Found this place from an Internet ad with a $10 discount…read more Regular price posted inside was $60 for 60-min, but just $50 with the ad. They do charge $2 for credit card, so $52 total today. Arrived at 11:40am, and paid for my session. The place was very small but clean and cute as they tried to make it look somewhat pretty. That was nice. One of the female therapists did may payment, and then she led me to my room where I prepared and got on the table, 11:45am. I heard another customer come in, and then he goes into another room. About 11:50am. The manager comes into my room and asks me if I want a male therapist or female therapist. I asked for female therapist. The staff talks around in the hallway but it was quite loud. Another female therapist comes in to ask if I wanted a good massage. I said yes. One of the therapists goes in to the other room with the other customer. About 11:58, someone comes in through the front door, and it's a male therapist to come work on me. I stopped that and started complaining. Eventually, the first female therapist comes back in and does my massage, 12:00pm. The massage was great. She had very nice firm pressure and worked out my muscles all over my back, and spent some good time on my lower back and hips too. Loved the massage, and I hope to be back for her again, Coco. It was just a weird experience where they kept sending me the wrong person, when I was the first customer in there for the day. I hope that doesn't happen again.

I had one lady who actually made it painful.. like instead of just massaging my head she was digging her nails in and scratching my head... it really hurt.. she was also chit chatting away with the woman next to me. The man that does massages asked how much pressure I wanted and it was very relaxing. I had just had a hike the day before and definitely needed the relaxation. It is conveniently located next to the gym (which is how we discovered it). The place is very clean and this is a more legit massage than the ones at the mall for a cheap price. We recently brought our mom here for mother's day and upon leaving they gave each of us a boutonniere.. which i thought was very kind. I was charged 4% on $50 for the massage that I had to pay before receiving the service, a separate transaction was made after the service for the tip and I was charged 10% processing/surcharge fee!! The audacity. No where in the establishment nor did the receptionist mention this extra fee. The massage was good but UNETHICAL practice, not sure if this is even legal. I asked the masseuse about the surcharge and percentage before paying the tip and she said "she doesn't know because it's not the business that is charging but the credit card machine" LOL I called and asked why they are not transparent about the fees or consistent with the percentage and the receptionist just said "our regular customers know" no offers to refund.
