Okay, so before my review, this was a one star business, and normally you want to stay clear of a place with a one star review, but I survived the workweek, and was feeling risky on a Friday night! Plus I figured, one one-star review isn't a fair judgement; that's keeping so much business away by just one person's opinion (no offense to the first reviewer). If they truly sucked as a business, okay then - one star is warranted. But they didn't suck, and my family and I didn't get sick, and I certainly had a good experience in store. All the staff at the counter were very kind and helpful and patient while I spoke with my wife on the phone to figure out what we wanted. All the stuff the last reviewer said they "didn't have," they had, and we got it and it was yummy. We wound up getting chicken (go figure!) extra crispy and original recipe, mashed-taters and gravy, macaroni, and the "new" beans with (more) chicken sides. The chicken was good, just like the chicken you get from any other KFC establishments and the sides were fantastic! We absolutely recommend the mac & cheese and the beans with (more) chicken. We were filled for the night and satisfied with our meals. And the next day, I was happy to be alive and well, as was my family! So don't let the one one-star review dissuade you from stopping in. It's a good store with good food and deserves a chance. I give it 4 out 5 chicken breasts! read more

I ordered a family packet and additional 2 large sides to take out. One of the sides (a large Coleslaw) was missing. As I stayed in a resort nearby, I dropped by a few hours later for the missing item. The experience was awkward. I stood in front of the counter for about 5 mins with nobody checked in on me. No crew greetings. No other customers. Just me standing there as if I was the only real human in the entire restaurant. Finally I got the chance to explain why I came to pick up the missing item. The lady behind the counter did not apologize at all. She just asked if I called. I said No because I stayed nearby so I just came to tell you. Then she talked to her supervisor. I had to explain the whole story to the supervisor again, who said OK I give you the coleslaw but next time you should call in advance. No apologies. No regrets. No respect. Went in to pick up a online order and after standing there for 5 min the girl at register on 6/5/26 hispanic female with glasses and white tip long nails rolled her eyes after I said is there anyway I can get my online order because was taking the next person in her line. PAINT YOUR PARKING LOT. You appear to have an employee parking in the blue striped area and a big sign always blocking the Handicapped parking. I haven't ever been able to utilize this parking spot & I am a weekly customer. This is shameful. After 15 years of getting undercooked, pink in the middle chicken, I finally get fantastic chicken AND good service but this blocking the Handicapped parking tells me you don't want that convenient parking for customers that need it. It was then no surprise to me when I opened the buns and realized that they put a chicken tender in each one instead of a patty. They weren't even fresh either it was like eating cardboard. Continuously coming short on orders horrible customer service from the moment you walk in and I have been here on at least 15 separate occasions, picking up delivery orders as well as my own personal orders. That said I really have never had any issues with the quality of the food itself, but they do prioritize the drive-through window over anyone who takes the time to walk into the store and will leave you standing at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgment, and I highly recommend you check the contents in your bag if you're taking the order to go since I personally on four separate occasions have had missing items if you're ordering for delivery good luck, receiving napkins, and straws are all the pieces of chicken you ordered read more

Service was VERY below average, they took awhile to take our order while place was empty(they weren't short staffed either). The cashier was impatient as if not wanting to be there. My coworker had her order messed up & cashier did not add in the first thing she asked for after trying to talk/fix the issue the lady did not accept she messed up taking her order she had to pay separately. Another coworker wanted to separate the gravy from mash they said they would charge xtra for that but didn't take into consideration certain food allergies or other things that most food service workers know. Retraining + food safety for any special request should be brought up, but even separating food should not be of any addition charge. read more

Ordered my Nashville hot tenders, forgot my ranch when I asked on the speaker to order. I pull forward and asked for my ranch again and the girl "janelly" was rude and acted like she didn't hear me and gave me attitude, she still did not give me my ranch and she kept being rude and obnoxious . You can see the delectable clump of spices in the corner and the scrumptious lake of oil upon which these unevenly seasoned and anemic "tenders" rest. They no longer offer Hot Wings. This is terrible. Out of every KFC location I've been to, this is the only location where I've seen this. Typical Lake Elsinore, so sad. This is part of the reason why I have to drive to distant cities to enjoy different food options. You can't even get standard fast food choices here anymore. This place was what I expected as far as food goes (I've had KFC & Taco Bell before) But what truly amazed me was the customer service of every single employee.. All were polite, helpful and went out of their way for not just us but the rest of the customers even Spanish speaking ones.. Given all employees there are Caucasian- one in particular tried incredibly hard to help Spanish speaking guest... Everyone here seems incredibly young and extremely happy.. I've been to this location a few times now and every time I am impressed. Service is super fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. My visits are always through drive thru. Each time Marianne (sp?) has been the DT person. She is awesome! She multitasks like a maniac :) and is sooooooo friendly! She always double checks the order to make sure everything is there. I worked for McDs for over 20 years once upon a time (crew to store manager to HR/Training Director) so I know how challenging DT can be. Marianne is a star and this location's restaurant manager has it goin' on! Big kudos! read more

First off, we chose this location due to them being open 30 minutes longer than the other KFC. 1) We ordered 3 things from KFC's menu and 2 things from the Taco Bell menu. - When I asked the lady what the difference was between the regular soft taco and the supreme soft taco...her response was "honestly, I don't know." How does somebody work there and not know the menu and what the differences are between items? 2) I asked for two large orders or Wedge fries, a popcorn chicken GoCup and two regular soft tacos. She quoted $16 and some change which we thought was a little higher than it should be. So when I pull up to the window, before I could ask her she rudely says "we don't have enough for 2 large.." I'm looking at her confused then realize she's probably talking about wedge fries so I say 1 is okay. I notice her talking to other employees in the background then She brings us our order. Our wedge fries were less than half..the box was filled to fit nearly a small when we ordered a large. We return to tell her that we paid for a large but got nothing close to that. She just says "oh we dropped fresh wedges after you left, we'll fill it up." So we pull up and she tops it off and we leave. We learned our lesson: bad customer service, employees aren't trained, the place needs better management. read more

Worst KFC/Taco Bell ever. 9:30 pm...closes at 10:00. They have no white meat chicken, no mashed potatos, no biscuits. I was told that KFC should be closed already...they close at 9:00...but the Taco Bell IN THE SAME BUILDING CLOSES AT 10:00?????? Where is the sign that says that?
