The location is near a more industrial/factory area with lots of shops and businesses around, but I had no trouble finding parking on a Friday night around 8 PM. My friend and I were super excited to try their famous $5 bowls since they have so many options. I ordered Matty's Bowl, which comes with fries, gravy, cheese curds, and chicken nuggets, all for just five dollars. Ordering at the register was quick and easy. My friend got the mac and cheese bowl with chicken and cheddar cheese on top. The food came out within minutes, and the service was great, everyone was super kind. We were able to get water cups, and overall the place was pretty clean. There were a few tables that needed wiping down, but we were still able to find seating without any issues. I would definitely recommend eating the food right away, especially if you get a fries-based bowl, since the fries can get soggy quickly once they're covered in gravy. That said, everything was delicious. Overall, I had a really good experience at this KFC location and would definitely go back. Honestly, KFC is not a place we visit often. The last time I visited this KFC was when I tried to order hot wings and didn't know they been removed from the menu. And so I left with nothing. So when the internet let me know that potato wedges and spicy wings were returning for a limited time, I knew we were coming. When we walked in the place was bright and open. There was a sign to order at one of the kiosks and so we did that. Ordering on the kiosk was simple and straightforward. The menu was easy to navigate and big enough for even someone who is bad eye sight to see. They did have a handicap table so this was definitely appreciated. Most of the eating area was clean but some of the tables definitely needed a wipe down. Our food came out relatively quickly and it was hot and fresh. I thought I ordered spicy wings with a side of bbq sauce but they came out tossed in them. An employee on break overheard me discussing this with my husband so I guess when she went back to work, she talked to her manager and they gave us a free order of spicy wings on them. Honestly, I didn't complain and wasn't even going to say anything bc I wasn't sure if I messed up when ordering. But that level of customer service really made our day. It was genuine and completely unexpected. The spicy wings and potato wedges were absolutely delicious and everything we expected. Two of the fountain drinks didn't work and I couldn't communicate with the staff at the front counter. The ordering from the kiosk was very difficult and not user-friendly. About 10 /20 years since we have been to KFC. Very weird and lousy experience back at that time. This visit, mmm, fair, perhaps. We ordered chicken combos -- 3 pieces for me and 2 for my wife. My wife ordered the "original." I ordered the 3 pieces, but "crispy." Wife was happy with her meal. Me, no -- the crispy was not crispy and it really had no flavor. I tried a bit of my wife's original, and I tasted the old flavor. Crispy does not come with the original taste? That seems a bit odd. With that, it will be another 20 years before I visit KFC again. This is the location that I had the issue with located at 12611 SE 38th St., Bellevue, WA 98006. My order number is 403513096. I placed an online order for 12 Hot Wings, 12 BBQ Hot Wings, and potato wedges. When I picked up my order at the drive-through, everything appeared correct. However, once I got home, I discovered that the 12 Hot Wings were missing. I immediately called the store to resolve the issue, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The person who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They would not provide their name, did not speak clearly into the phone, and were not helpful at all. Instead of addressing the missing item, I was told I would have to drive back to the store, which was not reasonable since I had just returned home from a long flight. When I asked for a refund, I was simply given an 800 number to call. This was very frustrating and showed a complete lack of accountability or customer care. I paid for food I never received, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I will also be reaching out to corporate regarding this matter. Standard fast food chain with decent food and decent service. The customer service experience: We stopped by this kfc via drive thru on a sunday afternoon and there was surprisingly no line. We were greeted kindly by the drive thru worker who patiently took our order. We were in and out of the drive thru within 10 minutes which seemed fairly average. They provided us with sauces and all the extra needs except utensils. The food itself was good! We love fried chicken so I may be biased of course. We ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and an 8 pc chicken tender meal which came with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. All the chicken was well fried and juicy. Their french fries were so deep fried they were crispy and so delicious. The price was rather expensive for a fast food restaurant. When compared to popeyes it was about 40% more expensive and they do not offer coupons through their app which is a shame. Because of this and their averageness I gave them 3 stars. We spent around $35 and could have gotten gourmet Korean fried chicken for that price. Overall, decent place for fried chicken with decent service, but pricier on the fried chicken end. read more

My friend was craving the colonel's original recipe fried chicken, so we visited KFC for just that. I gotta be honest with you. It's been years since I've been to KFC. And the original recipe is what they're known for, as the fry/skin isn't as crispy with a more butter-y taste...if that makes any sense. Chicken was juicy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were scorching hot, but meh. Cookie was also meh. But the biscuit was soft and good. Call three stars even? This KFC is located right by the Factoria Mall, next to Nordstrom Rack. The drive-thru went by quickly. Staff was nice. I have to start to agree with a lot of the review were's the accuracy of my order was so wrong it was like it was for somebody else to listen to half of the time to my order and half the time somebody else's order. I don't know what kind of top notch service you expect from a fast food place other than fast service and food that taste great. This KFC had lots of customers on a hot summer July weekend and their service was great. Its hard to have a smile on face when you're working behind the counter with all the kitchen appliances making great fried chicken, and people in drive-thru and people in line. But the staff were smiling and service was quick. I got the 5 hot wings ($5) + 8 pc meal ($25) with coleslaw and potato wedges, and biscuits. They all tasted great. Total was $33 with tax and everything. The chicken is most important and because chicken breast is what I eat frequently, they have to be great or I do not eat it. What I look for is juicy tenderness, and no salty flavor in the meat itself but the outside crispy breading should be subtly seasoned not overly salty (ok if you've read my previous restaurant reviews you know I do not like salt overpowering any flavor). Thats what exactly my Extra Crispy chicken breast was tasted and I enjoyed it very much. Great sides and I always love their biscuits too. Kudos to Factoria KFC team for serving lots of dinner time customers on a hot Saturday afternoon, with a smile and Fast Service. Grabbed some beer at Safeway (conveniently located right next to this KFC) and kfc chicken + cold beer perfectly satisfied my cravings! I have to say today's order made me restore my faith in this location as the last few times I have been here I am always wondering why I went back. Today I walked down to the bank around 1pm and saw KFC and was craving some Nashville Hot Chicken. My last experience with their tenders left me very underwhelmed but I am a gambler and thought why not give them another try. The tenders looked like real fried, crunchy tenders and looked great. The last tenders I ordered where small, lack luster tenders that were the smallest tenders I have seen. Like big nuggets and left me hangry. Today's tenders were perfectly seasoned and a little greasy, but that is normal for their version as the oil is the secret ingredient mixed with the spice ( from what I read ) . The potato wedges were perfect as well. Worst KFC ever! My daughter (17) has a severe allergy to Dairy. She went through the drive through and asked the employee taking orders if their popcorn chicken was dairy free. Employee was very rude to her and refused to ask anyone who might know, instead insisting my daughter looked it up online. Not wanting to hold up the line, my daughter went ahead with the purchase, pulled over to look up the nutritional information only to find out it did in fact contain dairy so she had to discard it. I expect more from a restaurant. All staff should know the allergy information on their products and be ready to help customers navigate their menu safely.
