This location is kind of weird. I placed an order to pickup and went inside to wait for it to be done. The location has only about 6 tables, which is really small but whatever. They have a television that plays internet videos of just people getting hurt. All that is just whatever, but I did think it was really weird when they were trying to convince the guy in front of me that he only received 7 pieces of chicken because he "bought the 7 piece bucket". Which is not a thing according to the website. So... they shorted him a piece of chicken but were doubling down that they were right and he was wrong. And then they shorted my order too. Didn't notice it until I got home, but I just found it sort of strange that 2/2 people paid for food that then got to be resold (or eaten by an employee.) So... I guess "check your order" is how I would sum up my review. read more

Cozy ambiance inside the restaurant, the food tastes delicious and hot, and the service is great! Staff seems like they could use another person on shift with them, but they make it work! I went there today around 1pm on Sunday February 1st the person at the drive through was a black male with glasses and was extremely rude asked us to pull up and they would bring our orders out to us so they could get the other people in the drive throughs orders . The funny thing is THERE WAS NO BODY ELSE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!!!! So I went in to get my order and there was a deaf man in there they were being really rude to as well ! Who does that! Then when my order was gave to me I wasn't handed my full order and had to tell the person I needed the rest of my order no only was I giving an attitude but when they brought me the rest I was like shoved towards me ! Went through drive thru on March 24, 2026 at KFC, 620 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. While placing my order at the window the person taking the order was rude and tried to over talk me. I could hardly place the order. When I went around to get my order I asked to speak to the manager. He claimed he was the manager. I proceeded to tell him how rude he was for over talking me and being in such a hurry. He stared at me as if he could kill me. He told me he was not giving me my order and he refused me service and threatened to call the police on me. I asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me. He continued to threaten to call the police and I told him I wasn't moving until I get the corporate number. He finally gave me the number after voicing that he was " about to lose his cool." First we ordered almost $30 in food to get the shittiest service and even worse! They asked us to pull up which is fine thinking we would have FRESH HOT food.. yea that's not what we got. We ordered honey bbq wings that came out plain, ok no big deal I'll go back in and get them fixed. The lady who took them was nice and said she'll fix them yet whoever was on the cook line said very rudely "no she didn't order honey bbq she ordered plain!" Ok I'm sure I know what I ordered but ok, the lady came back around and told me "we will fix it this time for you but next time make sure you are MORE CLEAR." So I get my wings and go to eat my wrap and not only is it probably leftovers from yesterday, but it was a nonexistent piece. Like that is not a tender, that was a wrap made with a nugget. The quality and service of this restaurant has fallen dramatically. A couple months ago, I ordered some Nashville hot chicken. It was rubbery, and all the sauce was in a puddle in the bottom of the container, as if someone haphazardly dumped it over just half of the chicken tenders. Today, we decided to try out the $20 Fill-up Box with 12 chicken tenders, 3 sides, and 4 biscuits. When I asked for it at the drive-thru, the girl said to hold on, so I assumed she was checking if there was enough chicken. About 5 minutes later, though, another girl asked me for my order again, as if I had just pulled up. I repeated the order, and she said that although the meal comes with 3 sides, you can only choose one of them. Apparently, if you don't like mashed potatoes and cole slaw, you're out of luck. So I ordered some mac and cheese for the third side. When we pulled around to the window, she gave the total and I handed her my credit card. A couple minutes later, she handed me the food without saying anything and walked away. When we got home, we realized the mac and cheese was missing. The biscuits were hard. Half of the chicken tenders were undercooked, and the other half seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for most of the day. There were no dipping sauces either. Unfortunately, the other KFC in our area is just as bad. It's a shame because their chicken is great when it's prepared right. Left message To call but no one did. My roommate drove up to store and they assured her that Grubhub had it and was delivering it right now. After about a half hour I drove up there. They have also never been out of chicken whenever I've come by, which is not something I can say for Hardees, Bojangles or Popeyes, I've gone by at least once (multiple times for Hardees), where they were out of chicken. read more

Very disappointed with our experience with this KFC... Our family has gone to this KFC for decades and unfortunately they have really gone down hill. We ordered a 30pc meal along with a couple of their "famous bowls." The chicken was horrible like it had been under the hear lamp way too long. Our "Famous Bowls" had hardly the amount of potatoes that usually come in the meal and it looked as though someone had been eating the chicken they had thrown in the meal. Definitely not the same meal had previously gotten and loved from KFC. On top of that when I called to talk to the manager about the promblems I was met with a nasty attitude from the manager. I started to tell the manager about the order and she offered to replace the "Famous bowls" ok but I wasn't finished... Them after I had finished explaining everything that was incorrect with our order I was told "she couldn't replace my whole order" and proceeded to speak to me rudely.
