I now understand why there is such a low rating for this KFC. They make you go inside to pick up the "convenient order via the app orders" even after you have already waited in the drive thru. What's up with that? Never have this problem at ANY OTHER KFC so do not understand why this one is like this. And they do NOT even have any CLEARLY marked spaces to park while you go in to get your "quick" mobile order. Just not worth the effort. After the remodel of this place it continues to be nice and clean. I like KFC... just not a huge fan of this KFC. But my office's unnatural, undying craving for fried chicken and biscuits brings us back week after week. The food is standard KFC, no surprises there. I always get either the famous bowl or the three piece strips meal. Quality always meets expectations. However, the facilities are pretty gross. There are usually 5 or 6 large black flies buzzing around and the smell of garbage comes and goes. If there was another KFC near the office, we would probably go there.
