He Quickly Ran To The Back To Fix The Issue & Nicely Asked Me For A Refill. While I Was Waiting In front Of The Cash Register The Kid Brought Back My Refill & Told Me My Order Was Getting Remade And That He Was Sorry. So Then He Got Back To The Register Helping An Elderly Couple, When I Overheard Some Sort Of "Manager" By The Name Of "Monica" Cursing Repeatedly In Spanish Under Her Breath While She Was In The Back Filling Up Drinks. I don't think she realized i speak Spanish so I'm assuming she thought she was in the clear. I would type what she said but I'm afraid the words she used are to vulgar. (She was basically annoyed of me asking for my correct order & was also cursing at a fellow co worker). The vibes and ambience were absolutely terrible. I will not be returning here WILLINGLY & if do i hope to not see Monica AGAIN. I do wanna appreciate those who were helpful at this location but i definitely feel bad you guys have to put up with such poor management.

For a community of 50K+ of retirees, this is not a welcoming atmosphere and I've seen it only decline with this version of remodeling. Not a fan, and almost done with the 'McDonalds' way of thinking myself aside from the point that orders here have almost always been wrong and only adds to the LACK of employment standards and training... Shameful.

She took the bag without checking anything and walked away, continuing to give me dirty looks throughout the interaction. I've worked in food service myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. Orders get mixed up, and that's part of the job. What isn't acceptable is treating a polite customer with hostility, arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue, and making them feel like they're at fault for asking to receive the meal they actually ordered. The incorrect order wasn't what upset me the most, it was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this with the employee who was working the front counter during my visit, because no customer should be treated this way over a simple order correction.

This KFC is by far the worst crappiest atmosphere and chicken parts and staff that I've ever dealt with!!! The manager especially and family owned business, should either be put out of business or run by someone who would treat their customers like people from the United States not Iraq or Afghanistan. Try to hold a conversation with somebody behind the counter or the manager about the conditions and they'll treat you like crap!! This is the KFC on continental in Green Valley.
