We haven't been to KFC in years and now I remember why. First, the customer service in the drive though. She asked to take our order so we ordered and then waited for a couple of minutes with dead silence. When she came back on she asked to take our order again so we repeated it. We asked if they had butter and honey for the biscuits and the response was "is that what you want?". Got to the window and she barely said a word to us except for when we were driving away. Now the food- ugh! The extra crispy chicken was anything but. It was soggy and overly greasy. There was lots of undercooked batter that was just mushy. The chicken itself had no taste- really tasted like plain chicken with no seasoning. We got mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and biscuits as our sides- that was probably the best part of the meal. We did get butter and honey for the biscuits which made them taste so much better than plain. This meal was not worth $28 + tax. There are better food places in Windward City. read more

This location doesn't have the Mountain Dew sweet lightning- I wanted to try but no luck. They also didn't have sweet tea :( Ended up getting a few big box meals. Terrible service! I walked in and there were no other customers in front of me. It took at least 10 minutes to get acknowledged and have my order taken. The cashier, Brigitte, could have at least said "I'll be right with you" if she was busy. She said nothing not even "thank you for waiting" when she finally came to take my order. TERRIBLE! We were asking for cajun fries, but she kept saying SMALL OR LARGE french fries with an attitude. It was my mistake for thinking there were cajun fries but she did not even say "oh so sorry we dont have cajun fries". As a person who worked at fast-food chain before, I still would not give attitude, customer service is always a given. When we got to the window we asked if we could use this specific card we got from the government to order and she just took the card without saying anything and swiped it. This KFC is the reason enough to be a Popeye's convert. Horrible service. First of all, as you get to the speaker in the drive- thru, no one says anything. You just wait while a line of cars start to form behind you in the parking lot. Finally, when someone does come on the speaker (a rude male Filipino) he tells you, "just wait". Tonight I asked to speak to the manager and the male Filipino employee wouldn't come to the window. Instead he sent a female co-worker to the window while he yelling obscenities from behind her. I experienced the same thing as Kent W. This was my third week of ordering a deal on the App the first two weeks went great. So I ordered my 8 piece all dark meat and paid I received a confirmation and receipt. Oh btw I placed my order around the same time as Kent W. Upon arriving at the drive thru I was told that the store manager had decided not to honor any orders placed on the app. The bottom line is I spoke to the store manger "Jo" and she refused to give me the ordered fried chicken or process my refund she told me to go on the app and cancel my order. When I couldn't find how to cancel the order I asked for assistance and was told that they were not familiar with the app. I received a phone number to process my refund and it went straight to voice mail I called several times meeting with the same result. Went to pick up lunch today sometime after 12 so there was a big lunch rush in the drive thru. I wasn't in a hurry so not a big deal and I walked in to order, but I gotta say the 2 women I saw working were rockstars! One handling the drive thru orders, drinks and taking orders inside. And then the other lady assembling and cooking the food. The drive thru was so busy and just the 2 of them I saw working I hope someone gives them a raise! I was in there probably 10 minutes or more and in that time the two lady's was hustling handling each order and the cashier was friendly to each customer. Stopped by last night and ordered take out from the fast food. Food came out fairly quick while we were the only customers at the time. We ordered the 8 pc Meal. It comes w 2 Large sides 4 biscuits. We also ordered 12 cookies for $5.99 Everything wrong: * 8 piece meal? More like 7 piece and they threw in a skimpy reject piece that isn't normal size nor full size smh. * Cookies were OLD. All of the cookies tasted more than a day old where they were stale, gross and crumbling into your mouth. I don't see anywhere where that is okay. Why not make a new batch? * You get 2 Large sides, 1 of our sides (Mashed Potatoes) wasn't even filled to the top. I can understand if they're about to close but they were far from closing time and with no other customers, i don't see why they couldn't take the time to ensure satisfactory work. The low reviews kept me from coming here for at least a year and when I finally tried them, it was good. The service was friendly, the food was really good. When it comes to fast food, this is my favorite on the windward side and one of the best KFCs I've been to. What a horrible experience. So we on this side of the island after spending a whole day out on the bay and decided to stop in and pick something up so we could have dinner as soon as we got home. It was 6:30p on a Saturday evening. We drove up to the window and I inquired about their new Georgia Gold chicken. The girl explained to me that they only had it in the tenders and little sandwiches and if I wanted bone-in chicken in that flavor, whether a basket or a bucket, I would have to wait at least 20 mins. Twenty minutes? I could be halfway to Ewa Beach in twenty minutes, so no thank you. I was a little peeved that they didn't have anything other than tenders in their newest flavor during dinner time on a weekend, but we were already there so we just settled for tenders. So we're looking at these 3pc tender baskets that come with a drink, a cookie, a biscuit, and a side for $7. Seems like a good deal so we get 2 of those. I ask if we can change the sides. She tells me that it comes with coleslaw. I ask her to add a side of mashed potatoes and a side of potato wedges. She reads my order back quickly and something doesn't sound right. So I pull forward and I can see the girl on the mic laughing with some other girl, they look like they are joking around as the girl on the mic playfully pushes the other girl. I pull up and she starts talking to another customer on the mic. I wait patiently and when she is ready, I ask her to repeat my order just to make sure we were on the same page. She said, "You got 2 three pc Georgia Gold tenders meal, one with mashed potatoes, one with wedges." I said, "the wedges and mashed potatoes are supposed to be extra. We still wanted the coleslaw that came with the meal." So she said, "Ok. Well I will just charge you for the 2 sides of coleslaw, it will come out the same as if the wedges and mashed were the add ons." Ok. Easy enough. We waited a moment and she handed over the bag with our food in it. I asked her where my drink was. She said that the meal didn't come with a drink. I told her that the picture on the board clearly states that it comes with the drink (in addition to the chicken, biscuit, side, and cookie). Well, there was no drink and there was no cookie. She said that she charged me for a different meal, and the meal didn't come with a drink. I said I wanted the $7 basket, and she said that it was about the same price. By this point, I was freaking irritated. She said, "Sorry for the MISCONFUSION." (What the hell is misconfusion. That's not even a word!) There was a line behind me so I just paid for my meal and drove out of the line. I asked my husband to check to make sure that we had everything. Looks like we did, so we made our way back home. On the drive back home, I asked my husband for the biscuit from the meal. He opened the contained that held the meal and was like "Oh." He thought the mashed potatoes were inside the plate with the chicken, but they were not. Just the biscuit and chicken. Which meant that we got 2 sides of wedges... NO MASHED POTATOES. I was infuriated. At this point, I'm almost to the tunnel of the H3. Am I going to turn around? Of course the eff I'm not. So here's the recap: They didn't have their newest flavor ready during a peak time for serving food; they didn't indicate that the three piece meal I was getting, was not the one being advertised nor did she try to explain exactly what I was getting or being charged for; and even after repeating my order back to me clearly stating the wedges AND mashed potatoes, they STILL didn't give me what I asked and paid for. I'm sick over this. This is horrible customer service. I cannot believe I wasted my time and money here and didn't even get what I wanted to eat! So will I ever be back? Heck no. Not to this location. Sigh... In case you were wondering though, the Georgia Gold sauce is good. It's a nice difference from regular 'ol fried chicken. read more

I get home and there are only 7 pieces... I called and called to no answer. The next day my wife called off and on and talked to Jane the manager who wasn't much help.
