Sam looked at it and looked at me gravely, letting me know it was majorly cracked. He told me that they could get it the best they could, but it would never truly look the same. Sam reminded me of a surgeon telling an athlete that they would walk again, but they'd never play in the pros. Sam and I both acknowledged that they don't make these wheels anymore and I told Sam to do what he could to save her life. This was late Monday afternoon when Sam gave me my wheel's prognosis and by mid Tuesday he had fixed her up. I went and met my sure to be still mangled and scarred wheel today. Little did I know that Sam and the rest of the Rim Renew crew are brilliant plastic surgeons. It looks amazing! They had several cars in the lot, so I wasn't feeling too confident that they'd be able to get to me the same day, but not only did they give me a good price, they got me in almost immediately and did a fantastic job.
