He asked us what we wanted and the price range we wanted to stay in and made sure to keep us in that range. Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch. After working with Jason Baker for about 10 days, I negotiated a price with Kris Miller, his sales manager, for a 2016 CX-5 demo through email. We came to an agreement on 12/15/16 for an out-the-door price with 0% financing. I emailed Kris and Jason that we would be in on Sunday, 12/18/16 to pick up the car and sign the papers. Kris replied "Sounds good. We will have the car cleaned and ready. See you at 12:30 on Sunday". I emailed Kris back and copied Jason and asked if he needed anything from us before Sunday. Neither person replied. When we showed up on Sunday, we were greeted by another manager who told us he had sold our car, but he would provide us with another car for only $200 more. After looking at the offer, the car was actually almost $500 more and did not include the $475 in accessories that we had negotiated with the original car. Needless to say, we will never buy a car from this dishonest and conniving dealership. read more

Since that time I have continued to have my Mazda serviced at Kings- even though I live over 100 miles away. WORST EXPERIENCE. These guys were the worst! I asked for a Mazda3 hatchback and took a test drive of the car as well. The car of my color was not available so they had to get my car from else where. I go to the dealer after 3 days to get my car. I was not even given a tour of the car and was asked to sign the papers. After signing the papers is when I realized it was a Sedan and not a hatchback. I had planned to pay them $4000 down payment using my money order. Now my money order has their name in it which will take another $15 to process it and get a new one back. I bought a 2009 CX9 with 65000 miles on it in 2014 from Kings Mazda and they included the oil changes with the car. They have done an outstanding job taking care of my truck. From the recalls to the basic oil change they have always been nice to work with. I would recommend them as a car dealer ship to anyone that wants a better experience when buying a used or new car. We bought our 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring yesterday. Everybody who works there is incredibly nice and helpful. Our sales person was Mark Malone who couldn't have spent any more time answering all our questions. Incredible patience as he explained to us all we needed to know about a new car filled with new amenities that we were unfamiliar with. When I replaced my right handle outside, they charged me twice labor fee. The first time they told me one of the part inside was broken and I need to order the part. Alright, I will do that anyway. But they won't put my door panel back, they claimed that if they do that they would charge twice the labor fee. Alright, but they leave the panel on my back seat and only have the window on. But when I come back next week to replace the order part, they charged another an hour labor fee and told me that what we talked about last time. They made me give it one star, would prefer 0! Unbelievable how poor their sales service is. All I wanted to know is whether a car listed online was still available. Texted my salesman, nothing. Five hours later, did an online chat. They said they would have someone get in touch with me. Two hours later, nothing. So I called. They connected me to someone's voice mail. So I called again, asked to speak to a human being. Guess what... Someone's voice mail. So an hour later I sent my salesman a text again. Nothing. Thirty minutes later, tried online chat again. Come to find out (no surprise) the online "chatter" doesn't even work at Kings, maybe not even in USA. So here we are, 8 hours later, and they can't even tell me if a car is available. I was in a bind to purchase a car with a very small window of opportunity. Erik Henize met me at the dealership at 9:00 AM in the morning and I was out the door with paperwork complete by 11:30 AM having purchase an incredible car at a very fair price. Erik was incredibly patient and systematic in his approach to narrowing down exactly what I was looking for and proved he had a very high level of knowledge in the product line. He appears to be a man of character and values when it came to customer service and was very personable to boot. I would recommend Erik to anyone who is in need of a car even when under a crunch to get 'er done! I do not feel that one minute of our time was wasted as often happens in other dealerships. To this I say kudos! This morning Erik again met my wife and I at the dealership and as promised walked us through the intricacies of the technology package. Kings Mazda was great while I was purchasing the vehicle but once the sell was completed, no so much. I purchased a used vehicle on 12/04/17 and was given a 45 day temporary tag that would expire on 1/18/18. I began calling the dealership on 1/2/18 because I had no received the necessary documentation to register the vehicle and get license plates. I was told each time, you should have it any day now, call us back if it doesn't come by the end of the week. Finally on Tuesday 1/16/18 I when to the dealership to see if I could get another temporary tag as they had yet sent the documents. I was told "sorry we can only give you 45 days from the purchase" and when they reviewed their files it was noted the documentation wasn't processed until Friday 1/12/18 and he couldn't even tell me if it went out in the mail that day or the following Monday. The excuse was given that the girl in charge sending your documentation father passed away 2 weeks prior, nearly 30 days after the purchase which although I am sad for her loss, was not a viable excuse for what had failed to be completed in the 30 days following the sale. I was forced to go and apply at the DMV for an extended temporary tag and pay additional fees for that tag. read more

