First thing to note is that the place is cash only (they do accept Zelle as well). Next, let's get into the food. The Chinese sweet donut had a light sweet taste and I really enjoyed the flavor and the texture of it. Definitely one of the best things here. For the sesame balls, the red one had everything I was looking for. It was a bit greasy with just the right amount of crunch and a completely satisfying filling that pulled it all together. Absolutely loved it. However, for the green bean one, the ball of beans felt more like a ball in the center instead of being smeared onto the sides, which made it slightly less enjoyable than the red bean one. Still good though! Everyone here seemed to absolutely love the sponge cakes. They're made extremely well. The flavor is light and their build of the sponge cake is just fluffy and delicate, and I could see why they are loved so much. However, my tastes may have changed over the years where I just didn't personally enjoy this as much as it seems everyone else does. The person I went with loved it though, but also didn't like the sesame balls haha. Next is the pork bao. I love the flavor of the exterior of a Chinese bao and I think this place captures that essential taste when you bite into it. In addition, the pork filling hit the spot too. The service here is quick and attentive. The ambiance is more a place to order and take to go, as there aren't any seats. Definitely worth coming to if you want some Chinese baked goods in the morning.

It's right on the left side after you enter through the glass doors before you head over to the Great Wall Supermarket. I saw an 8 inch Green Tea Ice Cream Cake for $45. I asked if they had a smaller size or even by the slice, but they don't have either. Oh well. Ice cream cakes require a freezer or be eaten as soon as possible. I was not near a freezer nor did I have the capacity of people to eat it right away. I'll have to figure out something next time to make it happen. You know I will LOL. At the time we were visiting, they had limited baked goods left for the day since it was near closing time. I ended up buying $14+ worth of bread and sweet buns. Prices were okay nothing extremely high. European mochi taro bun was very light and good... good amount of filing and not too sweet. Oat Raisin Walnut bread was warm and fresh... very fluffy and tasty! I haven't tried the Walnut Tarts yet. Two lady staff members were super friendly and helpful. One lady spoke Cantonese/Mandarin and the other lady just spoke Mandarin. They were trying to get us to buy more stuff, but we didn't bite. Glad we got a few baked goods for the road.
