The closest sushi spot I'd compare it to is Sushi Kisen (for sushi deluxe set not Omakase), and I'd say they're pretty on par in terms of quality. Omakase: Since there aren't many places offering omakase in the immediate area, this is a great option if you want to treat someone for a special occasion without having to venture far. I really liked the diversity of the menu and that the experience wasn't limited to just nigiri. Overall, a really solid neighborhood sushi spot that I've enjoyed enough to keep coming back considering if you don't want to drive far into LA for omakase.

Chicken was average. The whole order did not satisfy. We also got an Amazing Lemonade and Thai iced tea. The lemonade was a very refreshing drink, and the Thai tea is just like all other places. Lesson learned is that it's called Mikomi Sushi, so definitely stick with the sushi if you dine here.
