I've had problems the last two times I've gone to BK, but the first issue was at a different location. This location can't get a mobile order correct, when the items needed, and their customizations, are right in front of them. How stupid can you be? I can't even use the regular complaint procedure because they don't give you the option to address the customizations, just the entire item. Ugh! read more

Burger King Bellevue is back in business baby! After going through a long period of strife (dining lobby closed, understaffed, etc.), they are finally open with full service and a full crew! Honestly, I love the Whopper. I had it twice in one week and I wasn't tired of it yet. I almost had it a third time, but they forgot to pack it in my delivery order. Despite that whoopsie, I'm still giving them a 5 stars. I love the Whopper not for its bread or meat, which are average, but for the toppings. The crisp, leafy lettuce, crunchy onions, a juicy slice of tomato, legit pickles, and just the right amount of ketchup and mayonnaise. The toppings are some of the best I've had in a fast food burger. Each bite is guaranteed to have a crispy medley of sauce and vegetables to accentuate the otherwise ordinary patty. What I love about the vegetables is that they taste so fresh and real. In many other fast food burgers, the vegetables are either completely bland and flavorless, or worse, they suck and they just get in the way. Other burgers may also have issues with the sauce to meat/bun ratio. But since the re-opening, it has always been spot on for these Whoppers. On the Whopper, the vegetables are not just a side character, but they star in the lead role alongside the rest of the burger. Today I also had the pleasure of eating the Halloween variant, the Ghost Pepper Whopper. The first thing I noticed upon unwrapping it was the shocking orange color of the bun. Suffice to say, I was spooked. The black sesame seeds completed the Halloween look. Very daring orange and black combo. And guess what my favorite colors are? That's right. So Halloween must be my favorite holiday ever right? Well, no, I'm not particularly passionate about Halloween. But I do love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. For those who wisely fear the ghost pepper, worry not, the Ghost Pepper Whopper does not have actual ghost peppers in it. You will not be harmed in the process of eating this. It has a slice of ghost pepper cheese, and queso sauce, which sufficiently evoke the flavor profile of ghost pepper without harming the user. Another nice touch are the crispy jalapenos. Very similar to the crispy onion straws featured on many BBQ burgers, but kicked up a notch. They are not too spicy either, but they were certainly exciting. After the Ghost Pepper Whopper, my mouth was left with a pleasant tingling feeling. It was a great variant to spice things up without leaving me incapacitated for the rest of the day. worst experience I've ever had at a fast food location anywhere. they always lock their doors at lunch so it doesn't get busy. I waited out front while others arrived to enter and they would not open doors. the employee made me walk through the drive through to order which is a big saftey violation. after I told him my truck wouldn't fit in the drive through. I ordered 4 orders of their Habanero Chicken Nugget via the app. On 2 of the orders, the chicken nuggets taste stale and warm, like it's been sitting on the shelf (or the warmer) for a while. Your option in this immediate area in Factoria for anything after 9pm are pretty narrow, it's only fast food that maybe stay open until midnight and by fast food I mean only McDonald's or Burger King. The menu are pretty similar so a lot of the time, it's more of what side of the street is it easier for me to turn in. The only thing that Burger King has over McDonald's is maybe the veggie burger, it's a hit or miss though. I don't think enough people order it so you're either going to 1. have a fresh cooked patty because they don't keep extras ready since it's not a popular item or 2. get a really old patty because it's been sitting there for decades since nobody is buying it. This has to be one of the worst Burger King locations when it comes to customer service. Went through the drive thru and the employee taking orders was rude and clearly didn't want to be working. He came across as bothered in taking orders, gave me drinks that were dripping soda on the outside and wouldn't give be a receipt. Management at this restaurant should really evaluate who they have taking orders at their restaurant. read more

