Update 2-5-24 since we were in kailua at our old residence to pick up mail my husband said let's go eat cajun king in kaneohe. We haven't been their in awhile so we walked in and our server said hi aunty uncle you like the same. HE knew exactly what we wanted. Bag of garlic butter shrimp mild spice and not to much garlic. and French fries still excellent in the taste. Our go to place for eating seafood in a bag.

    Combo 3 extra lb shrimp

Garlic Cajun sauce a little too salty and sweet for my liking but seriously good and really good price for the amount of food . Very good service as well solid 7/10

I love the salt and pepper shrimp. It has just the right amount of salt and jalapeños

I love the salt and pepper shrimp. It has just the right amount of salt and jalapeños. There's always seating even for a last-minute party of 10. They are very accommodating, and their garlic butter cajun crab legs always hit the spot.

The menu is wrong on the website. The Asian man is rude do not eat here

If I could give them a zero stars I would!!!!!!The worst customer service ever!!!! The Asian man aka host or whatever he thinks he is. Is super rude. I asked a question about the menu. He looked at me in the eye saying we don't have any. Mind you I asked which combo does he like better. He didn't even hear my question. He just answered because he was lazy. Then there credit card machine doesn't work. He told me straight to my face he's not answering anymore of my questions pertaining the menu. He was rude rude. As rude as it comes. All I wanted was a takeout order. He refused to even try do his job. It was very hot and the AC didn't work well at all

If you love crab legs, you gotta come here! We dined here for lunch today after getting our taxes done +they provide a crab leg cracker AND SCISSORS! +Their sauce is soo yummy, my boyfriend and I ordered the Garlic Cajun butter flavor in mild and it still had a kick to it. Very flavorful and loaded with a sweet umami taste. +We ordered 2lb king crab legs with sides of potato, Portuguese sausage and corn, and calamari which came with a side of Cajun fries +the lady who served us was very kind, helpful and friendly. I've dropped one of my gloves on the ground and she quickly got me a bunch of new gloves +Food came out in a fast paced manner. Steaming hot and fresh *** our bill came out to be $132.50 for everything before tip. A little pricy but it's worth it for King crab legs! We actually had leftovers to bring home, it was really filling!

Came here for my Aunt's birthday. We had a big party so they had a separate room set up for us which was very accommodating of them. Being that we had a huge party, I can excuse a little bit of the run around service that they provided. All in all, our experience here was good. FOOD: The main reason we came here is for their crab!!! Crab!! Crab!! Crab!! We LOVE crab! My family are crab lovers! Like all crab boil places, they do get you with the sides so I like to order my crab ala carte! SERVICE: We had a huge party, all of our orders were correct. We did a little pre-ordering while planning our visit so that also helped them a lot and it didn't take too long for our food to come out. PARKING: Lots of parking....free parking.... since they are located in the shopping area. However, be aware that some of their stalls are a little compact and tight. Be mindful on how much you ate, you may not be able to squeeze back into your vehicle hahahaha The prices for seafood change often so I would either check online or for other people's photo menu post to double check the prices. Overall, our experience here was good ad my aunt had a great family birthday lunch!

As you can see they served 2 types of crab ours was empty and small the other customer was big . I

As you can see two different types of crab was served . They still have something against me although I haven't been here in over a year. After seeing what the other customer had is when I decided again that this place is the worst . I thought that not going there for over a year that feelings had passed obviously not as we we were the only customers there for a good amount of time me and my friend laughing they decide to turn the volume of the tv up to a 100. The rudest ever . Then I ask him the question oh why are you serving 2 different types of crab he decides to tell me oh they got king crab . Um no it's not it's snow crab . I do not recommend this place again. Dear Ron The food that was given to us was unacceptable I did not eat it it was left on the table .the way I was treated in your establishment was horrific. Chan and Yvonne was the rudest people ever. I will not EVER return. I don't cate what you do. But let it be known by the pictures posted that was terrible of them to give me that food .and the other customers better quality food. Jody

I came here on a weekday for lunch. The place was pretty much empty. There were three other tables besides mine. There were two people working the floor, an older woman and a young man. The man was great. He was friendly, helpful, and kept our water glasses full. The woman on the other hand was spooking me out. She kept looking at me and giving me stink eye, even though it's the first time I've ever seen her. She never smiled and was totally rude. She is definitely not cut out for customer service. I wouldn't say that the food was great, maybe a little above average. I ordered the Combo #1 (lobster, crawfish, mussels, shrimp, clams, sausage, corn, and rice). I got it with garlic butter on the side for dipping. I didn't want my hands to get all oily. I didn't taste any garlic. It was just straight butter. However, the seafood was really fresh. The meat was naturally sweet and firm in texture. They seemed to have skimped on the clams and shrimp. There should have been a few more pieces. We also ordered the fried catfish basket. I didn't try it but the hubby said that it was ok. This location has no connections to the other Cajun Kings on the island. I've been to all of them. The one on Waialae was my favorite. Too bad they closed.

