I love KFC but out of the dozen times I have been to this one, only one thing is consistent. I NEVER get what I order. Every single time we have been here, we order, pay, then get our food only to have to turn around and come back to get what is missing. I hate the people who get food in the drive thru and then sit there looking through the bag but now, I am that person. Not one time has my order actually been right at this location. I seriously wonder if the people that work the drive-thru at this location can actually read. That seems to be the only explanation. I understand mistakes happen once or twice, maybe three or four times, but to have the same problem every single time is just sad. read more

DISGUSTING!!! Went through the drive thru for fried chicken (crispy), food came out fast. I told my husband to pull over to the side to check the chicken because it's always been a hit or miss with this location..unfortunately another MISS. Chicken was not fresh. STALE. Just plain ol'nasty. My husband went in to get fresh chicken and told the cashier how stale it was and she stated they DO NOT CHANGE THEIR OIL FOR 5 DAYS!!! I walked in and passed the cashier as he was on his way to take out some trash. The counter was empty for at least 5 minutes as the line grew. The server came to the counter twice without acknowledging the waiting customers. On her third trip I asked if anyone was covering the counter? She stated there was and started looking for the guy emptying the trash. He returned and went right back to work without washing his hands. Went through the drive tonight- when we got home our food was cold- really cold. I'm sure it was sitting out for an hour before it even got to us. It tasted terrible- we will never be back. We ordered a pot pie that was missing its inter crust, perhaps that is just the way KFC is now making their pot pies, if so it is no less disappointing. 1 star is too much for this place. Garbage, garbage, garbage. First of all, when I walked in, I (yes me) greeted the lady and she just gave me a blank look (rude) anyways the main problem is the chicken that is served cold, and not even crispy. Biscuits are not even cooked all the way (really doughy) and it's so uncooked that it sticks to the roof of your mouth. Buy at your own risk! Almost every time I have been through the drive-thru I come home to find my order missing something. Today it was Mac n Cheese, my children's favorite. The last 4 times it was my husband's wings. The ONLY time my order was correct was when I went into the restaurant itself but I waited over 30 minutes for it. The food is alright and still hot when I get home but I'm sick and tired of paying for something and receiving nothing. Worst experience ever. Ordered through drive thru. Waited 15 minutes in line, paid at the window (another 5 minutes), told us food wasn't ready, drive around and park in front it will be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, no food, went in, they were surprised no one had brought our food out to us, asked to see our receipt. Recooked food, told us sorry, but we through in some cookies as an apology. Uh, no, 1 cookie. And not worth the 30 minutes we waited for at best horrible food anyway (only went because our sick son wanted mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Will NEVER be back. Love KFC, but not at this location. First off, the guy at the drive through menu couldn't get the order right. Got to the window and we sat...and sat. Finally we get the bag of food. No drinks though. Reminded 16 year old tony hawk hair guy that I had a diet soda and a sprite. Got the drinks , sat in the parking lot to eat and tasted the sprite. All carbonation. Ok, no biggie. It happens. Tasted the diet and survey says!?!? Yea, not diet. There was exactly 4 seconds between when I reminded tony hawk hair about my diet and him making the drink. Who gets that wrong? When I first registered with Yelp I did not have any intentions on leaving bad reviews, instead I wanted to share with everyone some of my favorite places. Unfortunately last night I had one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. My family and I decided to have KFC, because of the grilled chicken they have, something different than what we usually have. When we got home we noticed they did not give us our order through the drive through, it was someone else's but by that time we were hungry and didn't feel like driving all the way back to KFC so we decided to take a chance, boy was that a mistake. The order had a bucket filled with extra crispy chicken, when we bit into it there was very little chicken, but plenty of grease and whatever they coat the chicken with, excessive even by KFC standards. Our experience with KFC has been on a rapid and steady decline.... Tonight our "mashed potatoes" had a nice giant black glob on it -which I hoped could be a clump of gravy to feel better about it, but nontheless, we did not chance getting sick and did not eat it. On prior visits the mashed potatoes -excuse me - mashed potatoe powder- was apparently not mixed right and we got a container of half "potatoe" half white powder. On mutliple occasions our macaroni has smelled sour and tasted rotten and was brown in color. Needless to say, we could not eat that as well. The chicken is usually okay, but this time it was undercooked and bloody. This is the last time we will ever eat here. Loss of money is one thing and an issue, but I question the staff and the hygiene and lack of care of the staff and company to serve food like this time and time again. read more

