The service was fantastic from start to finish. We had the chance to chat with Julian himself along with a couple other staff members, and everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The stars of the meal were definitely the breakfast wrap and the bacon, egg & cheese croissant. The breakfast wrap had the perfect balance of scrambled eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Everything worked together without any one ingredient overpowering the others, and the salsa on the side was a great addition. Honestly, it's one of the best breakfast burritos/wraps I've had. And the croissant... wow. It was absolutely delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the croissant was light, flaky, and buttery, and every bite was packed with flavor. The Nutella crepe was also very good. The crepe itself was perfectly made, though there was a little more Nutella than I personally prefer. Next time I'll probably ask for less, but that's purely a matter of taste. The avocado toast was the only item that didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was good, but the honey flavor dominated the dish and drowned out some of the other ingredients. I'd love to taste a little more balance there. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made for a great breakfast. We'll definitely be back, and I'll be dreaming about that croissant until then.

If you're bold enough to ask staff about the status of your order, they are rude and basically tell you to deal with the delay. On one of our last visits, they messed up my drink and when I told them, they didn't trust that I was telling the truth. They insisted I find the order number so they could confirm I was telling the truth and that "they didn't undercharge me for the drink". Real nice. If you're in this part of town, I'd skip this place and go a couple doors down to the Coffee Republic instead.

I love this place. No matter how many ice cream shops we try anywhere we go but we always end up coming back here. You know we're loyal to this place. It's not only the flavors, the vibe, customer service and most importantly it's not expensive. I will secretly say, it's the amazing gelato. And my kids love sampling their flavors each time. We noticed the mango and they said the mango paired well with their sticky rice. I had to pause. Sticky rice gelato?? I was definitely sold! So obviously we had to get the mango sorbet and sticky rice. We also got the mango and lemon meringue. Each cup came with a mini cone or a wafer and we picked a cone. The sticky rice and mango sorbet were like heaven. Literally heaven. I'm never in Folsom but I will need to come back for this flavor. The idea of making sticky rice into gelato was genius but then combining with mango was just next level. I will be dreaming of this flavor. We were enjoying it so much I never got to take pictures. That's when I know something is good. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were lots of regulars coming in and out. The store is also adorably decorated and clean. There's a good amount of seating inside. Again if we lived near by we would be here all the time!

The pork shu mai really blew me away with their flavor and generous size. I grabbed some cookies to go and they were fantastic. Although, I didn't check the time and saw that they were closing at six so I called around 545 and asked if they're able to stay in later so I can pay for my drink and I can order on the phone and the person on the phone with me said ' yeah I can stay back till 6:15' . AsI rushed over here, my time went up due to traffic and I let her know that and she said that 'as long as I get in before 6:20 it's gonna be ok' thankfully I got here at 6:18 and as soon as I got in, she handed me my drink, and as I paid for it, she offered me a custard on the house, and I happily took the custard. I told her that I was going to see a movie and that I needed something to drink before I saw the movie and she understood and listen to me as I was talking. Definitely would recommend going here! People are very accommodating to a situation, and like I said, they never disappointed with their drinks and I can't wait to try custard pastry!

I appreciated that they have latosse options. In addition to the sweet drinks and treats, they also have savory options. The vibe was great. Staff was also helpful with the menu. They seemed sweet and friendly too. If you read the bad reviews, I'd keep in mind that they're 3+ years old. Everyone has different experiences and for me, it was great. The only problem will be is not to come too much. There's so much to try.

I was really undecided on what I wanted and Brian recommended the Kiwi Basil fruit tea and it was really good. Definitely a spot I'd recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying drink and a great little dessert to go with it.
