The garlic sauce and hot sauce and you must use it. I swear it makes a huge difference. Also like any dumplings you must consume it right away. The restaurant was clean and open so even if it's casual it's a good place to eat with family/ friends. Since this is a a known Taiwanese franchise, all the other customers were Asian so that tells you it's legit! I'll definitely order again for lunch. The options seem similar to Chubby Dumpling and Tigawok. I ordered the #4 Combo, with the Signature Dumplings and the Signature Noodles. Both dishes were good. The Signature Noodles were nicely done and had some good flavor, I just wish that there was a protein option to add to it. The Signature Dumplings were fine. I've also tried the Spicy Wontons, which were small but tasty. The big sell here is the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, for $17.95. This is the only dish that's served in a big ceramic bowl, and not a to-go container. It also comes with a proper Ramen soup spoon. This is a meal on it's own. Filled with broth, noodles, chunks of tender, but fatty beef, daikon radishes and bok choy. The dish is good for the price, but the broth was a bit underwhelming for my taste. Fortunately, they have plenty of condiments to add more spice and heat. Over all, Bafang Dumpling was better than expected.

My all time favorite is definitely the Spicy Chicken but I will eat anything here. The breading on the chicken is so light, yet crispy, yet covered in sauce...I'm not sure how they accomplish that. Everything has always been cooked to perfection, seasoned beautifully, plated nicely, and fresh. Service is always very friendly (sometimes a hair slow but only because there's usually only one server and the place is packed). Food comes out fairly quickly once you order and it's super fun to be able to watch them cook due to the giant glass wall in the kitchen. Place is always clean, has great lighting (you can actually see your plates), and the lot in back makes for fairly easy parking. We've been here twice close to closing and to watch them clean makes me know they take sanitation VERY seriously.

I wasn't sure that I would like the cucumber sunumono because it's full of carrots, but one bite and I couldn't stop. The cucumber and carrots taste very fresh and cooling and whatever it is they're soaked in, it's perfect. I don't like carrots, but I ate the whole thing they tasted amazing. I commend this establishment for standing the test of time. This plaza has had quite a bit of turnover. And let's not forget COVID. And here they still are.
