not find such a spot. There was no one in the drive through so I pulled up to the window to ask where to park. The manager sticks her head out of the window and first thing she says...'You missed the speaker'. Oh great...we have a winner already folks! I proceeded to overlook the ignorance and explain my situation to her. She interrupts me and says, 'That spot is inside here and anyway, we just got the order and it's going to be another 30 minutes.' I have ordered this food for my team and need to get to work. She had no solution. Our store is right across the street, she couldn't bring it to us either nor could she cancel my order. I called the toll free number and cancelled. I shared this with my team of 20 people and none of us will ever eat there again. read more

Dear Owner I stopped by your store and place an order of four wing combo. The wing was very very small and over cooked. I asked to speak with the manager. Then asked for a refund. She stated that she would not give me a refund and said that I could get other pieces of chicken. I told her that she will refund my money. Kathleen was very rude and unprofessional. We visited KFC for lunch today as we do about once a month. The food is always good, place is clean and the employees are friendly. One employee in particular, Armani, impresses me every time. She is always polite, always has a smile and is genuinely there for the customer. You are lucky to have her KFC. See y'all soon! read more

It's really a bummer when I make sure that I repeat myself multiple times to ensure that I do not get coleslaw, because I hate it. Drive through guy repeats my order with no coleslaw. Guess it is my fault I didn't check because of course my mashed was not included and it was coleslaw. This isn't the first time, which is why I'm finally leaving a review. The food is good, and I shamefully love the Nashville chicken, but the last 3 times my order has been incorrect. Last few times I have been there they have been out of something I was ordering, wait time was horrendous. The last time I went there the drive through employee said it would be 6 min for an item I wanted to be cooked, he was annoyed when I said I could wait for the item to be cooked. There was no one behind us in the drive thru but the guy got impatient and kept bugging us about what we wanted; I got flustered and ordered chicken tenders that ended up being way too spicy.
