The service at this location is terrible. The person taking orders had a rude, disrespectful attitude, like customers were inconveniencing him. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, the staff clearly isn't trained properly. I specifically asked for legs and thighs only, and they gave me whatever pieces they wanted. Today I placed my order online and I just about flipped when I got a call telling me that something in my order was unavailable. I was ok subbing it out. When I picked up my order, the young lady at the window said " we found what you wanted and have it for you" She also offered me a side dish for the inconvenience. Who does that anymore? I came here just a few minutes ago around 8pm for a late dinner. I was so shocked. I got the 2 piece combo. I couldn't believe how hot it was it was so delicious, the chicken was juicy and the skin crunchy. Usually at thus hour your lucky if it's lukewarm. I usually order food delivery and they make sure that the food is accurate as possible, I went in person to order and the staff seemed very chill. However I just wanted to say there are a few concerns like there being no restroom for customers and then when I ordered delivery I pay for sauces but they tend to forget so after that I stopped getting their $0.50 sauces. I rather would just go in person to order by bus, it's hard for me since I don't have a car so I really hope if I order from here again they don't forget my sauces because I pay for these and I can't go there to pick them up because I do not drive. I pulled up for drive thru and ordered 2 orders of hot wings (6 wings each) as well as a combo meal and some sides. They say there's a 5 minute wait for these wings, so I say that's fine. They had me pay and told me to pull up and wait. Only problem is, there is no waiting area. I had to pull up a few feet and waited. The people behind me got their food while I was waiting and was honking like crazy for me to move (where do I move to? Into the Street!?). After waiting about 10 minutes, they bring me my order and leave. After checking the bags, I found they had only brought me my wings, no combo meal and no sides. Literally half my order was missing! I had to park my car and enter the place (during Covid-19 mind you). So much for social distancing. After checking my receipt, one employee went and gathered my items. Not a word of sorry, no apologies. They just acted annoyed! Imagine that! Terrible service and incompetent workers. I'd strongly advise you to avoid this place. KFC delivers on it's goal of fast food as the drive through was efficient and timely. Even with 5 cars in line, the ordering process was smooth and efficient. Sadly, the food did not live up to expectations. While the chicken tender pieces were larger than normal, the batter seems to have changed and the chicken itself was rather chewy and inconsistent between pieces. One tasted normal and flavorful, another was chewy and tough, and another tasted as if it was not quite done, and then re-fried again. And this location did not seem to participate in some of the advertised specials for the chain which was disappointing but understandable given the state of restaurants these days. Also, the "new" fries have got to go. The supposed use of the same recipe as the chicken breading on the fries, does not do anyone any favors. It tastes overly salty and odd. I would 100% toss these out and bring back the potatoes wedges, even though I am a fan of crispier thinner fries. For KFC, the fries are a no go. Stick with other side dish options. Overall a good quick stop if the craving hits you, but just don't expect it to be the KFC of yesteryear as the flavor is just not quite the same. read more
