After the meal the server offered a free bottle of wine for 5 good Google reviews or 2 bottles for 10 reviews which many at the table did. NONE of this would have stopped me from going back. It's Florida and AC goes out but why lie? I then received the check and 20% extra was added for a large group. Normal. I even tipped the waiter an extra 20%. This morning at 10am I received a call from Alex the owner who said we are persona non grata in other words we are not welcome there again. When I asked why he said because we asked for a new table and asked about the charge for the cake and complained about the AC. This is how you treat LONG TERM customers in today's economy? We've been loyal for more than 10years. My recommendation is to NEVER eat here. If they don't value a customer of 10 years they will never value a new one. Our request were simple.
