The staff opened the window and yelled at the young men and the next thing we knew the guy had a weapon out. The staff slammed the drive thru window and left us in the middle of it all. The police responded quickly. Staff did no de-escalate the situation and actually made it more horrifying that they were yelling obscenities out of the window right in front of customers. I wouldn't go here again if you pointed a weapon at me...oh wait that already happened. So no thanks! I will go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. This place should be shut down.
