The food, service, and ambiance was great. A place you'd actually want to hang out and not just grab a cup of coffee.

Second time visiting. Tried their sea salt caramel de leche latte this time half sweet. It is a little bland (hard to taste the espresso) but I'd still love to try other coffees. I tried the Texican panini last time I went which was 4/10. Too juicy, yet no flavor. I tried their kpop Cuban this time, but unlike their description, there's no kimchi--only American pickles. The worse part is I think they used some sort of wasabi mayo that's very potent, it hurt my nose every time I tried eating it, I genuinely couldn't finish the panini. I feel like if they eased off on that, it would be much better. I'd still like to go back to try other things from the menu because I see the hype on social media but I personally haven't experienced that yet. read more

The music is so loud you can't hear and the coffee tastes like it's old. Only sugar free option they have is vanilla.

SO GOOD! Such creative coffee and matcha options on the menu and all of what we tried tasted amazing. The S.O.B might be my new favorite breakfast sandwich in Dallas. It was literally amazing. They use Shugs bagels but it tasted way better than any sandwich i've had from Shugs. Some reviews complain about the higher prices but i think you're definitely getting your moneys worth. read more

This place is pretty awesome. Their breakfast burrito is to die for. Paninis are also very good. Pistachio Latte was kick ass. Hard to believe the owner/chef is from New York area. It is a very small space with limited seating, but I hear they're going to be opening a bigger place. And for those who haven't seen the movie, Killer Joe, you're missing Matthew McConaughey's best work with a chicken wing. read more

Everything they make is amazing! My husband and I live within walking distance and have been frequent customers & Killer Joe can do no wrong! Personal favorites are the cucumber mint lemonade, blueberry muffin, avo toast & penthouse grilled cheese. They also have catering options, and we have ordered a couple times! Always a crowd pleaser. This place was right next to our gym so stopped by after a workout. The baristas were super friendly and gave us some good recommendations. We got the Sea salt caramel de leche latte and it is super good, definitely on the sweeter side. Seating area was a bit small so would just come for a grab and go coffee. Food was great loved there bagels and coffee, the coffee shop was small but cozy the service was fast and quick.

Saw so many post online about how this place was great. Sadly it was the biggest let down I've had in a long time. I got 3 different drinks, all were terrible. One was a seasonal drink and two were off their regular menu. They lacked ice, and on a hot day my drinks basically were room temperatures. They had a dj, which was cool but how do they expect people to drink and talk to people when the music is blasting. It's a small space so idk why they think blasting music was a good idea. I enjoy matcha so paying $23 ish bucks for drinks that I had to throw away was sad. Service was not bad but nothing crazy. I would not recommend wasting your money here read more

White couple that looked like they live off daddy's trust fund cut in front of the entire long line on a busy Sunday morning. I was shocked. They wouldn't look me in the eye and when I asked if they had gotten in line, dude said, "Yeah we're ordering now." I told the cashier and was met with an, "I'm sorry ma'am." Zero accountability. Crappy coffee on top of that, and I'm not saying that to be petty. Disappointing experience overall. Do better. So glad I decided to try this place when driving by! Their menu has a great selection of coffees (hot and cold), breakfast items, pastries, beverages, and lunch items as well. I tried the sea salt caramel de leche iced espresso and the egg muffin. The coffee was rich, smooth. The egg muffin was delicious too: perfectly seasoned, not bland. They also have seating inside. It's a dice roll if there will be indoor seating available, but go regardless. The food is inventive and comfort at the same time. The staff kind and excited to share the menu with you. Can't say enough about this spot, so good! Their coffee is great, the lattes are delish and taste like coffee not just sweet syrups. We've had their turkey melt the sausage breakfast sandwich and the flavors are explosive w different layers of flavors not just a simple breakfast sandwich. It's a drive for us to go but worth it . I ordered an iced oat milk strawberry matcha latte and it was so insanely sweet. I was hoping for a mild, herbaceous and creamy matcha, instead this matcha bev was dark, watery, grainy, sugary and had chunks of dark green matcha that weren't whisked fully at the bottom of the cup. A little disappointing for a small 9$ drink, including tax, not including the tip. As someone who worked in the specialty coffee industry for 10+ years I have to say, these prices are a bit much for what is either low quality ingredients or low quality training. Merit Coffee has a strawberry matcha that is mildly sweet and super creamy for the same price so I'm curious what the difference is in training and ingredient quality. Still, I'm leaving 3 stars because I love that this shop is in an area that could use an local economic boost from locally owned businesses! High hopes for this place if they can sharpen their sword! read more
