Newly remodeled, but it still doesn't look or feel clean. The people who work here are rude with bad customer service. I don't like coming here and I don't often get KFC, but it's closest to my house. The chicken is typical of KFC chicken. read more

can I give 0 stars? Food is okay but one thing I noticed that convinced me to never eat here again; one of the managers (a lady) puts food back in the heating area when a customer returns it. I watched it done twice. First to myself after I handled the food (I asked for crispy and got original chicken) and then with a customer who left the restaurant and came back after about 15 minutes. The lady put the food back in the warming area twice in when she thought no one was looking. I will never eat here again. this place is so inconsistent when it comes to changing sides instead of what the meal come with. since this is the only kfc in evergreen, this is the only place i go when i buy kfc for dinner. the manager today cecelia hernandez does not allow any change to the side orders. i told her that each time i buy the $20 fill up meal, i request to change the side orders since my kids does not eat them. she keeps saying that this store and the staff does not allow any change. i told her that is a lie, because i did it in the past by other cashiers and managers. i don't recommend this store. read more

This KFC has wonderful customer service! All of the employees are so nice and always so helpful! :) They always pack my food really quick and always greet me when I first enter. Ive been to three or four different kfcs and this one is the worse! They ran out of crispy chicken, plates, AND hot sauce. Also, there were eight people working and out of the eight employees, four of them were chatting and laughing the the front! They could at least try to find more plates or make more crispy chicken!!! It was no surprise they only two customers when I was there. Lastly, when I received the ORIGINAL chicken, most of the skin fell off! read more

i dont really eat fast food that much.but my dad made me pick up some chicken for him today. we usually used to go to the kfc on king road because we used to live on that side.but since we moved we have been going to this location. i havent been to this kfc in years! because my parents usually pick the chicken up. to my surprise, they had great customer service here. i felt very welcomed. it wasnt your typical fast food joint where the person who is helping you wears that expression to let the customers know that they hate their job ( you all have seen it before lol). they enjoyed working there, which is pretty cool. i mean you gotta make most with what you have nowadays. i give an A for service! oh yeah, the mac and cheese here is yummy =P read more

Got food poisoning at this location on 1/21/16. We reported it to the Heath department and are awaiting a response from them. Warring, do not eat here unless you want horrible food poisoning. The employees are doing something wrong and this needs to be looked into. read more

Went in last night about five minutes before closing and I understand how that could be annoying as I work in a store where it happens everyday. But still I walked in as a few customers were leaving with their to-go bags and I immediately was told they were out of chicken??!! How does that even happen at a kfc? I don't go to KFC much but let me tell you something, today was by far the most horrible service I could of ever received at a fast food restaurant. The young lady by the name Denise was great at the register even told us how to get free go cups. The manager was horrible we came in at 9:30pm keep in mind they close at 10. We got to the register and Denise was helping us out when the manager told her in Spanish to offer us only what they had ready (she didn't know I spoke Spanish as well). So I just pretended like I didn't just hear that and ordered a couple go-cups for my buddy and I . We asked Denise it was for a dine in and when we were received our food by the manager she put it in a bag to go and said bye. I kindly asked her for sauce and she said she would come back and never came out Denise was right on it. 5 mins passed by and we're eating our food at 9:45 and she comes back and forth asking if there's any customers left. She looks at with a mean mugging face I was just so uncomfortable eating I didn't even finish my food. I completely understand you guys close at 10 and want to leave but that's not the the thing to do especially the store manager doing it's just ridiculous!! The only thing this kfc is missing is a drive-thru but I think it works for them because this is probably one of the nicer kfc's I've been to. It's pretty clean and spacious and the only kfc I've actually dined-in at. I too am sad they no longer sell cornbread but still happy with the yummy biscuits. I know it's sort of weird but I like to order a whole bunch and eat them out of a bowl with a fork. I'm also a big fan of their honey bbq wings, chicken potpie, and loove the CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE! Mmm moist and sweet chocolate bundt cake with vanilla icing. Although it's family-sized and very junky this is something my inner fatty doesn't like to share. Good stuff here. read more

Look, with all fast food joints you know what you get and KFC is no different. However, what really makes this particular one stand out was the great customer service I had with an employee named Dionne. He is a really cool dude, who was super polite and really patient even when I wasn't being the most gracious customer(I was on the phone while trying to order). And despite the fact that I was talking his ear off about some miscellaneous jibberish he still managed to not only get my food out properly but reiterated every item to make sure I got what I ordered. On top of that, he kept his area neat and clean as he was on register. Great work, Dionne! Hopefully, I spelled that right. Haha read more

I wouldn't usually write a review for KFC because it is such a huge chain, but this particular one has amazing service. My husband and I came in about 5 minutes before they were going to close, but the staff working there didn't even sigh once or even look at the clock. Each person was willing to help one another to get the order together. Usually when you order and someone is in a hurry, they try to rush you. But here, they took their time with helping us in our order process, even though I was so confused and kept changing it (not on purpose). I'm glad that we have this one nearby! read more
