They took their shoes off without even asking, threw down tarps around all areas to be worked, and definitely did not take us for our money. As a matter of fact, I remember getting quoted double from another company at the same time for the same work. Nick's wife is the one who usually answers the phone and she's pretty incredible too! Talk about nice people. Why can't all companies be like these guys? Well that, I guess, would take just too much work... lol. I can't possibly recommend Aelite enough!! As we were still under the 90 day warranty, the visit in February was at no cost to us. The technician, John, we extremely efficient, as well, working on finding to problem for almost 2 1/2 hours!
