Our experience w/ King Futon was a great one. It is definately a hole in the wall. If you want super nice stuff, this isnt really the place. but we were looking for comfortable, affordable and nice looking modern stuff and found it here. we ended up getting the exact same "bonded leather" couch we saw at another furtniture place for about $500 less! we also ordered a TV console out of a catalog and were really pleased with it. We also got a futon mattress which was a pretty good price as well. Christine is not pushy at all and was very helpful. After our couch was delivered, I noticed a tear on the undersurface (not a big deal but we called Christine anyways), and she fully replaced it for us in 2 days! we didnt expect that! This is a real good place if you want to get the furniture for a good deal. The variety and quality is not compromised at the same time. Christine helps you select the right furniture based on your requirements. We purchased a 3+2 couches with ottoman and we got it for a good deal. I have no clue how we found this place, I honestly don't. That being said, I'm really glad we did. The furniture here is really good quality, and as the title says, its mainly futon stuff. I LOVE the beds here because they have the firmest mattresses. These are the 8 inch thick futons that feel like you're sleeping on a rock. That may not sound appealing to some of you, but if you love firm mattresses, they don't come much better then this. They have softer styles for those of you that prefer it as well. The frames are excellent too, good material, a few different styles, some for storage, some for economy, some for looks, etc. They also have tables, chairs, leather sofas, etc. around the shop so take a look. The main drawback to this place is they use checks and cash, and I don't believe they take CC. In addition, since it is a small shop, their selection is limited if you're looking for specific colors or designs on printed items. read more

Christina rocks ! We've known her over 7-8 years now and have bought furniture for my family, friends and more. The selection is tremendous. You will not find it cheaper. Pick the delivery and setup option for just 100-120$ more. We bought 7-8 pieces of furniture and fitting it all together would have taken forever. No frills warehouse cum shop. They are a distributor for coaster, alpine furniture etc. They have really low prices. Much lower than overstock or even walmart. The prices are mostly listed or hong/cristina can list it for you. Very reasonable delivery and installation charges. One issue is that lot of times you have to decide looking at the catalog, and the actual feel, color can be pretty different in reality. But overall, a good place. read more

Good place to to go to if you are a student or looking for something cheap and lasting...don't go by their dingy looking warehouse...I would recommend to go visit furniture at your friends place who have bought it from here...since every style may not be available in the store....they have a huge collection at reasonalble prices.....beats IKEA I would say....... I purchased a Full size futon and a cotton+foam mattress that I use as my bed and it is quite comfortable.....Its almost been a year and I have NO Complaints... I bought a Dinning Table with Chairs and they are very good and beautiful. I love my dinning chairs and i can't believe the price. It was $175. The price can't be matched in any store. This is good buy. I also bought a Queen wooden frame for $ 250 which is good. No complaints. Though people had good reviews on her matteress..i didn't go for one. Christy is good to talk. read more

Most unprofessional shop I have ever been. Lady does some job but other 2 men didn't give a shit about anything. I have bought a shoe rack and found out that bot door are same while assembling. Later , I saw that there was sticker on the box say. same door return. When I asked them You gave this to me even though there was sticker on it. They were like why didn't you see it while picking it up. Two men there are good for nothing. I know , these shop are running because of cheap stuff n I shouldn't expect much but at least they should give complete furniture. read more

The owner lady is interested in the business you bring, does not care for you once sold. I purchased a calking and queen size bed frame and matress a year back, and a fabric couch / love seat. They were quite pricey, she talks you nicely into it and sells. But then 1.5 years down the line, the matress sags in random places, the bed frame stays on a loose support in the middle which is now broken so it would not support. The cushion and spring from the couch has gone bad, that even my son who is just about 60 pounds sinks in when he sits. When I try to sell it now, people are not ready to buy for 25% of its cost, so you can judge the quality. I'd not buy anything from kingfuton again. read more

Hi , I have brought bed and mattress from here... but t he mattress size was almost 5 inches smaller to bed ... called them and told them about his ..she sent her person to see the problem ....her person came and saw the mattress and clearly told me that he can not do anything.and he was very rude, most horrible customer service I have seen my life .He said his mattress will expand ,I told him I agree it will, but not 5 inches ...you give me in writing that this will fill all the empty space i have on my bed platform,he refuse to do so and again very rude...I told then take your stuff back and give me my money back..he was very clear that he can not return my money nor take the stuff back...he was very clear if I want I can talk to that lady in the store ....I called her @ 11 :00 am (time she start) on my 1st call she picked up with in 1 ring..did not listen to me properly and told me I don't need to call for any complaints and disconnect the line...2nd call it was blank 3rd call still no response ...4th call it was ringing and ringing no one answer the call... They will never response after they will get the money .so be aware before dealing with this kind of people ....most pathetic people I have ever seen my life after giving them $750 + $50 for delivery .... I have been KF's customer for a long time, Kristina is a good lady to work with. I have had good and bad experiences with KF. Most furnitures at my home are bought @ KF. Most of them have lasted the test of time including cotton mattresses. The only unfortunate transaction was a love seat and couch which we asked them to get from coaster. Both started dying in two year time frame, which is very bad for the price we pay. KF is good if you know really well what you are buying. read more

You can order any furniture from the catalog they keep, and at great prices. The same (good quality) stuff is much cheaper than other places carrying the same. They sell simple cotton mattresses which I found to be much better than the fancy mattresses that cost a fortune. read more

King futon is a great place to buy any furniture. The name is misleading, they sell all furniture not just futons. They have a great selection of futons. They sell Coaster Furniture at great prices. Just go to Christina, and do a price comparison yourself, for the same exact piece of furniture, you will get the best price. You cannot find that price anywhere else. I have been going to Christina for almost 20 years now. I never buy any furniture without checking if Christina carries that first. Christina is very friendly and a great person to work with!
