Play some mobile order at 5:19 didn't receive food till 545. I watched them make it. Unfortunately, nobody had a sense of urgency. I only needed one biscuit. I arrived at 5: 35 and they still need 10 minutes to cook biscuits I was quite disappointed I left to go get paper towels from Walgreens and came back and my order still wasn't in the pick up cabinet. My fiancé and I stopped in last night directly after work to take advantage of the Tuesday special. It was an 8pc bucket for $10. First clue not to have eaten here was we pass this location on Page often and NEVER see customers on the lot nor in the drivethu. Second clue was when we walked into the establishment, between the off feel and just grotesque atmosphere....whyyyyyyy neither of us made an executive decision to just walk out and go next door to Popeye's and just grab two $5 deals or something I do not know. And who knew you had to ask what 8pcs are included in the meal, because if I would have known it was ONLY legs and thighs I could have spent $11 elsewhere. Firstly, the handicap parking is near a door that is locked. So I had to go all the way around where I could've parked in the first place and then when I got inside, the guy there REFUSED to honor KFC's DIGITAL coupon because they "don't have a scanner" and suggested I go across town to a different location. The sign on the door stated can pick up inside with advance order until 9 pm. We were there around 750pm. The drive through line was super long. It took us additional 20 minute or so to go through the drive through line to pick up food. The door sign and actual hours the dining room open doesn't match. On 22 December 2025 about 1400 hrs me and my girlfriend stop to dine in KFC Page and Woodson. This is one the worst experiences I have ever had. We both order the 10 dollar meal with mash potato and we find there no spoon or forks available. Also... no white meat. The chicken was old and dry. The manager on duty was rude as well. We asked for hot food just stuck old food in old grease. We also witness other customers complaining about wait time and cold chicken. The floor was nasty and slippery. First let me start by saying superb staff warm and welcoming. I went in to pick up a door dash however while waiting my nose was assaulted by a putrid sewer smell. When I asked about it staff said they have made complaints but no resolve. To have those hard working pple in the refuse to fix that smell is crazy!!!! read more

I get so frustrated when I keep trying and trying to patronize a restaurant and it's hit or miss. I use to go here at least twice a month. Now... I just keep trying! I go and one time my meal is phenomenal and then the next I get hard, burnt chicken. I went last week and got the Spicy Macaroni bowl and it was delicious; however not the size you see on television but I even said I can live with that. On now 3 separate occasions they have been rude and the last time just flat out refused to open at the time they listed because "our cook just got here (at 10:30) and it takes 30 minutes to drop chicken. This particular Kentucky fried chicken, is the worst Kentucky fried chicken I have ever been to. This one is closest to my house, so I go there, but never again. I've given this place several opportunities for a decent meal, with no luck. The staff is rude, They're consistently out of food, and the food is horrible, barely edible. I tried to add an individual side of green beans to my order, and I was made to go back through the drive-through line a second time. The dining area is not open, and is never open. I contacted KFC, to which they offered a voucher for food, and I told them to donate it to a homeless or needy person. Looking for a meal. Don't go to this place, it's below subpar. read more

Kentucky Fried Chicken I think gets a bad rap, because they keep coming up with stupid menu items like the Double Down and the Famous Bowl a/k/a the Failure Pile; because it's employees are particularly ignorant, even by fast food standards, rivaled only by people who work at Taco Bell; and because they won't put a KFC buffet in an area with a significant black population. But never mind all that. It's the chicken that matters - and the chicken is fucking delicious. There's a reason you can hardly get out of a KFC without spending $7+. Quality costs money. KFC gives you the choice between Original Recipe or Extra Tasty Crispy, or - god forbid - Grilled, but for my money you gotta go with that Original Recipe. Otherwise, why even bother going out of your way to go to KFC (if you notice, KFC is always out of your way), when you could go to Lee's Famous Recipe, or the grocery store - or the almighty Popeyes, for that matter. IIRC they only introduced Extra Tasty Crispy in the 1980s, to compete with the ultra-tasty Lee's Famous Recipe, which tried to undercut KFC by taking any competitor's coupon. But I could be mistaken. I was a very young man at the time. At any rate, I think it was after the Colonel died. I remember seeing on A&E Biography how the Colonel was this skeevy old man who traveled from city to city down south trying to sell his patented blend of 11 herbs and spices to restaurants. Then some corporation bought it from him for [Austin Powers voice] $1 million, and turned around and almost immediately made like a billion dollars from it, thus making him look like an idiot. But then he ended up dying a few years later, so it didn't really matter. Being alive to witness the advent of Extra Tasty Crispy would have only added insult to injury. The meal I went with was the two piece, all white, with two sides and a biscuit, for seven dollars and some change. I'm actually partial to a chicken thigh, but I like to get a breast from KFC, because I'm always amazed at how big they are. (Schwing!) The one I had today was roughly the size of one of the smaller chickens you might get at the grocery store. KFC is obviously pumping them full of some shit the Russians invented to cheat in the Olympics, like in Rocky IV. In fact, I don't even want to know how the chickens at KFC get so big. I just wonder if there's any way the same technology could be applied to women. But I digress. Anyway, I lucked out today. KFC is notorious for trying to sell you the same chicken that's been sitting under a heat lamp since 10 AM, in hopes that some degenerate might want a two piece and a biscuit for breakfast. Especially if you go to the drive through, in which case you can't see what you're getting until it's too late. But this chicken I had today was obviously hot out of the grease. The inside was as moist and tender as... I'm not even gonna go there. I don't know if I just got there at the right time or what. Or who knows, maybe KFC is trying to step its game up. Sadly, something large has gone wrong at this KFC. I can only speak to the drive through experience. While polite, the drive through attendant wasn't too clear or upbeat while asking 3 times to wait till she was ready to take our order. Then after at least 10 minutes, I pull up at the window, and they couldn't tell me how much longer I'd be waiting. I am worried about getting to work late. Came here 10/2/16 4:10 pm, the chicken when I arrived home was so dark brown on the outside the grease had to be bad the chicken was absolutely saturated in grease!
