The food and service was fantastic and I would highly recommend going back again especially after me getting out of school

I went to Kfc on horizon and college last night. Got a 10 piece bucket for $16. This morning my whole family is sick. can't stay out of the bathroom and stomach cramps and Nausea like crazy. I just know I will be puking soon. All 5 of us got sick and this is the only thing we ate together in 3 or 4 days. Do NOT go here!! I should have trusted my judgement as I never eat here because of rumors that you get sick when you eat KFC. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I'm not the type to make bad reviews, I always try to be positive; but this was ridiculous. I was in drive thru line for OVER 30 MINUTES. Once I got up to the sign I was told they were "behind on orders and may take a bit to get my order" okay, cool- gave me time to decide what I wanted because I'm indecisive at times. Another 15 MINUTES passed before I gave up and left. What did I see in the main dining area? 3 STAFF MEMBERS eating or sitting on their phones while customers were WAITING INSIDE TO PLACE THEIR ORDER. I get that employees need breaks but for them to take their break AT THE SAME TIME?! read more

This location is poorly managed. On my last three drive-through visits (12/24, 1/25, 5/25) they ran out of white meat. It's incredible how a chicken place can run out of chicken. On the plus side, the staff was apologetic on the December and May visits. Unfortunately, the clerk on the January visit was beyond rude. She had me go into the restaurant so she could explain that they didn't have white meat. When I showed annoyance, she yelled, "Do you want your chicken or not?!?" Go to Popeye's and you'll get better food. That chain is known for poor service, but it's better than the service at this location and -- most importantly -- I've never been to a Popeye's where they ran out of chicken. read more

The food is great but the restaurant itself is always dirty. Tables and chairs are always messy, even though the lobby is usually empty. Seems like this location is more of a drive thru/ pickup spot. The staff is friendly-ish. The manager could be a little nicer as she seems bothered when approached for anything. I never eat inside and usually take home as it's not clean but other than that, an ok place for fast food fried chicken. read more

Pretty average KFC. The service was ok. I only went through the drive through so I can't comment on the inside. It was fairly fast. Only thing is the biscuits were hard. No fluffy biscuits for us! I don't go to KFC on the regular but everything tastes like I remember. read more

What could be improved? We placed an order on Grubhub. All the food we got was cold. Biscuits were hard. Fries were hard. The only thing warm- the soda... it was warm and flat. Going thru the driv thru. Made my order and went to pay.. The person who took the order failed to charge for another drink. I was willing to pay for the extra drink but was told I have to go back around to place my order of 1 drink. Wow. I dont understand how they can't charge me a drink at the window.. It's pretty hard to screw up the chicken but they found a way to do it with service instead. I ordered my chicken and was told to wait in one of the parking spots out front. I sat there and every car that went through the drive through window ended up there with me . After almost 15 minutes the two people that had ordered after received their meals so I called out to the girl who brought the orders out and she ignored me . Finally I went inside the store and waited in line to talk to the guy at the counter. He had no idea where my order was . Finally the girl who took my order handed over the bag with my order in it . Nothing but children running a business that have no idea how to handle paying customers. recently visited my local kfc 680 e horizon Dr Henderson, Nv 89015, not only did they screw up my order, when I called to make a complaint the children that work there played on the telephone until I let them know I was calling corporate to make a complaint. The girl that I spoke to said she was the Mgr on duty and refused to give her name which I am ok with but refused to correct my order as well My food was not to company standards and was missing items from the order. I dont get why the employees here have such a hard time doing their job correctly. Probably because they are children who have no sense of work ethic or pride or they are illiterate. They are always making mistakes with an order and forgetting items and/or giving the incorrect items! To the owner of this franchise and shift managers/ supervisors, get it together, manage/ supervise your employees. Ordered my food and didn't check it (my mistake) get home and the bag was filled with spilled Mac and cheese and mash potatoes, the food I ordered was not even in the bag. The 1st time was about 6 months ago and and when got our food home, $50 later mind you, the food was so severely over cooked it was barely eatable. Just the worse KFC I've ever ate - 54 years running so I've been a few times all over the states. So, I Chalked it up to things happen and moved on. Then today September 25th at about 5:40PM I picked up an order again. Ya, I was a bit suspect but what were the chances, right? I got this order home and the food was severely over cooked I didn't eat it. I opted for PB&J . The food seemed like it was cooked prior to lunch, pulled out of the fryer and just left to cook all that time. The chucked was so over cooked it actually shrank all of it. This is no coincidence in my opinion. Do they have a limit on the chicken age? Or is the owner demanding chicken cooked is chicken sold period and regardless of how long it's been sitting waiting for purchase? I'll drive to Popeyes on Stephanie before I'll visit this one here again. Sad, we really liked KFC. This stinks, it's a block away.. eh, I'll pay the extra in gas. The fam and I went through the drive thru the guy who came to the window was super rude to my wife and had a major attitude, I understand having a bad day but ridiculous to treat people like that especially creating business for you. It has been a while so we thought we would have lunch here today. The lobby was clean, the bathrooms could use some attention and there was a white stain around by the walls. Absolutely terrible. We ordered to and we're highly disappointed. Popcorn shrimp were little overcooked balls consisting of mainly fried batter balls. The mash potatoes barely had any gravy.