Ok for me to give a review that is anything less than 3 stars tells you everything! I can't comment on service because my dad brought this home. They are elderly so cooking wasn't an option nor was going out on this late visit. I have to say this was the worst tasting food I have ever had. The gravy tasted like chemicals! Wth? The mashed potatoes, we're gross too. I love their coleslaw but there was no way I could eat more this time around. Everything tasted like some weird chemical. Is something wrong with the water here? Holy cow this was horrid and I can only hope I will never be subjected to it again and I generally like KFC even though I rarely eat fast food. Maybe my palette is cleaner than the average because I don't eat junk food/fast food often. I don't know... For all of the negative reviews, someone should start to wonder what is going on! Terrible staff and terrible management. The place is very dirty including the bathrooms that have a sign that says the bathrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes. I got my food and there was items missing well it took them 10 minutes to get the rest of my food. By then my food that I areas had was cold. Staff have real bad attitude and they act like they are so busy yet doing nothing! So, as I sat down to eat cold food other people's orders were being messed up and I don't mean 1 or 2 I mean everyone who was ordering food. From the drive thru and walk ins. Don't come here. What awful service, no wonder the place was almost empty during the evening rush hour! We went to get some chicken last Wed., Oct 23, at around 6:15pm. We were serviced by someone named "Jeanette." She seemed to not have a clue about basic customer service. I had to repeat my order to her at least two times because her listening skills were so poor. I observed that she had the same problem with the folks before us. She gave us our receipt and noted our order number (at least she did that right), then we went off to get our beverages. A minute or so later, while our backs were turned, we could hear her calling out, "Hey, your order is ready." I was thinking, who is she talking to?" Turned out it was us. I guess that numbering system didn't apply. Meanwhile her other young workmate was having trouble explaining to the folks that were ahead of us that their order was going to take a bit longer to finish. Instead, he asked them, "Do you want a drink?" They looked confused, thinking that he wanted to sell them a drink. Like them, I couldn't tell if he was offering them a "free" drink because of the inconvenience, or what? To add insult to injury, when I got our "to go" orders home, I noticed that we were charged additionally for our beverages. This used to be included in the price of our meals. $16.50 for a 3-piece, and a 2-piece meal, with awful service to boot. Outrageous! I used to come to this place on a regular basis, but the last few times I've been here I've had a poor experience. The manager of this KFC needs to address this problem immediately, or this place will be out of business soon. What a shame. read more

I don't really expect anything too high for a fast food restaurant, but "nice" customer service really isn't difficult. We visited with a family member from out of state so went inside so that we could look at the menu. The place was entirely empty. As we're glancing at the menu the girl behind the counter (Sandi, I believe) kept coming up and made it very obvious that she was waiting. I apologized and told her we would be just a minute. She then ROLLS HER EYES and walks off!! Hold on... how am I giving better customer service than you are to the CUSTOMER?! We wanted some fish from the other menu and she was very prompt to tell us that they stopped selling fish at 9 (it was about 8:55, but fair enough). Another lady who was doing the cooking told her that it was fine she could do it, and Sandi honestly stood there for about 2 minutes just staring at the lady who kept telling her "I will cook it.. it's fine" as though she really didn't want her to do it. Erm, pretty sure she just told you it was fine? Seriously, get another job if you don't want to work there. Food was okay.
