Ordered their King Kong All Meat Lovers pizza, an order of wings, and Cesar salad. The pickup takes roughly 20 minutes. The gentleman that took my order was brief over the phone, but very warm and friendly in person. Located a door down from Taqueria Milagro. Beware, parking is tight. If you order the King Kong, clear your trunk otherwise be prepared to eat your pizza at your car or order delivery because it's 24in. I love New York style. Next time I will ask for extra sauce. This was a simply foldable pizza. I think maybe the sausage and pepperoni wouldn't be over-cooked if it was taken out of the oven 60-90 seconds earlier. Crust was good; chewy! Unfortunately this place has gone downhill fast after opening only 2 years ago. The pizza is dry, and they barely add any toppings. When I ordered my pizza, I mentioned the last few orders seemed dry and that there was hardly any pizza sauce. The lady that answered apologized and said she would make sure there was extra pizza sauce on it. Unfortunately the 2 pizzas I ordered tonight had very little sauce and very little toppings. We had an easy time finding this establishment, which was located in a small strip mall next to a grocery store. The pizza was nice and hit and packed with delicious flavor. The crust was chewy but not too much so. Everything had the proper balance of flavor and consistency. The 12" medium was more than enough for us. They had a large TV inside with a baseball game on and it wasn't too crowded when we arrived. Our first experience with King Kong Pizza wasn't so great. The food itself was fine, you could tell they use good quality ingredients. It was that they messed up our order. The pizza also wasn't cut well so you had to tear it apart which was kind of messy. I left a Yelp review reflecting the experience. The manager, Fico, reached out to make things right. You always appreciate when a business cares and takes the initiative like this. So we placed the exact same order again, and Fico assured it would be done right. This time, we were very satisfied. All around mediocre experience. Pizza: We got a shrimp pesto pizza, my favorite. We saw the great reviews so had high expectations. Usually that's made with a white/pesto sauce. This was made with a red sauce and NO Pesto sauce at all. It had lots of purple onion, some sun-dried tomato, and a few pieces of basil leaf sprinkled on the top. I emphasize *few*. There was no pesto flavor at all and the onion and sun-dried tomato were the dominant flavors. The crust was also super unremarkable. Not thin and crispy or thick and chewy, just an unremarkable texture. Notifications: even if you order online the only way you can get notifications about when your pizza's done is by downloading an app or calling in. I'd prefer to get a text message and not download an app I haven't heard of before and don't need otherwise. Their other pizzas look delicious in reviewers' posts so hopefully they taste better. read more

Coming from the East Coast, I consider NY pizza to be the One True Pizza. King Kong. This place does it well and has become my primary pizza place. I normally order 1 or 2 "slices", but each slice is gigantic and actually has two slices in the box.