I thought I walk into a retirement home with all the senior citizen working here. They were friendly but very slow and spook my daughter....very old people scares my daughter. Only reason I came here with the specials on the chicken sandwich for $1.04 on July 2-4th promotion and it was close to the stores for my daughter shopping spree. The kid's meal with chicken tenders aka chicken nuggets wannabe was just Meh to my daughter...she only ate one and munch on the fries. The toy was a Starscream Transformer but it was crap. Big head and legs that go up & down which really didn't entertained my daughter. The icee drink was just sugar water and weak sauce....can I get some booze in it plzzz? The best thing was the price on the chicken sandwiches and the free BK crown that entertained my daughter. When I told him I asked for no whip he went behind the counter behind the grill took off the lid and then came up to the window and used a napkin to wipe the remainder of the whip cream off. When I confronted them the person who claimed to be the manager Maria, said it's fine that he touched my drink with a napkin and then she said that's all the milkshake that they have left and she was not going to make me another one . I asked for the customer service phone number she refused to give it to me she refused to give me my money back for my milkshake that I did not get it. they do not honor promotions! If there is any promotion going on on the radio or on commercials do not go to this Burger King. I went 25 minutes out of my way to do the one penny promotion whopper. and they told me that they don't participate. Why is participating an option? Wow... horrible experience at the Burger King at 4015 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue WA today... This is normally a good store but today was AWFUL. The guy who took my order in the drive thru was rude and hard to understand, he never once even acknowledged me as a person. I ordered a HEC croissanwich, and he kept saying Sausage... I finally got him to confirm HAM... then I pay for and get my order, again without him ever acknowledging me, and I get to work and I have a Sausage Biscuit... I check my receipt and I was charged for a HEC croissanwich... So not only do I have a sandwich that I don't want, but I was WAY overcharged for it, AND treated rudely by their of your employees. Usually bad experiences are due to bad normal employees, but we were served at the drive through by the actual manager himself. Right off the bat he was a dick and was being all impatient with us even though we were being very polite. He also decided, even though there was no line at all, that he would limit us to one single order when we only wanted to do two orders. The only other restaurant that has limited the number of orders for us is McDonald's and even THEY let us do two orders at a time. I literally just ordered my food and right of the bat the guy seemed irritated but whatever. I be busy and have to be short sometimes so I get it. When we get to the window he doesn't even say hi. Burger King is a fast food establishment, which is normally not an indicator of quality, but efficiency. Many times I have eaten at a Burger King and appreciated the food, but not today. I was looking for something to eat and did not have the time to go somewhere and sit down, so I decided on fast food. I ordered 2 of the Bacon Double Cheeseburgers and a coke. The hamburgers were dried out, burned and absolutely tiny. Those two burgers, a chicken tender meal and a large coke came out to over $16. Poor quality control and out of proportion pricing. I saw a value meal of one of the items on the menu for over $9. I can get a hamburger (a real hamburger) and fries at Red Robin for not much more. In the past, Burger King was a decent alternative to McDonald's, not any more. I have been a patron of this Burger King for over 30 years and sadly this will be the last time I will eat there. read more

I don't really eat fast food, but I do enjoy indulging every once in awhile. Stopped by for a quick snack before an appointment down the street. The girl at the register didn't say a word as I entered, or as I ordered. No "what can I get you?" or "is that all?" Just a total and a number. Ok. Small, quiet, dead, restaurant. Only one other customer inside. It was rather dirty. My food came out surprisingly quick. Like. Freaky quick. I ordered a small side of onion rings and ranch to go. Upon returning to my car and opening the bag, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of onion rings I got. They were super small, but there were a lot. They were also disgusting. The first one I ate without any dipping sauces and it was dripping with grease and just...ew. I opened the ranch to eat a second one and it was worse. The ranch they have is terrible. Blech. They NEVER get my orders right I've been coming to this burger King for 4 years hoping for better results and it never seems to happen! Also idk why this is but the burgers are ALWAYS COLD!!! Even if you eat them right after you order them every time I go in there and complain about them screwing up our orders they always say they are short staff four years they've been short staffed I guess because thats always there excuse. One thing I do like is the play area! My kids enjoy it and everytime our lights ever go out cuz of a storm there always the one place you can count on to have its lights on and somewhere to hang out until the lights come back on and there's been a couple cashiers that are pretty cool and have been pretty friendly and helpful I can't knock them all I just think that they definitely need some better management read more

Highly overrated! I got the Angus Burger and it reminded me of the 80% soy things we got in school lunches in 1979. Boo. Kiddie play area is a law suit waiting to happen. She's friendly, she's on top of getting your order exactly right, and I knew it was true love when I got to the window and she apologized to me because we needed to wait for fresh onion rings.. we bagged them up, she said, but I didn't think they were hot. Smiles from me, and where the heck is the tip jar??? Hot onion rings are the DOPE, and cold ones are worse than the cardboard they come in!! Burgers and fries are good. Once a year. That's how often you should go to Burger King. Even that may be pushing it but the one thing they have is the very specific tasting Whopper. Can't be replicated. Even when it was one of the more sad looking burgers I've seen in a while. Hahaha! A Burger King review...and I'm not even the first to review it! =) I echo the sentiments about the Angus Burger. More like Anus Burger...there was just something not beef-like about it and it was disconcerting. Also, I'm still not sure whether I thought it was cute or way peculiar that the guy cleaning the windows inside the restaurant seemed to be the cashier's boyfriend and not an employee. Is he that in love that he's willing to clean windows to be with her? OR is he so insecure that he has to follow her to work and does stuff around the place so it doesn't seem too stalker-like?
