First let me say I have been a huge fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken for many years. Tonight I ordered chicken tenders at this location and they looked and tasted like they had come from a box purchased at dollar general. I was so disappointed. Proceed with caution when ordering from here. It has been hit and miss for me, in the past I have ordered the crispy fried chicken and it has been really good. Went to get my son a late snack. It never fails. Every time we come to this KFC within an hour of closing time, they are always out of chicken. I don't understand how a business has set operating hours but stops serving their menu at a way earlier time. This time it was a bit different. The attendant tried telling me over the intercom something, but I could not understand her. She repeated it several times, but I still could not understand her. She asked another employee to tell me and I could not understand him. He eventually said "17." I realized they were saying famous bowl but I thought to myself. What is that? Took 20 minutes and I finally drove back through and they were like" oh sorry we didnt have anyone to walk it out but it's ready. So my chicken tenders were just cut up pieces of fried chicken, like they took one big piece of fried chicken and cut it into five random pieces. They didn't give me any of the dips I asked for, charged me for the side of biscuits and didnt give them to me, gave me no silverware and the food was cold. Doesn't matter what time of the day they never have enough chicken and an hour before closing they tell you they don't have anything, they don't have any chicken pot pies they don't have any chicken or it's gonna take 20 minutes or so they don't even have any chicken nuggets they only have strips apparently at least the girl at the window says so, nonetheless there's always an issue every time that anyone goes there, it's either under poor management or just people trying to get off early and don't have to clean anything so close to closing time, I'd understand a half hour or so but a whole hour before closing telling customers you don't have anything I think that's pretty ridiculous and then laughing about it when the windows closed as if it was funny that a customer is unhappy and unsatisfied with service and product selection. Very disappointing at this location. It's been happening periodically now. Wish they do something about it. read more

I've never ONCE had to rate a place on here but this place is so terrible, I'm actually writing my first review. If I could rate LESS than 1 star, this place deserves it. Where do I begin?? I show up at the drive-thru at around 8:30 on a Friday evening only to find a handful of customers knocking and waiting outside at the door. (keep in mind its in the 40s outside and the dining room's already locked) I see this and already start hoping for the best.. Once I begin to order my food, I notice the staff on the mic wasn't able to be heard very clearly so I had to restate my order multiple times. (which wouldnt be a problem any where else but this place is an exception) We finally reach the window and after paying $40 for food I'm trying to bring home to my mother, they ask me to wait for 5 minutes in the front parking lot. Thinking they must be a little bit busy and need to get caught up, I agree. After waiting for more than 30 minutes and watching angry customers bang on the door only to be met with employee after employee unlocking the door and handing them their orders, an employee came out and asked me "What are you waiting for?" (LMAO I know, right??) After repeating to him my order, (remember its over $40) He tells me, "Oh thats been ready, come around through the drive thru-again. Please and thank you!" (WOW) He then gets himself locked outside of his own workplace after letting in a couple of young ladies in street clothes. Then after waiting in line again to get to the window, an employee again asks me what I ordered and shares with me that theyre completely out of biscuits (the only reason my mom actually has me come out here) and that they were missing some chicken from my order. She then starts apologizing and trying to bargain and offer free drinks/foods in exchange for some time to make and fix whatever it is they failed to do the first time. After waiting EVEN longer, they finally come out and bring out the order to my car. A grand total of 45 minutes was spent from the moment I got to KFC, to the moment I recieved my food. I got home only to find that the food was not only cold and dry, but they still managed to get my order wrong. And as for the icing on the cake, I never even got a reciept. As I mentioned from the beginning, I didnt even know where to begin.. It must start at the top.. from terrible managing, to staff, to work place, and and of course HORRIBLE quality of food. I genuinely dont know why I let my mom have any of this stuff. The only positive about this place was the friendly and human manager trying to get a hold of the situation and her employees. If you can, AVOID this chain and location. Go support a local business where the restaurant and employees actually CARE about the quality of their food and their customer service. read more
