I will say it's been years since I've eaten at KFC. The drive thru line was a little long but it didn't take long to order, maybe 7 mins with 4 cars in ahead of me. Tuesday- they have a special 8 pcs chicken for $10, which is what I ordered plus potato skins and corn. We got here at 7:45pm, and the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. The employee asked my husband can we do a drive thru order, because the inside was getting ready to be closed. Where is the sign to say inside will be closed at 8? There isn't any. Then, we ordered our food and had to wait over 30 minutes for the food. Unreal! We definitely won't be returning. I live in Benton, Arkansas and get to Georgia a couple of times a year to see my mother. This KFC is one of our staple stops. Hands down, the best - freshest - food I've had at a KFC. What's supposed to be hot is hot and what's supposed to be cold is cold. The staff is ALWAYS polite and thoughtful. I went thru the drive thru today and ordered an extra slaw. I didn't see it and went in and told them I didn't have it. The young man told me where it was but gave me another anyway. When I got back to the car ... Yep, there was the slaw..... The fact that they were so busy talking that the only customers that mattered were the ones that drove up, so basically my money is no good ordering from the inside, but if you can't take the steps to do your job than I'm not going to take the nesserey steps to make sure you get my money. If I could give zero or negatives stars, that's what I would be giving this KFC! I placed an order online for pickup. After receiving an update on the app saying my order was ready, I went to the store to pick it up. However, I was notified that they were still waiting on my order and I would have to wait THIRTY minutes or accept something OTHER than what I ordered. What irritated me is the fact that the app said it was ready so I no longer had the option to cancel the order because I was not waiting 30 minutes. That's absurd. I called 800-CALL-KFC to request the order be cancelled and to be issued a refund while I was still in the store. The representative "Lea" said she would submit the request to leadership, who would then verify with the store that I didn't pick up the order (which didn't sound like she was processing a cancellation) and then I would be issued a refund. When I asked her how long this process would take, she said there is no timeframe. That tells me, it could take 24 hours, 1 week, 5 months, etc. and I'm just supposed to be ok with the continued inconvenience being exhibited from KFC. I rarely eat there to begin with but I think this has solidified my resolve to fry my own chicken! read more

Employees were very rude. I ordered my food online. I arrived at the location in Fayetteville and the dining room doors were closed. There was No sign on the door saying they were closed. . The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Placed an order and PAID through the KFC app. App says the order is ready for pickup. Take the 10 minute drive from my house, arrive and the dining room is closed. Cool. Go through the drive thru line, takes about another 10 minutes. I rarely eat at KFC but stopped by this one recently on the way to a movie at the nearby theater. We only had about forty minutes until showtime and no time for anything but fast food. We ordered some grilled chicken, a couple sides and a chicken sandwich. The many bored looking people sitting around playing on their phones should have clued me in. A full thirty minutes later, about to be late for the movie, we joined the angry people demanding their food at the counter and asked if we could take our food to go instead, since we were about to miss the movie. Since they hadn't even started cooking it yet, this was no problem at all. Ten minutes later, a full forty minutes after we arrived, they gave us our food and we ran out the door. Eating in the theater parking lot, we discovered they forgot our sides completely. I called the store to let them know, and their response was of course I didn't get any sides, they were out of the items I ordered. I'm not sure why I expected someone to tell me that at some point during my 40 minute wait. It's unfortunate because this was a nice looking, newish location. This was a very disappointing visit. We are visiting the area and wanted to compare this KFC to ours at home. We wanted to use a coupon which the clerk said was expired (although there were no dates on it except the date you had to do the survey). We ended up ordering two of their new BOWLS, and wow, what a disappointment! DO NOT believe the TV ads! We got two regular chicken bowls which were (honest) about 70% mashed potatoes. A few kernels of corn, a very small amount of gravy and some small chicken pieces sprinkled on top. The overwhelming amount of potatoes really kills the deal. Went into KFC in Fayetteville for some grilled chicken. FYI, the place is NOT called KY Fried Chicken any more, just KFC. I decided to go for the buffet at 7.99 instead of just a 2 piece meal. They have a 3-bin buffet bar with garden salad fixings, a bin of all veggies, and a bin of chicken and biscuits. The salad was pretty fresh, although not a great selection of dressings. Most of the veggies looked great, although the gravy had skin on top (stirring those pans would do wonders). The grilled chicken on the bar was awesome, hot tasty, juicy. If those chickens were crammed up in their cages while alive, I couldn't tell it in the restaurant. The pan of biscuits really looked bad, they appeared like cold, hard, made-yesterday biscuits, but I was going to suffer through one just for the review. I was amazingly surprised - a 9/10 for the hot biscuit with a lot of flavor. So, looks can be deceiving. The food - easily a 4.5 at this store. But, 6 dirty tables, and 2 trash cans overflowing, and rest room trash can spilling over paper is knocking this rating to a 3.
