It's a buffet..I'd argue the best buffet around! Not sure why the the poor reviews. The crab legs…read moreare always delicious and the prime rib is a major home run. Their fried chicken is seasoned and fried perfectly. Desserts are tasty. All around huge selection...they have something for everyone. Service is always great and the restaurant is clean! We really enjoyed our dinner this evening.

This buffet is located within Choctaw Casino & Resort which is easily accessible off I-69. There…read moreare signs at the buffet entrance with pricing information and another sign indicating a line for casino members (who can get a discount) and a line for regular guests. I was honestly concerned about trying this place out and skeptical about the quality of food that would be served after reading some of the existing reviews. Unfortunately I feel similarly about what many have already said. They take payment at the entrance and then take you to your table. The server brings and refills your soft drinks/tea/coffee (which are included in the price of the meal), and you grab a new plate each time you want to take a trip up to the buffet area like usual. The restaurant was definitely not occupied by many guests at all and it was during peak lunch hours. The atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about, and in fact a little dark and dim, making it somewhat sad. The buffet area is split into several different stations including salads and cold food items, soup, Asian, Italian, American, BBQ and meats, noodles, and dessert. Most of the areas were manned by an employee who would take your plate and fill it with whatever item you want. This is not a buffet where you help and serve yourself. While there is a decent variety of food offered, the quality of the items were very subpar, reminding me of buffet chains back in the day. The BBQ meats were dry and tough to chew through. The fried fish was overdone and barely flaky. The soups were bland and watery. Grilled and steamed vegetable items were undercooked and not very flavorful. You get the idea. The most memorable items I fairly enjoyed on my plate were mashed potatoes with gravy and fried tofu strips. Oh, and I noticed there were a lot of tiny mosquitos flying around The, especially hovering over the salad area. The dessert bar appeared to have a few sugar-free items good for those who have to be cautious or prefer a zero sugar option, and the regular desserts were A-OK. Cake slices were plated individually, ice cream sundaes are made to order, and cookies are put out so you can take it yourself. The sundae was actually pretty good and I was able to top it off with a few of my favorite things. The service was alright and our server kept our drinks filled and took dirty plates off the table in no time. The gratuity has already been paid with the meal upon entrance, so unless you want to tip more you can. All in all, it is not worth time or money unless you plan to stay at the casino to play for a long time and need something to keep your hunger pangs away, or if you're a member who has earned a free meal.

However, gas mask are not my thing, so the oduor of death and sewer are enough to knock a grown man onto his behind disgusted me to my core. On the subject of hygiene, the bathrooms are horrid as well. There was a mess of toilet paper everywhere, and the sick looked more hazardous to touch then not washing my hands. I was more than happy that I had brought my hand sanitizer that day. Now to the food. The food is the worst thing I have ever tasted. my eggroll was rotten on the inside. The crab legs were all around horrible. All the food was cold the highest temperature the food reached was room temperature. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Only the store-bought ice cream and cakes were the best and even then, they tasted a day away from stale. Also, the customer service was 0 and they were super rude to my family. My mother and grandmother tried to tell the server that the food wasn't good and wasn't warm. The server then caught an attitude and tried to argue with them saying there was so much of the plates that it looks like it was good, which my mother responded to her by saying the reason the plates were so full was because we took one bite of the nasty food and had to go try and find anything edible, in which we didn't. So, I'm going to end this asking for either Gorden Ramsey himself to save this place, or for no one to eat there for their safety. Especially sense the bill was $19.99 per person. Thank you.

Restaurant is barely even clean, i was nervous to eat some of the food because of how indecent it looked. Turned out I was right, we both got extremely sick after eating here. Food poisoning is not fun, so I wouldn't recommend eating here. I know i will never be going back.

Unfortunately, our visit became very embarrassing due to how my wife was treated by staff. After being seated, we waited several minutes before our drink order was taken. During dinner, I briefly left for the gaming floor while my wife stayed behind to finish eating. A few minutes later, my wife called me upset because staff members were accusing her of not paying for her meal. When I returned, there were several employees surrounding my wife in front of the entire dining room. The hostess stated she did not recognize me, and the waiter, who had already served us multiple times, initially failed to remember us as well. My wife attempted to show proof of payment on her phone, but it would not load due to network issues. The waiter had also already removed the receipt from our table. After I reminded the waiter of our drink order and details from our service, he finally remembered us and confirmed we had paid. By that point, however, my wife had already been publicly embarrassed while numerous guests watched the situation unfold. We understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. We hope this matter is addressed so future guests are not treated similarly.
