Arrived at around 6:30 pm. Ordered two $5 meals. Pulled out my credit card and the cashier tells me they're out of ice. I asked him if he could walk over to CVS or the grocery store and get some. Would take five minutes and a few dollars to get them through the whole evening. No, can't do it. Why wait til I order? Food was good, drive thru service not so much. Went here at about 6:20 tonight. The people working the window were not professional, inappropriate conversations while my kids were at the drive thru window. Had to tell the lady my order 4 times, not because I don't speak clearly or they were busy (we were the only ones in the drive thru), but because she just was not paying attention. This is aggravating. How do you sell a Family Fill Up and not include any napkins, utensils, butter or honey? Messed up our family picnic. Very disappointed. This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. On a Tuesday night, I drove into the drive thru. There was a car in front of me at the speaker. I should've know when and left, when the car at the speaker was put on hold for an upwards if 9-10 minutes. But once to the ordering speaker, I placed my order and slowly moved up. That's when things got really bad. Time went on and on and on. Over 25 minutes later, I pulled up to the window, paid for my food and then was asked to pull around to the front so that they could serve the cars behind me. I was furious, and did it anyways. I waited for them to bring my food out, after another 8 minutes, I walked into the KFC, and they were liked stoned zombies. This is place has become increasingly worse with visits. It went slow, but relatively acceptable service to the worst drive thru. The ordering process is unbelievably bad because the person taking orders is just incompetent. She yelling through the mic so half of what she says is incomprehensible and she clearly listens to like half of what you say. A single combo box is not a complicated order. I'll say mac and cheese for a side for example and she'll say" "mashed potatoes and what?" "It was macaroni." "Macaroni and what then?" I know it a single side combo. "Macaroni and mashed potatoes then" "You want to add a mashed potatoes?" See how annoying frustrating this is. In addition, she talks to you like you're taking up her time even though it's her that can't take orders effectively. I have always had amazinh service! I got to this KFC once a week and it is always great. Good food order os always right. Well today they forgot my wedges. I went inside and was greated by 2 employees, I explained what happened and they made it right and apologized just super nice, full of smiles. Every visit the employees and manager treat you like good house guest. You don't always get that. It a really nice change of pace. Just remember its fast food and it can get hectic in the kitchen. I was in this KFC, and there was a fly buzzing around, and no one seemed to do anything about it, one of the employees did empty the trash, yet that did not stop the fly from buzzing around my food. I thought that this was not real sanitary. and no one seemed to be concerned about the fly in the dining room area. as for the food I ordered the biscuts were a little on the stayle side, they were even a little bit tough. Every time I come here, the order is wrong. Today I asked for BBQ sauce, because I didn't get it last time and was told it's in there. I have been going to this restaurant for many years but lately the service is atrocious. Last visit part of my order was left off. This time? The employee on drive thru kept getting distracted and asking me to repeat my order again. Part of the order was a Dr Pepper with no ice. When she handed it to me it had ice. I handed it back telling her that I requested a Dr Pepper no ice. She argued that I said lite ice and then gave me a Diet Pepsi with no ice. She never asked if I wanted sauce for my chicken and of course I did not get any. When I called and spoke to the manager I was assured she would "talk" to her, but I really doubt she was going to. I really think KFC ought to go out on a limb and try educating their employees a little; at least hold a 15 minute training on the differences between "extra crispy," "grilled" and "original recipe". I ordered a meal with original recipe, the only kind I like, from the drive thru. After getting my food and pulling away I noticed the chicken was def grilled....so I turned the car around and went back. (This was at 5:30, the heart of rush hour.) When I returned, the young lady was very polite and quickly replaced my order. But I'm a slow learner...I pulled out into traffic Again before checking the chicken. This time I had a box full of extra crispy chicken parts!. Too frustrated by traffic to do another 180, I went home and fed my dinner to the dogs. I will not return to this KFC...and if the others' recent performance continues, I might boycott the entire establishment. I've noticed a pattern in my recent KFC visits, so its not limited to just this one franchise: ..perhaps it started as a memo from corporate...something like "it is too expensive to have 3 different varieties of chicken all hot n ready at the same time, so we are discontinuing that practice, starting immediately. I have gone into the drive thru at this KFC 2 times in the past month and both times I have left without buying anything. The first time it seemed pretty busy, they took our order at the intercom, but then we waited for quite a while behind another car and I noticed that the car left without getting any food. We waited at the window for almost 10 minutes and we never saw any worker come anywhere near the window. We ended up just leaving before anyone even greeted us in person. This morning we got there at about 10:20am, the hours are listed as opening at 10. No one greeted us at the intercom so we drove up to the window. The customer service needs Improvement. I believe customer service is very important for fast food businesses. Nobody welcomed us into the store so therefore I knew nobody there acknowledges the people. Cashier, Dillon, was so perplexed when I asked him how he was this evening. He thought I was joking, when I was being very serious about asking him how he was INSTEAD of him asking me. Managers should really consider speaking to their employees about quality service. And,, the worst part was the "Flaming" and unprofessional cook that made me think twice to order from. Been here about 3 times, each time has been bad service, no matter who is serving me. They are very weird at this location.

