Came here to grab a quick take out. Was 2nd in line and waited for...e...v...err..... literally had someone who was training on the cashier and he took days to help the customer before me. Not his fault, but the other 3 ladies (managers and other workers?) were just going about doing whatever they were doing. No one was greeted, the line started getting long, no one helped the poor trainee (at least he seemed like he was a trainee, he had no idea what he was doing). When the food came out they pretty much pushed it towards me and looked at me. Could have told me it was my order or something...... I had to ask if that was mine... Honestly the ladies looked like they're just working, robotically.. as if none of the guest existed. Thanks..... They don't even deserve a 0 score. They are the worst serve I ever had. I walk in to order 9 little chicken and 4 sides with jalapeños. They only gave me the little chickens but not any of the sides. I had to drive all way back to get the order, but intead of receiving an appology the manager name Maria Zavala gave a very bad attitude. Her MARIA ZAVALA and the new manager to be need more training. I asked for something back because of the inconvenience but they made fun of me. I said, what about my gas and time for coming back. They offer me 10 and 5 dollars they other from their on pocket. That was an insult. The company should not allow the employees to make fun of customers. How do I Rate KFC? I'm being generous with my rating....but I can find no wrong with this location.....They've always done us Right! If I needed a coupon or heads up on a better deal, the staff would offer ideas. Rude! Bad customer service! I would name drop but I'm not going to do that. Very rude staff, staff was too busy having their own conversations and having me wait to order my food. They knew I was there because we made eye contact...And when I ask to substitute the coleslaw with another side like mash potatoes she responded back to me with an attitude.. She than explained to me that it's not for the 20$ fill up it would be the 28$ dollar plan but in a very irritated tone of voice like I was asking for a golden spoon or something. Fast service... good service... But what the heck... There are always people waiting at the door to put the fear in you for a little bit of your money..!? True story... we're leaving KFC on a Wednesday night.. I have my hands full with a soda jug... my aunt has a 14 piece and fries and sides in her hand.. and this black dude stands right at the door in our way. He's like.. "y'all have any money.. look I need money.. I'm homeless and I don't have any money.." (We can totally tell whatever he's on, he's slowly coming off it and needs more of it) We're like .. "umm....... no....... sorry" He's like.. "don't mess with me.. i need money!" And then I go.. "well if you could wait for me to put this down in the car I can see if I have any..." And he's like... Kind of wierd that the manager that works there is like the only man (besides their chef) and everyone else are young girls, fresh out of high school or still in high school... But besides this creepy-ness... The girls that do work there are very poilite. you always get a, "Hello how are you today?" and a genuine, "Thank you!" at the end of ordering your meal. They always ask for your name, double check that they have your order corrent, and always offer sauce, which is great because im a saucey kind of girl! They few times they were off on our orders they always throw in a free dessert or apologize for about 10 minutes! So i can't complain. The food is typical, greasy, original, grilled, or crispy KFC! My friend told me they have this Tuesday 2 pieces special (leg & thigh) for only $1.29 at his KFC cupertino area. So I went to this location 3288 South White Rd and asked about the 2 pieces special for $1.29 and the mexican guy (with a little bit of mustache) there yelled at me and said "WHO TOLD YOU THAT?" In the end he tried to give it to me but not (leg & thigh) only. He said it's mixed only. He was yelling again. Actually the whole time he was yelling. And at the same time these 2 ladies (including the cashier in front of me) were playing/laughing/joking with each other, instead of solving my problem. I've always visited this location and bought the 10-pieces chicken only and always received (leg and thigh) only. They never asked me if I want leg & thigh only or mixed. So I guess it's a default thing. But one day, that mexican guy is working there, and he gave me some breasts instead. I didn't even know until I came back home. And it's the same guy who was yelling at me. I SHOULD HAVE YELLED BACK AT HIM!!! If the manager reads this, please confirm that I went there on 12/13/2011 Tuesday around 2:45 PM. I don't often go to KFC but my lunch partner wanted to try it. We both of the $5 box, which consisted of 3 chicken strips, a biscuit, fries, and a soda. Since there was no one there, our order was taken quickly. Then we waited, and waited for our food. Over 5 minutes to put together a box of food. The counter guy didn't even ask us if we wanted dipping sauce so lucky for me, I remembered to ask before we left. So we get home to eat it and I'm expecting fresh and hot chicken. No! It was lukewarm and worse yet, soggy. And they were the smallest chicken strips I've had in my life. It was gross, the fries were gross, and the biscuit was fair. I'm writing this KFC off my list. I've been here plenty of times to buy dinner for my family and it usually gets crowded for that time. The line can get long and they barely have enough people to fulfill orders. I feel that it is over priced for the quality of food there. The employees are pretty average and try to shorten the line. Wow, this store is usually quite nice and quick, but tonight was a nightmare. I'll probably never come back to this location, they had no clue what was going on tonight. I ordered a pair of pot pies and 3 piece strip combo. Someone who orders after me gets their pot-pie (after complaining it took 15 minutes for 2 items), they then tell me it'll be a few minutes to warm mine. Total of 40 minutes later, my food is ready. When I call them out, manager offers me a free side, which is nice I guess since nobody else that complained got anything and there were a few, LOL. read more

Most of the time, the service was really good but I have to say this time really made me angry. First of all, I have to give it to the female employees (I was served by them the last couple of times) but the male employees are the absolute worst. The guy taking my order didn't even say anything when it was our turn to order and just kept looking down until we had to come over and ask if he's ready for us. Then came the order, we ordered 6 chicken littles and they only gave us 5. I came up and gave the Asian guy (I'm sure he's Asian since we look similar) the receipt and the five sandwiches and he asked me "Can I see the receipt?" I like this KFC. I always receive good service from the people on cash register and the food comes out quick! It's newly renovated and is poppin!! You'll actually see people dining in at this KFC. My family usually orders the extra crispy chicken 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and biscuits. We also get the hot wings every once in a while. Those are probably my favorite. I really like the potato wedges here too even though they can be overly salty at times. I forgive them because it is a fast food chain. read more

Why am I reviewing a fast food chain restaurant? Because this one has truly great customer service. My mom loves fried chicken and asked me to pick some up for her tonight. I was really surprised to be greeted really warmly by the friendly girl at the register and even more surprised when she asked for my name to call out my order instead of giving me a number. My order came out really quickly and I didn't have to ask for hot sauce because the girl that prepared it asked me first! Woohoo! read more

To be honest this KFC isn't really up to par with the other KFC's in the area. The people working here don't look very happy but are efficient in what they do which I guess is what matters the most. Sometimes there is a wait for the chicken to come out but when you do get the chicken it's kind of a random luck of the draw. On some occasions I've had chicken that has been over fried to the extent that it was like eating salt and other occasions the chicken sometimes tasted a little old. The chicken pot pies here however are pretty good and are almost always consistently tasty. It doesn't get very crowded here either except close to dinner time, but there are better places out there for chicken. read more
