It was cheesy and had an excellent flavor that made it one of my favorite sausage offerings to date. For the sides, the carrot soufflé was a highlight. But there was plenty of onions and pickles so no big deal but they don't close until 9pm so you would think they would clean and stock/prep for the 5-9 rush but maybe they are slow on Sunday after 5pm so they don't restock that late in the day.