I am normally not one to write a poor review but the customer service here by the general manager was absolutely horrible. I bought a bucket of chicken breasts, drove home which is about 5 minutes away and put it out for the family. No one finished a single piece of chicken because it was not what we were used to from KFC. I covered the bucket back up and called KFC the next day but no one answered the phone. I was not able to place a second call because I was busy the rest of the day. I called again the next day and spoke to the manager who kept questioning why I did not call the same night as I bought the chicken (because I was tired from a long day of work and had to still make dinner for the kids). She also claimed they ALWAYS answer their phone, essentially calling me a liar. I asked for a credit or refund and she said she would have to check with her boss. I received a call back in a timely manner and was told to bring the left over chicken and proof of purchase. She also wanted to know the EXACT time I bought the chicken. I told her I did not have the EXACT time but a ballpark figure that would be accurate to 30 minutes or so. She also went on accusing me of leaving the chicken in the bucket for too long - again I only live 5 minutes or so away and put out the food as soon as I got home. After I got there, she had me wait at least 5 minutes before addressing me. She continued to question me why I didn't call that first night. I again explained and even showed her my phone which showed I called the following day when no one answered. After showing her my bank statement that showed I spent $19.99 at her establishment and her confirming my purchase on her register she rudely handed me $20. I thanked her with a smile but was not happy with the way I was treated. I have been going there for a long time and for a mere $20 she has lost this families business forever. I have never heard of a restaurant not standing by their food especially when I brought back all but a few pieces. read more

Every Time i come to this location it seems they are understaffed. Tonight was the same issue one register broken, ice machine broken and understaffed. It seems this KFC is overlooked compared to others i have visited. But Tre was amazing! He was multi tasking, and very friendly even though he had every reason to be an un happy jerk. I used to work for Yum! Brands and i know this restaurant is a franchise. Please owners save your restaurant and care for your employees.... As a couple we never really eat fast food, but we were craving some crispy chicken. We decided to go to this location because it was conveniently close. When we arrived at the drive through, some one greeted us immediately (female attendant) whom spoke perfect English. It is rare in our location demographic to be served by someone who's first language is English. Anyway we asked if we could take a look at the menu and to give us a moment, they politely agreed. When we were ready to make our selection, we were helped by another person (male) who also spoke perfect English. At the drive up window, the same gentleman (Johnny) had our food ready and completed our transaction. The mashed potatoes were taking a bit long, he informed us and offered complimentary soft drinks for waiting. I thought this was a wonderful gesture. When all of our food was ready, he gave us extra coupon and made sure we had all the utensils needed. He had an awesome attitude about serving. Best fast food experience! read more

For a fast food crispy chicken place, KFC is hard to beat. If you need to supplement your lunch/dinner with a bit of extra tasty meat, just stop at KFC to pick up some chicken, biscuits, and gravy for the whole family. The price is reasonable, and the food is tasty and filling. I have had at least 5 encounters with this specific branch. The first few times was not too bad of an experience, but I must say the service has progressively gotten worse. While up visiting my girlfriend we decided to pick up some food on the way home. We ordered a big meal as it was for 4 people. When we got home we were missing our dipping sauces we asked for, forks, straws and not to mention our extra biscuits we paid for. Okay, so maybe it was our fault for not checking before we left, however, a properly runned business should be able to at least get my order right minus a few things like a fork I can deal with that. Today was a different story. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru window the girl taking our order was nice to start. I ordered two 6 piece chicken strip meals... Then there was a 15 seconds pause, and by that time I figured the girl was new. So I politely told her what sides I wanted for each meal, then there was another pause, followed by, "is that all?" I then had to tell her we wanted 2 Dr. Peppers as well because it was a MEAL. We pull up and in front of us is an older lady receiving her order. Needless to say the girl at the drive-thru window seemed annoyed that the lady was taking all but 15 seconds to arrange her cup holder. How could I tell you might ask? Well, maybe the fact she was waving the straws in front of the ladies face like, "Hello, are you going to take these or what?" Upon receiving my order, I figured she had not asked if we wanted any dipping sauces so I would tell her when she came back. I did, and again, a peeved attitude. She gave us our receipt and card and we were on our way... to the parking stalls in front of us to make sure we had all our food. Just before pulling off we realized we did not have any drinks. So my girlfriend walked inside where she said upon telling the person at the counter that we were just in the drive-thru and did not receive our drinks, the girl in the back looked at her as if she was lying... Now after all of this, it could have just been a bad day for them, even though they were not busy at all. I still give her the benefit of a doubt that it was a learning experience. I am not mad, just extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of this location. Sad that this is the only one near hear, otherwise I would never return. read more