I have been to the one out in Kapolei and the food was great & full of flavor. We decided to order the 6 pounder, which is $250 Lots of seafood. It looked great, but none of the Kajun flavors got into the meat and the food was not hot. The only thing that locked in the temperature was the crab & lobster.nothing had flavor. Poor execution of boiling the crabs & shrimp. And when we were explaining this to the manager all she offered was to give us a free desert and nothing else. She did not apologize for their mistake. She did not offer to comp us for the poorly executed meal. She did not reduce the price of the poorly executed meal she just gave us excuses and offered us a free desert. This is the reason why the Kaneohe location is not as popular as the Kapolei location. Very disappointed in the execution and preparation of the food. The service that we experienced and the way the manager handled the entire situation. Never coming back to this location ever again.

It took off so well that in 2000, he founded Hawaiian Chip Company in Kalihi. Today, Hawaiian Chip Company uses only the highest quality Okinawan sweet potatoes and taro grown on the Big Island and Oahu's North Shore and golden sweet potatoes grown on Molokai to make their gourmet chips. This assures only the freshest and highest quality chips that they can produce. They also use canola oil (trans-fat free) and minimal amounts of sodium, and are preservative-free. The Hawaiian Chip Co.'s has expanded its product line over the years and offers the following: * Taro and sweet potato chips mix. Combine earthly richness of taro with the subtle sweetness of Okinawan and golden sweet potatoes of five flavors of hand-peeled, thinly sliced chips that are lightly seasoned: original (lightly salted), zesty garlic, Kiawe BBQ, Kiawe Fire, and sugar coated. * BBQ and hot sauces. The Kilauea Fire BBQ sauce was introduced in 2008, which has a spicy kick and great as a marinade for beef, chicken, pork; can be used as a dipping sauce. The Kilauea Fire Hot Sauce is spicier and less sweet than the Kilauea Fire BBQ Sauce. This led to the Raging Volcano Hot Sauce, which is a vinegar-based hot sauce and the spiciest hot sauce that they make. They also offer a Papaya Seed Salad Dressing. * Collaboration with Eden in Love in offering colorful logo tote bags. * Menehune Mac Hawaiian chocolates. The Honolulu Chip Co. acquired this line in 2021, a hand-scooped dessert of rich chocolates and HI-grown mac nuts favored by locals and visitors since 1939, is being presently 888qdiscontinued. As labor is intensive for the candies to be hand-scooped, there is difficulty in finding quality workers, and it was simply not feasible to continue I was first introduced to the taro and sweet potato chip mix that was sold in Costco, as most people do. You can get this exact item at a lower price in their showroom, plus it may be fresher. For home snacking, I love their Bits of Chips, a mixture of whole chips and broken pieces that are sold at a discounted price. They are not always available, as it depends on when the chips are available and made. It is suggested to call the store to inquire if there are any available. Once we were taking our Pastor friend and his wife from Japan around the island, and they wanted to stop there to purchase a bag of Bits of Chips and hand-carried it back to Japan! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Samples are freely given out as you enter the showroom, and you can take it out back and try the different toppings. Service is efficient and quick. The building houses its small showroom retail store and is their factory where the chips are cut and fried. Hours of operation are Mon to Fri 9a to 5p, Sat 9a to 3p, Sun closed. Lots of free parking in their private lot. Cross the street and visit their sister showroom, 'Ulu Chip Factory, where you can find seasonal breadfruit chips combined with cassava chips, as well as the the Keith's cookies line. Trump's tariff implementation has raised prices twice in 2025 with increased packaging costs due to supplies coming from China. But when you have that craving for these delicious chips and sauces, price may not matter. These chips and sauces will always be there for all to enjoy! Support local!
