    Homemade fruit cobbler
    Dawn G.

We had an amazing dinner at the Kingman Chophouse from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. Our server, Allison, was outstanding--attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, from start to finish. Every dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We finished the meal with their homemade cobbler, and it was the perfect sweet ending. Highly recommend this place for a perfect date night--you won't be disappointed! The pictures of the steak and salad are only half, we split our meal and they split everything up for us and we still had too much to eat!

65+ menu: 8 ounce sirloin and steak fries

Excellent food! Good service, welcomed at the door, we were seated and drinks came quickly before we met our server. Ordered sweet tea, it does not taste house made, it tastes like Lipton lemon tea, swapped it for regular tea. No kids menu, my son ordered of the 65+ menu, the 8 oz sirloin and steak fries. I ordered a 7 oz bacon wrapped filet with melted blue cheese crumbles, a side of mac and cheese, and not pictured, their French onion soup. The food was so good. My son and I were very impressed, both of our steaks were cooked perfectly, the food was excellent. I don't think I'd order the mac and cheese again, but everything else was above and beyond.

This seems to be the best restaurant at least on this side of town. Good pastas, burgers, and of course steaks, but also salmon, salads, soup. Full menu with lots of sides. Some a bit over done or heavy handed but good. Carmen was very helpful.

Fried Shrimp Dinner with loaded baked potato

Had dinner at Kingman Chophouse in early June and again on August 26th. Both times I ordered the Fried Shrimp Dinner with loaded baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious and I had no complaints about the service or quality of the food. Will definitely be returning again!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of fries, and it was delicious. Funny enough, I meant to order the crispy chicken sandwich but I forgot and ordered this one, yet it was just as amazing. The tender, juicy chicken paired well with the perfect hamburger buns and the crispy fries. Definitely tasty, I might order this over the crispy chicken sandwich. I entered and was sat down very quickly and was asked my drink and food choice. The waitress was very polite and helpful, she seemed like she had a lot to do. Refills were fast, the vibe was great and I was grateful for everybody doing great in busy hours. Inside was a bunch of Route 66 stuff, handmade items and trinkets alike. I could tell they love Arizona. The seats were comfortable, the tables clean and certainly a great experience. I'm really glad they had some AC on, it was almost a "chilly" 100 degrees outside. Just spectacular. Overall, Calico's is the place for high-quality, scrumptious meals with great prices, nice people and wide selections of foods and memorabilia. I absolutely recommend this place for anyone with high standards, Calico's delivers on everything. What I also recommend is that you should come for the Sunday brunch buffet, it's quite the thing. We were passing through on our way to Las Vegas after a long day exploring the Grand Canyon, tired, hungry, and hoping to find a genuinely good meal. Thanks to Yelp (my trusted food bible), we discovered this charming little Italian spot that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the ambience and cozy, festive atmosphere felt perfect for the holiday season. The staff were welcoming and the setting was intimate! I ordered the salmon, and it was absolutely perfect--beautifully prepared with accompaniments. My family of four each chose something different, and while I can't recall every dish, I do remember the unanimous reaction: **everyone loved their meal**. It's rare to find a restaurant where every plate at the table is a hit, but Mattina's delivered. This delightful, delicious, and quaint Italian restaurant turned an ordinary stop into a memorable part of our trip. I'm already looking forward to the day we can return. **Highly recommended for anyone passing through Kingman--or even worth a detour.**

I ordered a personal pizza called the Classic Pep with some breadsticks with marinara and a drink. The breadsticks were basically a 10 inch cheese pizza with more dough and less cheese, but they were still pretty good. The pizza came about five minutes later and the personal pizza was a tiny pizza, maybe around seven to eight inches, and the pizza was good, but not too great for its small size. Still had leftovers, though. Service was good. When someone comes into here, they have to look at the menu upfront and order at the counter, find a seat of their choice and fill their drink and then it goes from there. Pretty simple. Floyd's seems to be a Stubborn soda fan, which I approve of. The man at the counter actually recommended the breadsticks, and now I realize that the pizza isn't enough to fill me or most anybody. It's mostly an at-the-counter style service, except they bring the food to you. Inside was great. The entrance is a little tight, but there's two sides of the restaurant and I sat down in the right side from the door, so I can't say about the left side. One of my favorite things inside was the drink machine had those levers on it, it just felt much better to pull that for drinks than pushing a button. Overall, Floyd's is a great place to eat for everyone. The food is good, the service is great, and inside is comfy and wooden. My oldest got the Carnivore which came loaded with house sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon. It was rich and hearty without being overwhelming. My youngest had the Margherita, which was light and fresh with house sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and sliced tomato. The cashier or hostess who took us to our table looked miserable and it seemed like she was doing us a favor by grabbing menus and seating us. We were seated next to a couple and across from the only other diner in BB. It was sooo cold my husband had to grab his work jacket from our car..when I say it was cold..freezing..im not exaggeration. We waited a long time fir the server to take our order and we sat there fir 25 minutes for our food. We bith ordered the Grizz..our favorite breakfast. My eggs, country potatoes and bacon came out first. Husband got the grizz also; his French toast came out first. . his eggs, potatoes and bacon arrived approx 6 minutes later wuth my pancakes. My pancakes were dyed out and cold. Eggs were supposed to be over easy..there was a partial yoke from one egg..again overcooked. Country potatoes may have been left from day before..overcooked and burnt. Bacon was almost black and hard. I asked for my pancakes to be warmed up at the least as they were cold, overcooked and not light and fluffy as they have always been.( best pancakes around) in addition the couple next to us got fries instead of strawberries??? and one of the staff was overheard she wasnt making enough money.
