Not a good massage. Not professional at all. One girl started with me, then they Switched girls making up some stupid lie. Ended up with an old fat one. Both girls had their phones ringing, a total of 4x, they talked fur line 30 seconds each time, annoying! There was no rhythmic or steady process from headed to toe, just random with no real process. Also, constant interruptions from other girls so I couldn't even enjoy a peaceful massage. Spent 1 hr for $80. Definitely not worth it. Definitely not going back, ever. read more

Great place, not sure why it has bad reviews... Nvm second massage was not nearly as good as the first. Maybe this therapist needs more training. Not into the back & neck cracking; and the worst part was having Vu ask me for her tip. She told me that I needed to give her $30-40 as a tip because that's what others do. When I gave her $15 she got upset and said that i should at least do $20. I have NEVER had someone tell me what I should tip them, instead they've been gracious and respectful. $70 for an hour massage. The massage itself was ok but my problem is that my masseuse kept singing the entire time and left me a couple of times. The singing was so annoying that I couldn't relax and enjoy the massage. I also noticed that there was a peep hole in the door, which was kinda creepy. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Honestly I give the Body Massage an 6-10 because I could tell the misuse didn't do a really good job, Ya it was relaxing but it wasn't That great. I had better ones, When I was done I give the lady $5 and then the girl goes "Oh Um do you have $20? Because that's how much they Tip me it's from $20,60,70...." I came with my mom and did a couples massage since it was the same price as an hour massage. The price seems fair. We went to Tully Foot Massage before but I guess it's closed now so we ended up here and enjoyed it! They're definitely very detailed and didn't forget anything! I had Kelly and she was incredible! About the tip: I agree with the reviews that they don't let you finish getting dressed before they come back. We talked for a minute and before we left they stood by the door for their tip. I had cash in the car so I went to get it but they really keep an eye out to make sure you don't leave without giving them a tip. I've been to other massage places that are like this (Spa City) and turns out it's totally normal. Those ladies work really hard and did an amazing job. I don't know how they get paid or how much they end up taking home but they DESERVE a tip for how hard they work. They offer massages from thirty minutes up to two hours and provide service for the whole duration. I agree with the review from Stephanie. I often go to lucky feet but since they were closed, I ended up here. The lady was asking for the tip even before I can dress up. Same as the opinion of the other person who reviewed. I've never experienced that before. I gave her all the cash left in my wallet which was only about $15 since their atm did not dispense cash when I tried. She said she needed more. She was asking for more. I am a regular customer of Tully ft massage, once unfortunately I found them closed and I was too tired and went into this fucking place. They charge 1st as they know that normally how people react after their service. The lady don't know even abc of massage, I paid for one hour and lady finished in 35 minutes. I asked her that time is not over, she started arguing and rushed to my clothes, bring them to me and said " you looks unhappy so give my tip now then I'll keep continue. I left them right away. Kenzie gives a great massage. If you tell her a problem area she goes right to work on it. She is very professional, and she has some nursing education that makes her a better therapist. The woman clearly had no training or certification in massage therapy. Also, you can hear entire conversations coming from the restaurant next door. To add insult, they charge a premium for all his. This is my default spa when I want a relaxing, good massage. The place is clean and quiet. I've enjoyed the massage from all but 1 masseuse, and I think it was her first day. I've had deep tissue, and more relaxing massages, and they all have been pretty good. They all speak English well (not a given) and adjust the massage as I ask. I've never had any bad experiences, although 1 disappointing massage. They did up the price recently, but for the ambiance and peacefulness, it's a fair price. They also have a shower, which is nice if I want to stop by after a day of work, and clean up before hand. read more

I've been to massage therapists who charge from $80 to $100 an hour and they are amazing! They can work out all of the knots in my back and don't need much direction. Kim Anh Spa doesn't charge $80 an hour so I don't expect the same type of massage. I gave Kim Anh Spa 5 stars because every time I go I know I'm going to get a relaxing massage and NOT get asked if I want extras. They do a decent job getting out minor knots but I occasionally have to give a little direction on where my knots are so they will spend a little more time on them. Yes, I could hear voices/noises coming from next door but for me, it didn't disrupt the massage. They were very muffled and again, I'm willing to accept it for that price. If I had to pay $80, maybe I would give the place 3 stars. read more

I came here several times and I can say that this is my favorite spa. I dont understand why there are some bad reviews for this spa but i had good experience here as always. The spa is clean, the music is relaxable and the massage therapists are professional. Not like many massage places that expect men only, men and women are welcomed the same way here. This is a worst massage place ever. My massage lady is suck and don't know how to massage at all. She just rubbed around my back 15 minutes and asked me to turn around. This is a legit massage spa and that is what I was looking for. I had extreme lower back pain and I asked her for a hard massage. She was very good at the massage. I had one full hour and the price of 45 was good. She never was a clock watcher. I had a good massage, feeling excellent, and the spa was clean and not shady looking like some of the others in that area. WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS!!! This is my second time here. After the massage (not that great), the lady ask if I wanted to try the Sauna (as they did the first time i was here). I said sure since it didn't try it last time, why not? Plus it was 'FREE'. Well,... she took me to the lockers, i left all by belongs in there while went to the Sauna. Afterwards, I took a quick shower and left. When I got home, I realize money was missing from my wallet (I'm sure, as I counted before headed to the massage). I called the place - not sure if it was the manager or front desk that picked up. Informed her the incident and she went on and saying 'we have a lot of customers, blah blah we don't know who have taken it' BS!. Anyways, word of caution, stay away from this place. I'd been coming to this place a few times. it was used to be Black Tiger or something like that. It's an average place with hit or miss between legit and non-legit.. Owner is Vietnamese, I think her name is Kim or something. On one day, I was in the room with my masseuse, and Kim started yelling at my masseuse from the hallway, just because she was 5 minutes over the allotted time. I was totally surprised as I understood the language as words were very harsh and abusive, from a boss to an employee. My masseuse was all shaking and started to cry. I told Kim she needs to cool-off, then she started raising her voice and eventually yelling at me too. I bailed out of there as fast as I could, would never come back. I told my buddies, and they confirmed the owner has pretty bad attitude.. Don't waste your time or $ here if you want to have a nice enjoying time..There are so many other places out there on the same strip or nearby.. read more
