I ordered delivery through GrubHub and couldn't wait to try the Mike's Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. When it finally arrived I noticed that the outer plastic bag looked to be slightly opened. First thing I noticed inside the paper bag was the measly amount of almost cold French Fries. Then I opened the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and took a bite, all I got was chicken and bread, no sauce, so I took a second bite, again just a dry piece of chicken and bread. I opened the sandwich there it was, a half teaspoon of what looked like Miracle Whip. So 90% of the sandwich was dry. KFC used to be awesome but I won't be buying anything there again! Despite the low reviews we opted to try this location. A bit far from our place, it was the most sensible location. It was a Sunday afternoon and the employees looked normal, transaction went normal. Customer service is not good My fries were old and cold I went back to request a new order of fries and the person at the window was very rude. He argued saying that the fries were not old. He took my fries and told me he was giving me a fresh order but what he did was emptied out half the fries and put fresh fries on top of the old fries. On the dreary stretch of Rt. 1 (Lincoln Highway) in Fairless Hills, Pa., sits a solitary Colonel Sanders, aka, KFC. I have customered it a few times over the years. Each time the parking lot was nearly empty, and the dining area bereft of fried chicken lovers. Hitchcockian if pushed for a description, with an orange neon sign on the wall saying it was "Sunday dinner every night." Yet, the actual meals were good, and the Honey BBQ wings way better than average due in part to their initial preparation as Buffalo Wings, then lathered with the thick sweet tang of the Honey BBQ recipe, giving the wings a hot sweet sallow flavor that can lead to compulsive eating disorders. The Original Recipe Buckets are also quite good, especially for feeding teenage boys coming together for a party. Thus, my reason for being there late last week, as I waited for the order to be packed and bagged. I was surprised when the bucket of 20 pieces and box of 20 wings came in over $40., but nothing is too good for my now teenage son. My car smelled of greasy BBQ on the ride home, and it tortured my saliva glands so much that I nearly pulled over to put one of those rusty red chicken wings in my mouth. I overcame that impulse and made it home in 20 minutes. As soon as I entered the house, my son, his friends, and a couple of parents became transfixed at the aroma, and silently rose to follow me into the dining room. Shades of Night of the Living Dead. The entire batch was devoured in a half hour, and there were sated smiles all around. I am convinced that a chemical analysis of the chicken coating would turn up crack in the mix. It was that good. There is a big problem with the KFC on Route 130 in Burlington, NJ. I have had three bad experiences and don't go there that often as I live in Pennsylvania. In this last experience, I ordered a crispy chicken breast for my granddaughter, and when I got home (over the bridge, which requires a $4.00 toll), we had a thigh with crispy skin and almost no meat at all. I tried calling, and the phone rang busy all the time. Yesterday after calling all day and the phone ringing busy, I went over to the store. I went through the drive-through (with my receipt) and said I thought something was wrong with their phone, as whenever I call, it rings busy. They said, "our phone doesn't work." I explained about the chicken, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I asked for at least a chicken breast, as we received a thigh instead of a breast. He said, "we can't give you a breast." I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was one of them, and he called the owner, and she said, "no." I asked if I could come in and speak to someone, and he said, "no one is allowed in the store. " I ordered a bucket, and there were no breasts on two other occasions; another time, I ordered two breast dinners and received a breast and a wing. Of course, I paid extra to have the two breasts. Burlington, NJ, is one of many KFC I've had problems with. The wait at the Franklin Mills branch is so long that the trip to New Jersey took less time. read more

Waited 25 minutes in takeout car line. Ordered food. And noticed one of the people inside not wearing a mask, and the person handing you the food not wearing gloves. We opted not to get the food. Clearly not enough care being taken there during the pandemic. We opted for the nearby Birger King which was flawlessly clean and following recommended procedures. I pulled into KFC at 4:36 pm for dinner. No cars in the parking lot, it was closed! Sign says new temporary hours 10 - 4:30 now tell me why is KFC opening at 10 am in the first place. I went to drive up and the guy(long haired guy) asked what I wanted and I asked if I could have a moment and he just didn't respond with answer at all. The sign wasn't lit so I couldn't see it so went inside. The girl (shanny) was the only cashier on while the 2 other girls stood there waiting to make food with a long line. People were just standing around while this shanny girl was running around taking orders and getting food. She deserves a raise. My chicken wings were gross also. read more