My wife and I have been leasing cars for the past 10 years. The last two times were at Kings Mazda. We're very pleased with the cars, the friendly staff, and the free oil changes. I picked up my car after service and noticed a loud noise in the front end shortly after departing. I returned right away and the Service Advisor discovered a large bolt and washer embedded in the tire tread near the sidewall. The tire wasn't repairable. The was no way to determine whether the bolt was picked up from Mazda's lot or the public road. I was told I would need to purchase a new tire. As it was closing time, the Service Advisor said she would discuss the matter with the manager in the morning and offered me a free loaner. The next morning, the manager of the Service Dapartment called me and said he and the General Manager of the dealership decided to make things right and replace the tire at no charge. This a stand up business that I'll continue to patronize! read more

This place is terrible! Don't go there. When my husband and I went to look at a used vehicle, the salesman we were working with (K.C.) insulted American made cars, told us that if we bought a used Chevy it was just going to break down. Then offered us 3k less than our trade-in blue books, and 2k less than 4 other dealerships had offered. He also juggled us and another couple at the same time because he was too greedy to split the deal with a co-worker. So we sat. And waited. When they appraised our current vehicle they had asked for the keys- but never said they were going to drive it away or anything- next thing we know we see someone driving our car passed the window! Bottom line? We were looking at a vehicle priced at around 10k, and somehow this guy had the final loan amount up to over 15k. This guy will try to fast talk you and milk you for every dime. When we first got there he was yelling at one of his co-workers. He complained about anything and everything the whole time we were there. His sales managers were completely within ear shot of the entire situation and did nothing to correct it. HORRIBLE experience. read more

We purchased a used 2004 Mazda 6 with only 81,000 miles and thought we had made a good purchase. We had to have 500 in front end repairs and now have to replace the engine!! We still have the temporary tags!!! AND they are not responding to our emails or calls. DO not do business with these crooks!!! read more

Wow where do I start........bought a used vehicle here on the 16th drove off the lot got half way home and guess what broke down had to have it towed to a shop called countless times and days always got the run around of "oh so and so aren't at their desk" or "their in a meeting they will have to call you back" lol fat chance cause they never did but when I finally talked to someone of importance on the 24th yup took 8 days....they were lots of help basically said I'm screwed and bought a lemon have a nice Effin day. But whatever after having to replace the fuel pump and injectors its a Diesel engine which isn't cheap to do atleast it runs now...but what really gets me is how hard they fight you on the price and then when they do budge it takes half the day to hear anything from the spooky man in the back room then your sweet lil car salesmen says wow your getting a "deal" which is funny since my big "DEAL"was the Internet price but some how still ended up paying sticker price by the end haha such a deal..... but if your looking for nice used cars and honest people who don't look at you like a idiot with dollar bills hanging out of your mouth go else where.....this place sucks worse than all the new Mazda junk sitting around their lot......no good deals here just junk cars And vultures waiting to pick your wallet or purses clean read more

Guess I should have read the reviews before I went to Kings! We went to Kings because my wife wanted a new small SUV. She has a BMW X3 now, so I took her to BMW, Mercedes,Land Rover, Porsche,and Cadillac, but she had decided to buy a Mazda CX-5. We drove in Saturday afternoon and saw a group of employees (sales people) sitting outside talking and laughing. Cool! Looks like a happy place to buy! We wandered the lot for 30 minutes before 1 bothered to come talk to us. He told us there was one on the showroom, so we walked over to see it. I told him what we were looking at and he informed us the Mazda had "Skyactive" but we looked educated, and it would be a waste of our time for him to explain it. We then told him what we were looking for and the colors we did not want, so he showed us a beautiful red CX-5 Grand Touring and sent us off on a test drive. 15 - 20 minutes later we got back with my wife deciding she wanted this car! We walked back into the showroom with the key and the plate and the salesman KC took the plate I handed him, snatched the key from my wife, told the young couple he was with to "go ahead and sit down" that he would be right with them then told us we would get free oil changes for as long as we owned the Mazda and that's why they were #1 pointing to a banner on the wall and then without even taking a breath thanked us for stopping buy, turned and walked away. Back to the other couple. My wife put the checkbook back in her purse and we left, never to return!! Then I read the reviews and figured it out. . . . It isn't only KC the 9 year Mazda professional (his words) it's this terrible dealership. Being "educated" (again his words) I should have known better than to try to buy a Mazda here.
