Third time ordering from here and won't be giving them a 4th chance. The first time they completely forgot one of the meals. I called and they said they would bring it back and never did. Didn't refund us either. Second time they forgot our egg rolls. Third time they brought Kung Po chicken instead of General Tso and refused to acknowledge and they also forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken. I've tried a few different dishes from here. The sweet and sour chicken was kinda like rubber. Basically my kids wouldn't eat it. I have had the general tsaos chicken at lunch and dinner and I can not recommend it. I've had the sesame chicken at lunch and dinner. At lunch its on point, but dinner time isn't so good. When this restaurant is on point the food is good, but they seem to have more off days than they do good days. This was the worst I have had. I ordered a quart of shrimp fried rice cooked dark (with soy sauce) I repeated the order 3 times and the guy said "OK" just for me to get home and open up the box to some yellow, unseasoned, bland, disgusting old looking and tasting rice. If I wanted yellow rice with no taste I could've put some rice in the pot dropped in some tasteless shrimp and yellow food coloring at home! At least the General Tsao chicken was good. read more

The last order, I called up and canceled the order after an hour and 1-0 minutes and asked for a refund credited to my card. This is one of the more popular Chinese options in my neighborhood because most of the others do not deliver. Tonight I order 1 qt of chicken chow mein and 2 pints of rice. After inspecting I noticed that the chow mein seemed somewhat small. The container is stamped with the amount it holds which is 2 cups (1/2 qt) . I called and explained that they must have forgotten a container... I was then told by the manager that she was taught that what I had was considered a qt but if I came up there she would fix the situation. When I arrived the cook told me he would not make anymore unless I paid. I then was greeted by the owner who spoke very little English he then explained through an interpreter that I was in the wrong but he was sorry for the confusion. After attempting to explain simple math to all but one of the employees and getting absolutely no where. I decided to head back home with the small amount of sanity I had left. The moral of the story here.... Expect to pay full price and only receive half the amount of food you paid for. Very decieving and everyone who speaks english already knows it. read more

I just came from a meeting in Summerville and while heading home I saw this restaurant which had a grade A! So I was a hungry and ordered some chicken wings and pork fried rice and when I got home and started to eat the food the chicken was refried and look dry and warm. I just wanted to share these images so people know what kind of place they're ordering from. The sweet tea that's served in soup cups, they store it in a 5 gallon bucket. They leave a soup cup in it so whoever is on duty can scoop it out and I to the pitcher to take to the front. No, never seen them wash their hands before sticking it in the tea. We have ordered and used this restaurant countless times in several years, most of the time good food sometimes a little overcooked or something like that! Not expecting a gourmet dinner or anything, typical Chinese delivery food. Take the good with the bad right? Well last night I ordered the beef and broccoli, like I normally do, well it was rancid smelling and tasting. 3 different people in the house smelled tasted and agreed. It was a $45.00 order with everything. Not bad right? Well when I called them to tell them about it, not wanting g a refund, not wanting anything more than to just let them know about it, I was screamed at hung up on and treated like they just didn't have the time! I called back and asked to talk to the manager, same outcome! She even put the phone down and was screaming about it to someone in their language! This is BULLSHIT! I will never order anything from this place again and I suggest nobody does either! If I would've eaten this rancid dish I probably would've been in the hospital today! She said it was the same sauce as the pepper steak, well it just so happened my wife bad ordered the pepper steak, ABSOLUTELY no comparison in the two, the beef and broccoli was disgusting.