I only still go here once in awhile because it is close and my son loves there food there food isn't the issue the customer service sucks every time I order something here it's wrong and I mean every time I order I find myself going back in to get the rest of my order everytime. This time. They managed to give me even the wrong type of chicken I got Georgia gold and I got Nashville hot what if I was someone who couldn't eat hot food. Not to mention some of the people that work there are rude. One experience I had was I was in the drive thru and asked a question to the lady I was speaking to and really rude a man came on and said no to my question I don't understand why there would be two people on one order window. So, I fully admit this is one of those "everything was fine at this location until the service really sucked once and now I'm on Yelp to complain about it" reviews, but everything was fine at this location for me until tonight when the service truly, truly sucked and now I'm on Yelp to complain about it. First of all, I will never understand why this location only ever has one register open, regardless of what time of day you walk in there. This ALWAYS means a long wait if there are people ahead of you, and there are usually 3-4 people ahead of you. Tonight, there were 3 people in front of me, and each one placed a really huge order. When this happens, the one person who is working as a cashier leaves the register/stops taking orders and helps fill the last order that was placed. This makes the wait in line even longer. I waited about 15 minutes in line, and when it was finally, FINALLY my turn, I got up to the register and placed my order... ...only to be told the items I wanted were no longer available. Apparently the 3 huge orders that had just been filled essentially wiped out their inventory and I was told I would have to wait an additional 18 minutes or so for what I wanted to become available. So I turned around and walked out. What a freaking waste of time. There are other locations in the area, I'm going to see if they are any better. read more

I sent this to Kentucky Fried Chicken's corporate headquarters yesterday. Apparently, they thought I was kidding. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best score possible, I would rate your Fallsington, PA store a -10. The condition of the restaurant appeared unsanitary and unappealing. The waste receptacles were filled to overflowing, it looked as though nobody has swept the floor in days and the counter was sticky. Perhaps someone spilled a soda last month and nobody thought to wipe it up? Regardless, my family wanted your chicken for dinner, so I soldiered on. Despite it being the typical dinner hour, only one employee was taking orders - and she was also handling the drive-thru window. After waiting 20 minutes to place my order, this poor creature had to inform me that a Kentucky Fried Chicken had run out of... fried chicken. Could I wait ten minutes until the next batch was ready? As I said, my family had their hearts set on your chicken, so of course I said yes. Ten minutes turned into thirty. I asked to see the manager, but was informed he was not available. I suppose not having a manager might explain the unsatisfactory condition of the restaurant. It could also go a long way toward explaining how a fried chicken restaurant didn't have any, you know, FRIED CHICKEN. It certainly would explain why I had been standing in your store (no way I was sitting in those filthy excuses for seats) for nearly an hour. Anyway, the employee at the counter did offer me a free soda for my trouble and when I declined (I am a diabetic, as I explained to her), she included a free chocolate cake with my order. How a chocolate cake is any better for a diabetic than a soda is a little difficult for me to comprehend, but I suppose you cover that in employee training somewhere. Another ten minutes went by, and my order was finally ready. I honestly can not recall the last time I was so thankful to leave a restaurant, even if my wallet was $40 lighter than when I arrived. At least my order was correct. I arrived home tired, hungry, and with a family ready to gnaw off my left arm. Great relief was evident as my wife unpacked the bags and began to plate our long anticipated, desperately desired food. I sat down to my meal, ready to devour every last morsel. I was halfway though my first piece of chicken when, to my horror, I discovered it was bleeding! Yes! Despite taking an hour to cook your world-famous chicken, your store had served my family a salmonella infested bucket of undercooked poultry. Happily, my wife cranked up the oven (because who isn't happy with a 425 degree oven roasting the house on a 90 degree summer day?), finished cooking our chicken and saved our lives. Now, I do need to give credit where credit is due. Despite her poor training, lack of support and a curious fascination with her cell phone, the employee at the counter/drive-thru retained enough of her humanity to be genuinely concerned about the situation. Not that she was able to do anything to correct the problems, mind you, but at least she was upset by the entire episode. I hope to hear back from you within the next 24 hours, with your ideas for ensuring something like this never happens again. It would certainly behoove you to do so, as at 2pm tomorrow this letter will be posted to a number of social media outlets. Thanks in advance for reading this and correcting the situation. I stopped by tonight and tried to go through the drive-thru. There was a paper sign on the speaker stating that It was cash only. The person on the speaker told us to come inside if we wanted to use our card so when We did. I immediately noticed that there was trash all over the dining room floor the employees were speaking loudly and very unprofessionally the floor seemed greasy and dirty and there was a really weird smell coming from the entire place like a dirty mop or trash I am mediately said this place is dirty and then left. I know this place isn't a five star, sit down restaurant but I still think their customer service could be a little better. We visited yesterday evening and went through the drive thru. My mom ordered the family meal and then asked for extra crispy chicken. The older gentleman on the other end of the speaker LITERALLY huffed and puffed at her because of this request. For a second, I thought it was my sassy five year old sister. His attitude was so bad, a more chipper young guy took over on the speaker, took our payment, and then our food.
