We ordered today and one of our pizzas was very old when we got home and the cheesey bread was very hard and not hot at all.

Before they sold I visited this place a few times. It was no better than frozen Walmart pizza with a soggy buttery crust. After they sold it was absolutely terrible. I feel so terrible for those who order DoorDash from there, as the restaurant itself doesn't look clean. I've witnessed sauce and toppings on the floor, the stove and oven area doesn't look clean/sanitary. I wish we could see the pizza station however two heating units block it so we can't, but looking at the surroundings, I wouldn't be surprised if it looks the same. I worked there for 3 days. The owner had sent 2 of his family members in to clean while have them working also. They don't know english , and were bad with customer service. They were barefoot. Yes , barefoot. Spraying chemicals while on ladders. They said sorry when it hit us. It was going on the food. They left me there alone for 20 minutes (3rd day there) , came back and laughed at me. This time they barely have any bell pepper on my deep dish pizza which I paid for, ask the lady upfront if this is all the peppers they can put on the pizza and her replied was, yes we get in trouble if we put more on it! This was absolutely repulsive customer service from the "Manager". I came in on 10/24/18 at 7pm to get 5 pizza meal deals with the "hot and ready" logo on my mind. The girl was short and unfriendly from the start, her name tag said "Manager". She rang me up, and said "it will be just a minute" turned her back walked into the kitchen, leaned up against the counter with phone in one hand and proceeded to start eating with the other. I could plainly see her thru the window. Ive never bought pizza here before, so i sat down to wait "a couple minutes". After several minutes I started to think they forgot about me when I watched two people come in after me, and walk out with pizzas. (they were asisted by another girl who was doing all of the work while the "Manager" paroozed her phone and shoved pizza in her face....) After aprox.10 min. By my watch I was wondering how long this was going to be. I had 11 hungry kids to feed on their way to HOCO. The "Manager" who rang me up was still looking at her phone and eating when I went back to the counter to ask how much longer it was going to be? She was clearly annoyed that I pulled her away from her phone and snapped at me with a NASTY attitude that the pizza I wanted isnt cooked until its ordered, and she already TOLD me that! I replied; " Actually you said it would be a couple of minutes and then you just walked away I just want to know how much longer Im going to be here. Is it going to be 10 min-20 min?" She was clearly looking for a fight bc she whips out the ticket and says; "Um ACTUALLY you ordered 7 minutes ago, so I dont know what your problem is" WOW! First I counted to ten, then I explained that my problem IS that she DID NOT tell me I was going to have wait while they cooked 5 pizzas meal deals, and that would've been useful information to have! I thought this was "hot and ready" and I dont appreciate her horrible customer service. She got even louder and continued to make a scene just to tell me AGAIN that I was wrong, and she did in fact tell me, she continues, I dont know what you want?? While standing there glaring at me like she wanted to fight in the parking lot. Point is I came in at 7:00ish left at 7:20 with my pizza's. They were tasty! It wasn't about how long it took. It was a about the lack of communication and the blatant disrespect... This "Managers" whole demeanor and additude was vile and confrontational from the start. Before this incident I was thinking that I should visit Little Caesars more often. As business owners in this community we often need to have food readily available on the fly. Horrible customer service. Barely warm food. Went in and ordered a deep dish 3 meat pizza. i was told id have to wait 10 min, im fine with that they have to make it. i waited 20 min before my pizza was handed to me and i headed home. Once i got there i saw i was given a pepperoni as apposed to my 3 meat. I called them back and they said i could come back and exchange it. Ridiculous as id driving 10 min home im not turning around because they made a mistake. Horrible little caesars will not be going back ever. read more
